As the massive vulture closes in, Kathleen surprisingly calms down. She lets out a sigh of relief and stutters out, "I-It's just a very very large vulture. Thank the gods!" She readies her bow and prepares for a fight.
Initiative: 17
Kathleen would go some of the way with Gris and Adoy when they went to talk to the vultures but would stay a little behind so that she wouldn't scare them away. So, I'd guess she'd be 10-30 40-60ft feet away from Gris and Adoy.
EDIT: Completely forgot that Kathleen ran away when the vulture started coming their way. Sorry
Wow...so much for "surprising strength" if a 7 gets away from him...
Guess it was a sudden surge of adrenaline that died off really quickly? :D
Pulling away from Dwinkle, Ennis gets a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach when he lays eyes on the Vrock creature. Never in any of his days at sea has he seen anything like THIS.
Drawing his rapier, he begins moving to join up with the rest of the group.

Kathleen moves diagonally towards the left and back as far as 30ft (away from them) movement will allow. She then fires an arrow at one of the giant vulture.
To Hit: 16 Damage: 11
She shouts, "Gris! Adoy! Get out of there now! Fall back! Fall back!" Her voice has the seriousness of a soldier on the battlefield. It's quite different from her usual cheerfulness.
Vrock lets out an involuntary croak as the arrow rips itself through his belly, taking a large chunk of flesh and feathers with it before passing out the other side. It shrieks a quick command to the other two vultures, who take up defensive positions in front of him.

Sorry for the delay, night shift work means I sleep through most of the morning.
Having broken free from the dwarf, Ennis begins dashing toward the vultures, completely ignoring Adoy's shouts about the fish. (That's 30 feet of movement, then Dash action.)
As he runs, he tries to scour his memory to see if he's at least read about this sort of creature before.
Not sure exactly what sort of check would be appropriate here. If it's Arcana or Nature, add +2. If it's History, add +4.
Ghorbash
Ghorbash was on the perimeter of the camp off by himself. I'd say he was 30 ft from the middle.
Ennis successfully jerks himself out of Dwinkle's grasp.

Yep, that's what it was. Dwinkle is not a very athletic person, as I am sure you have realized.

Sweet roll, Kathleen!

As everyone are shouting, Gris turns back to face incoming monster
"Oh.. So this is Vrock.."
[OOC: Please take a second at home, work and shout Vrock like it was ACDC song]
"Well we have some fish if you like. Would that work for you? Adoy bring fish for mister Vrock!"
Init: 12
Ayoola would have stayed at the cart.
Initiative: 11
Adoy, almost as fascinated as frightened, replies to Gris,
"Ahh yes, delicious fish will surely sate your appetite."
As he says this he moves behind Gris, pretending to just be going to the cart for some fish, and readies his sling.
Initiative 12
I am assuming Gris and Adoy are right in front of the vultures.
Gris is confused "Adoy what are you doing? Run to the cart for fish! You want to be eaten by this?"
[OOC: Gris does not find a reason to kill it if it just hungry]
OK, Kathleen, you're up!
You are roughly close enough to the vultures to make contact with one move.

Gris and Adoy are the nearest to the vultures.
And there is a tie between the two in Initiative, so you can choose who acts first.

Adoy says to Gris.
"I don't think this thing is a natural creature, and I don't think it is interested in fish, but I will play along."
Adoy moves 25ft closer to the cart, and fish, then takes a dash action to move another 25ft. As he gets close he calls out to Ennis and Dwinkle
"Bring the fish!"
unless I am mistaken that puts Adoy another 50ft from the cart.

Roll: 6
Ennis sprints to within ten feet of the vultures.
Your Nature check reveals that it is a Giant Vulture. Don't worry about the wait.
