"I was wondering the same thing, I cant relay on transforming into my Primal form all the time. It would be worth it to look at other weapons and a chance to upgrade my staff. It would be nice to talk to the blacksmith about this." Stun says to the group.
Stun then turns to Ms. Polly, "We'll find your at the inn later, Also, Do you know of any one in town that enchant weapons?"
"I doubt you will find a weaponsmith in the Hilly Woods that can do that," Polly answers. "Gregg is the best weaponsmith around, but he doesn't know or use any magic as far as I know. If it is enchanted weapons you seek, I might have something for you. Meet me at Miss Tiffany's Inn next door to the common house tonight." Polly Dove turns and quickly walks away into the forest.
Going down the road a bit, you come to a small forge where Gregg, the grubby halfling from the council hearing, is busy at his anvil pounding a piece of metal into shape. As you approach, he looks up from his work. "Ah! The heroes of the Hilly Woods have finally arrived at my humble forge. I am at your service. What can I do for you?"
"hello there good sir! I was wonder if you are familiar with working with staffs. I would like to make my staff stronger against the upcoming fight against the goblins."
Stun shows him his current Staff, "This weapon is my current one I'm using, what is your opinion on how to improve it?"
"Hmm," Gregg thinks aloud. "Well, first of all, I would reinforce the shaft with a strip of iron or bronze then put some sort of weapon head on it to make it more like a polearm. Simply covering one end with iron or bronze would be good enough and make it last longer."
"Hmm..." Stun observes his weapons while taking in the advise of Gregg.
He then comes up with an idea and tells Gregg, "Do you see how the middle of the staff is wore down in the middle? That's where i usually have my grip when handling the staff. Can you fully cast the staff in Iron and changed the texture to have a better grip on the metal?"
As Stun is talking Maverick looks around to see if he sees any daggers , darts, longbows, or arrows that look like they would pack more of a unique punch then the ones he has now. Once Stun is done talking to Gregg Maverick will place all his stuff on the table and ask Gregg if he has any upgrades or can upgrade what he has
"Hmm, a cast-iron staff, perhaps with a leather grip in the middle," Gregg muses. "Yes, I could do that, but it would be very heavy. Bronze is a little bit lighter and doesn't rust as easily. Let me think about it. As for you Mister Maverick, let's see what you've got here. I could replace those stone arrowheads with metal ones. I don't know much about bows. I've got a few daggers here somewhere, but not much better than these, and the darts, i don't think I can improve much on them either."
Stun replies to Gregg, "Well defiantly bonze then, I'm not used to using heavy weapons, we mostly trained with light and agile weapons. Also, the scimitar that leader of the goblins was using was not be block or parried by my current weapon. And you make it sound covenant friend!"
"Bronze it is then, Mister Stun," Gregg smiles as he takes Stun's staff and places it on his nearby workbench. "I should have it ready for you in about three days. In the meantime, why don't you try your hand with this (+1) short sword I made."

"Very well, Ms. Polly. We will see you then!" Stun says as she walks into the forest
"Im very interested in seeing this Gregg about my staff, what are you guys planning on doing?"
Stun ask the group.
“I don’t need any weaponsss or armor. So unless you guys need me I’ll head to the Inn and meet you there when you’re done.” Eskee replies to Stun.
“I will go with you Stun, maybe I will see some cool arrows, daggers or darts, oh my. After that we can head to the Inn for some drinks.”
Stun says "Imma head to the blacksmith then, see you at the in."
Stun waves to the group as he is walking away.

OOC: I think our messages overlapped Imma roll with Stun
OOC: you good

Eskee enters the inn, orders a mug of mead, and takes a seat at a table to wait for his friends to arrive.
ooc: If i go either route, will it still be considered a heavy weapon? i wanna one shot lil goblins
As he is sitting there, a familiar young female halfling approaches Eskee. "Can I help you, sir?" she asks.
OOC: Yes, Stun, it would be a heavy weapon similar to a pike that does 2d6 bludgeoning damage instead of 1d10 piercing.
ooc: Ok thanks!
Stun replies to Gregg, "Well defiantly bonze then, I'm not used to using heavy weapons, we mostly trained with light and agile weapons. Also, the scimitar that leader of the goblins was using was not be block or parried by my current weapon. And you make it sound covenant friend!"
