Normally I would say with advantage but because she is hurt and running. Its just a straight roll. Korrigan gets 40 feet into the tall grass before her back legs sink into the ground. She is considered grappled.

OK. Well, Torla is both flabbergasted and confused. She was readying to pray her spiritual weapon into existence, but now she doesn't know what to do. I'm going to hold her action until after Erik. I realize that means I won't use any movement this round and that I'm still grappled.
A Bright light erupts in the sky a little bit away from the Tree in which you all have congregated around. It causes you to squint and shield you eyes for a moment. "Whats going on here?" A Young but Somewhat charming voice echoes from the nearby forest. With a single sphere of light held in his left hand and a Long, Slender blade in his right hand. You see the familiar, Sun kissed, lightly stubble face of Leo Regus. First mate aboard The Venture. A black bandana tied around his forehead to keep his shoulder length blonde hair out of his eyes. The same Red overcoat he always wears is still over his shoulders. His chest is exposed as per usual to show off his rather athletic frame. Long Brown trousers and a pair of brown, shin high boots. Leo casually walks into the middle of you all. 50 feet from the tree and campsite. Looking around at you all, The Young man flashes that Devilish smile you all know.

Watching Korrigan escape into the tall grass, Erik breathes a sigh of relief.
Then, a moment later, the reality of everything that just happened drops like a cannonball in his gut. Korrigan could have easily died within the next 5 seconds. His new companions have every right to believe he's a threat. And now he's not even certain he can trust himself, given how extensive the influence on him has now apparently become.
As his entire plan falls to pieces in his mind, Erik practically collapses against the trunk of the tree, physically and mentally exhausted and staring off into the distance once again. His mind is reeling with thoughts of how impossible everything just became, and even the sudden burst of light in the sky isn't enough to shake him out of his torpor.
On the ground, Korrigan will attempt to escape the grip of the soft earth, but won't move any further away from the clearing, for fear of Erik's own safety. Athletics: 10
Korrigan is scratching and clawing, trying to pull herself out but all her struggling seems to cause her to sink even further into the "Hollow Earth". Her entire back half of her body is now buried. She is now letting out calls for help.
Leo's smile quickly fades from his face as he look around at The Crew, seeing you all in a aggressive state. He immediately runs over to Torla and pulls her up out of the ground. The light from his hand slowly fades. "Is someone going to answer me? What is going on? why are you fighting eachother?"

Tyrvan sees the flashy first mate appear and walk into the clearing. Still not wanting to break cover, Tyrvan continues to slowly move until he is below the tree both Eric and Bean are in.

Bean quivers wanting to answer his first mate. But dares not break eye contact with Erik. Bean talks very quietly to Erik "Come on buddy. We are all friends here. Look even our first mate is here. Lets just climb down and talk this through"
Bean shouts loudly. "Over here sir, deck hand bean reports as ordered"

Unlike the sphere of light, Korrigan's calls for help are enough to cause Erik to stir, he'll make his way down the tree, ignoring any attempts to stop or question him until he can get to Korrigan and help her get loose.
You recognize the Glowing orbs. They are "Signal stones", Primarily used to signal to a search or rescue party when a individual is lost or having some kind of trouble. The Venture at any given time had 6 of these aboard it. D&D equivalent to Flares.
Basically, you strike a Stone with something hard and it releases a Bright sphere of light into the sky from where you are standing. The stone then radiates light for 1 minute before it is extended and rendered useless.

Imras looks up at the bright light. Leo! We thought we were the only ones left! How did you survive? Then, sobering as he recalls the first mates question, as for why we're fighting, we're trying to figure out what's going on ourselves. We had taken sheltering in a cave, then Erik apparently shot an arrow at Torla, then took off. We've been tracking him, but had stopped to make camp for the night. We were.cooking some food when an arrow came out of nowhere and hit Torla. When we came to find the attacker, a panther attacked Bean, then we found Erik in the tree the shot came from.
Torla would call him Leo, As would everyone else. He encouraged The Crew to refer to him by his name as he didnt like being called "Sir". No, as far as any of you know, Leo does not use any kind of magic. He is primarily a Swordsmen and a fairly decent one at that. He is skilled with a blade, He is fast on his feet and very much a fun loving young man.
Bit of history you all would know, The Previous first mate. Know as Feng Yuni. Was a deceitful and backstabbing individual, at one point she attempted to plot a mutiny to overthrow Captain Bluvist. She was discovered and cast out to sea with no food or water, which was a mercy. Upon coming to land, Kron hired Leo Regus as his first mate. Kron vouched for him and told you all, Leo was a experienced and well trained Sailor despite his young age. He hasnt been aboard the ship long, Maybe 2 months at the most.

Torla, almost in a daze at being face to face with yet another soul she thought lost to the storm, accepts Leo's help from her predicament. "Leo ... " she says, not blinking. " ... I thought you dead."
After Imras's succinct explanation, Torla is reminded of the shaft still sticking out of her shoulder. She whips her head around to see Erik climbing down the tree. Remembering the feeling she experienced upon touching the arrow fills her mind with a cold dread. "There he goes!" she yells, pointing. Then quietly to herself as she tightens her other fist around her amulet, "I can't let him run again. God, help us."
Torla casts spiritual weapon beside Erik and attacks: 12 + blessing: 2 — attack if it hits: 7
OOC: Crap, I'm sure that doesn't hit. But I'm looking forward to Reign's description of the event at any rate.

Noted. Waiting on Torla and Tyrvan then.

Have we ever seen Leo display these talents? The glowing orbs?

Hate to say it, but I'm done for the night, guys. Work calls, yet again. :(
OK, so he's not using magic. Another question: What would Torla call him?
