 The image does seem to suggest the dungeon area where the party is currently.

 Barkas receives no indication that his attempt to communicate is successful. 

"I want to try the door," Eldeth admits. "It could still be a trap, but I don't see any magic. But if we don't do it now, I am opening that door on the way back," she adds firmly.

"All right, let's just open it!" Edrik says after Eldeth's comment.  He heads to the door, checking for any traps and then tries opening it.  (If locked he would try to pick the lock.) 

Seeing that Edrik intends to open the door, Faloniir will nod to him and ready his scimitars as he finds a shadowy place to hide.

Eldeth will stay well back, and will offer her mage hand again as well.

“One at a time, let’s open the doors.  But not the one with those scrabbling sounds.”

(Edrik intended to open B - which was the one we first heard banging from.) 

"Ok."  Barkas stands aside but goes over to door A, ready to open that one, looks back cautiously at the door at B, worried about what might come out.

"I think it might be the dragon making those noises," Eldeth says. "But maybe it will send us another image."

With more than half the group huddled around Door B, Matthias would sigh and pat Rasp's shoulder to let him know what's happening as he joined the others, bow facing the door and ready for any other skeleton popping-out. What's a dragon even doing down here...?   He'd think to himself, keeping his eyes peeled. 

Edrik sets to work on the locked cell door and within thirty seconds is able to pick the lock. The sound of pounding continues all the while. When the door opens, 1 crawling claw skitters out of the cell...

The party acts first. 

Matthias' eyes would light-up upon seeing a disembodied hand move about and approach Edrik.  Being taller than the dwarf, Matthias would stand on the balls of his feet and aim over the head of the rogue toward the hand.  "Hand!" He'd gasp as he fires. 

Longbow Attack:  19 

Damage:  9

Eldeth lets out a curse as she sees the undead thing. She shoots a ray of necrotic energy at it, casting Chill Touch. Attack: 22 Damage: 6

(If it hits, it can't regain hit points and has disadvantage attacking Eldeth this round.)

Barkas has his eyes on the situation, turns and throws a ball of flame at the creepy hand.  

Produce flame : Attack: 25 Damage: 2 

The lone hand that escapes the room is immediately destroyed by an arrow from Matthias's bow. Will other hands soon escape the cell too?

Faloniir will slash with his scimitar at any threats that come within range.

Attack: 24, Damage: 6

Attack: 20, Damage: 8

Barkas steps over and closes the door, not wanting to find out what else is in that one.  He steps back over and opens the one across the hall.

Matthias would scamper to Barkas, seeing the stranger of the three dwarves go to open another door.  He'd quickly steady his bow toward the door to wait if the door opens.  

"Hey, wait up for me Barkas...!"

Barkas slams the cell door shut (cell B), ensuring that, for now, no more crawling claws make their way into the hallway. The door across the hall is locked...

“Hey, one of you nimblefingers want to open this up?  We have to check in here…I’m sorry.”
