Tor is kind of limited in what he can do right now, being an up-in-your-face fighter, so he will move his movement forward which should take him just into the first full square of water, and will shout out "Your leader is dead! Turn yourselves in before we send you with her!"
Deception: 15
After that he will prepare himself in to a defensive stance: Dodge

Vandeyr's hole in the fabric of reality blasts a ball of fire across the cultists. The middle two are too focused on Rawlings to react quickly, while the other two duck under the water and avoid the worst of the damage.
The human woman growls deep in her throat and yells, "For the Storm Lord!" before leading a charge of the cultists up towards the party on land. The other cultists answer her call, "For the Destroyer!" and, with near incoherent rage, rush forward behind her, raising their greataxes high to attack.
They fight recklessly with little regard for their own safety (all attacks against them have advantage, while they attack with advantage), wildly swinging their weapons with more brute force than anything resembling skill. The woman and one of the half-elves attack Rawlings, while the other half elf and the human man attack Tor, since those are the only ones they can reach.
Attacks against Rawlings: (with advantage) (Also, if any of these hit, don't forget to roll a Concentration check) Cultist 1: Attack: 18 Damage: 15 Cultist 2: Attack: 20 Damage: 14
Attacks against Tor: (without advantage due to his Dodge) Cultist 3: Attack: 8 Damage: 4 Cultist 4: Attack: 11 Damage: 4
Brother Siegfried can go. I'll post an updated picture of the map when I can.
Trying to build on Tor's efforts, he also calls out, "Talos is unforgiving! Do you really wish to die and face his judgement in defeat? Surrender, that you might live to redeem yourselves another day!"

With the frenzied attack of the true fanatic, the axe wielders push through Tor's defences and land heavy blows on him. They're insane! he thinks to himself, quickly realising the ferocity of their attacks leaves their own defences open. He moves in to strike Cultist 4, focussing on taking down the attacker who dealt him the most damage.
(DM: Hoping this isn't too cheeky. Precision Attack says it can be added before or after the attack roll - if I'd rolled a 19 in real life I wouldn't have added it to that first attack, but would have to the second attack. Is it possible to say that's what happens? So the first attack becomes 25, second attack becomes 20? It's okay if you say no, I'll just lie in the bed I made.)

Disappointed the cultists didn't listen to Tor and Sigi, Rawlings brings up her right hand, letting the energy crackle around it and surging forward towards cultist 1 right in front of her. Letting a second beam follow suit, the purple color of the energy dissipating as she lowers her arm.

(I will definitely allow that, but also, their AC is only 13, so both hit anyways).
In Vandeyr's rush forward, the berserker glances at him and shifts slightly out of the way of his first attack, but doesn't manage to avoid the second attack. Tor's attacks both cut deeply and heavily into the mad cultists, who seems beyond the feeling of pain, and who's mad grin only deepens as his blood flows into the water around him. Rawlings' magic swirls around her, blasting into the same cultist Vandeyr sliced.
The cultists, knee deep in water that is quickly turning red with their own blood, raise their axes and recklessly attack again. One attacking each of the heroes:
Cultist 1; attacking Vandeyr: Attack: 25 Damage: 16 Cultist 2, attacking Rawlings: Attack: 14 Damage: 11 (remember, to roll Con Save for Concentration if it hits) Cultist 3, attacking Tor: Attack: 7 Damage: 4 Cultist 4, attacking Brother Sigi: Attack: 19 Damage: 8

The madman slashes Sigi, briefly breaking his concentration. The dancing spirits freeze, and then wink out of existence. "... It looks like they want to do things the hard way," he mutters, drawing his sickle.

I forgot, they would still take damage from Spirit Guardians at the top of their turn. (Since you didn't say what level I'm assuming it was cast at base level 3?), so 20 radiant damage. Wisdom Saving Throw 1: 19 Wisdom Saving Throw 2: 17 Wisdom Saving Throw 3: 18 Wisdom Saving Throw 4: 11
As a 14 does not hit Rawlings, there's no chance of her losing her concentration and the priestess returning this round, so it is Brother Siegfried's turn.

Brother Siegfried remains in melee range near the shore. He strikes at the nearest cultist with his sickle. Attack: 18 Damage: 3
"With me, Earthmother!"he calls and casts spiritual weapon. A golden sickle appears hovering in the air beside him, and also strikes at the cultist. Attack: 20 Damage: 11
