Matthias would immediately jump back seeing Faloniir get pounced upon suddenly by the ghoul on the opposite end of the door. The sudden surprise and Faloniir being in the way would not give him a clear shot and would watch the elf go down. Before he would have time to retaliate, he would hear the sound of growling ghouls down the hall. "Okay..." He'd let out almost like a growl down at the ghouls and shift to the side of the wall so that the others may have aim at the creatures.. He'd notch an arrow and draw it, taking aim at the ghoul at the front. With his right hand beside his head, he'd whisper into his cuff link which a petrified eye of newt and he'd mutter, "Back into the dirt with you."And fire.
Bonus Action: Casting [Hex] On Ghoul #2 And lowering it's dexterity
Barkas looks toward the two ghouls starting to run down the hall from the north, tries to catch them at the mouth of the hall within a 20 foot are and casts entangle to try to grab and bind them, slow them. (Str DC 14 save)
He communicates to Elonath telepathically to fly up and to safety, to stay out of harms way.

Edrik's arrow flies wide, skipping off the wall to the left of the first ghoul. Matthias, however, sinks an arrow into the undead's belly. Barkascauses a mess of vines to spawn on the floor around the ghouls, but both of them pull themselves from the grasp of the vegetation.
Charging down the narrow hallway, only the first ghoul can attack. Grinning wildly, it swipes twice at Matthias...

At point-blank range, Matthias would attempt to do away with this ghoul. His red-violet eyes pulsing with fury as he leveled the bow at the ghouls head and would try to hit the target at such a close of range to try and do away with it.

Eldeth will move forward as she sees the others are still fighting, but she can't get close enough to see what they're fighting clearly. She'll hold another chill touch in case she does get a clear shot.
Edrik's second arrow is on target, striking the ghoul in the ribs. Despite being freshly wounded and standing so close that he can smell the ghoul's breath, Matthias is able to send an arrow into the creature's mouth. The ghoul grasps momentarily at the arrow before crashing headlong into the stone floor.
Ghoul 2 has been slain. Actions for Rasp and Barkas are next, and based on the movement of the other players, Rasp and Barkas now stand at the front of the battle.
As the ghoul takes the arrow and crumbles, a bleeding Matthias would scamper back, guffawing and jeering at the remaining ghoul, cursing it with the same hex as the now dead ghoul."That's 3! 3! You're next!"He'd laugh, backing into the safety of his comrades.

Comfortable to defend the front line, the tall Kenku grips his steel shield in one hand as he steps in the center of the passage, maneuvering the size and weight of his armor to inconvenience any attempt to rush the less defended members of the group. Rasp's longsword carved through the air, though his aim was more for defense and discouraging movement; the others could defeat the ghoul from range.

Eldeth will cast Chill Touch at the ghoul, the spectral, skeletal hand shooting between her comrades to try and latch onto the ghoul.

Faloniir will gasp and thank Rasp for saving his life.
With the first ghoul fallen, Edrik gets out his shortbow and launches an arrow down the hall at the second ghoul.
