Brenward seems to recall nothing about a 'Regali Clan', but he does find a great book about ghosts, titled, "Ghost Hunting, the Great Extravaganza!", by scholar, Jessica "Gems" Gertic.
...
The librarian gazes up towards Grudnik, as she restacks her papers, "Oh, I not in charge of that exactly, Mr. Nurst is. He is the manager of this here guild, I'm just the owner of this here library. You go to him if you have a quest for him to advertise or you go to him if you want a quest, very simple. He's in the back, there's probably a line though..."

"Imagine nerfing wizards so they can't cast ritual spells even if they don't have the prepared AND making it so they can't change their spells after every long rest. Oh yeah, that's my DM..."
- Elanorela, the Gnome Monk (Mercy) Wizard (Bladesinger) with a base AC of 17
"I wanted to say I told you so, but my god wouldn't allow it..."
- Sebastian, the Half-Elf Sorcerer (Draconic Bloodline) that is the victim of many 7 damage attacks. (His max HP is, you guessed it, 7)
Grudnik narrows is eyes at the librarian and then nods his head toward the back. "That way you say? Very well", he steps back ready to walk away, but steps straight into Stann.
"Oof, not so cl...", he says turning around and noticing who it was. "Figures", he says instead. "You coming then?", he adds, knowing bugbears were far more used to following than leading.
Sanctity, seeing the library ignoring them tears up the note and decides to fill it out somewhat, but leaving out blanks and hopes that their old master will not find them. They make sure the age does not match the time of creation, making sure it's several years shorter of time of creation.
Name: Sanctity race: Not Applicable age: 12 Alliances: None
Sanctity then goes to look at books about curses or spirits, before lifting their head from talks about potential quests and goes to follow the goblinoids.
Grudnik, Stann, and Sanctity all approach the short-ish line that ends with a man at a quest board. As the line comes to the group, the man waves friendly to the party and announces, "It seems we have more willing adventurers! Cheers! Now, whatcha in the shop for today? Guild quests? Townspeople in need? We've got a holy ton of things to look out for this fine evening!" He, presumably Mr. Nurst, points to a multitude of different quests to choose from on the board. Some are described with a note, others a picture, others seem to have a name, and very few have the same name that Ms. Wails foretold; The Regali Clan.

Seeing the group wandering toward the back of the library, Brenward will follow them while continue to skim through the book he found looking for anything that catches his interest.
At the board, he will look at some of the quests and see if he can make out what they are.
Grudnik looks around at the group assembling and decides to come straight to the point. "It seems we are in need of a way to make some money, so that would be a good place to start. We also heard rumours of a curse on the fountain, something about ghosts or were-creatures. Anything that pays to do with that?", he asks Mr Nurst.
"Ahh, the fountain ... well, um, I don't exactly know of any particular quests concerning the ghost and that fountain ... But I do know about a Werebeast Den that is involved with Ms. Wails and Mrs. Quinn's research" He pauses, "The librarian and her sister have come across a lot of many things in their travels and would love it if someone were to finally pick up their quest."
Mr. Nurst motions to the quest board where the names Myra Wails and Lorial Quinn have their names in a sharp, black ink on a piece of parchment. "Just take this paper to them and they'll tell you the rest!"
...
Brenward finds nothing of note but does recognize the piece of parchment Mr. Nurst was discussing. He also finds a few other quests about the local forests, sheep-herding, and setting up lightning rods. None of real interest.

Tom has been quiet for a moment, but gladly follows along behind the group as they walk. As they discuss with the librarian, he browses the shelves for the most mysterious-looking book that he can find. Not because he expects anything, but because it's kind of fun. Someone passes him a registration sheet and he fills it out with a quill from his bag-
Name: Tom Phoenix | Race: Human | Age: 22
Calling himself human is a bit of a white lie because of his clockwork enhancements, but Tom figures it's probably better this way. He meanders over to the quest board with the party and hears about the were-beasts. He shudders slightly. Were-beasts? I hope they aren't hounds...But he nods to the rest of the party and gives a crooked grin. "I haven't got anything better to do. Sounds like it could be a good adventure!"
Grudnik sighs, seems there is a lot of back and forth with this guild. “Thanks”, he says as he takes the parchment.
He looks around to those that entered the library around the same time as him. “Anyone interested in a werebeast den?”, he asks as he waves the parchment in the air. He figures the more of them the better for this.
Sanctity thinks a bit, not wanting to agree right away for something so dangerous. "I believe we need to prepare before fighting the beasts. What type of beasts are they? How many are there? What protections do we need against the werebeasts? Any special weapons that we need? Where is the den? And most importantly what is the reward for killing the beasts?"
“All great questions for the librarian”, Grudnik replies to Sanctity. “She posted this quest apparently”, he adds motioning at the librarian as they approach.
The party approaches the librarian. "Do you lot need to check out a book?" She asks, still sorting through the books and papers.

"Finally, someone takes my quest!" Ms. Wails also jumps up from her chair and spins around the desk to see the party face-to-face, "See, I and my sister were sages for this guild long ago whenever we were both young and we found out something so intriguing yet mad that nobody here in this town believed us. We were exhausted of trying to tell them otherwise until we found out more of our discoveries lived outward in the Damned Forest. More discoveries, as in werebeasts and such. We figured it was just named Damned Forest for attention and tourism but it seems somebody found out before us. So, we warned the townspeople, even against all the derogatory lyrics spouted out to us, and found out that knew about the beasts outside but decided against fighting them since we never had an actual army. It made sense but alas, we had to end our research short after my sister had her first kid and I had more important guild business to attend. Your mission is to find that den and get me a sample of their blood, silva, and/or entire body. There may be multiple of them; I couldn't be certain. The only thing I know is that they are currently out hunting and will return in the morning to feast."
She seats on the counter of her desk, awaiting an answer from the party.

Sanctity starts to rattle many questions to the libarian, wanting as much information as possible before going to the den of beasts. “Where is this den located, exactly? Any particular protections that we need? Approximatly how many of these werebeasts are there? What sorts of weapons do we need to face them? Do you have a specific container for blood or salava to be transported? What type of beasts are they? Do any need to be slain or is it just pure research? How many have the werebeasts killed? What is the minimum amount of material you need? If possible would you like one captured alive so it can be studied further? What is the payment for compleating the quest?”

Stann is uncharacteristically quiet. A bleedin' DEN of werebeasts! No wonder the job was open... "Good night for hunting werebeast"
