She then draws an arrow preparing to shoot at the closest.
Jairo carefully picks her way to ensure she doesn't make a sound and gets to within 10' of the sheds. She then peers carefully at the sheds, examining them for signs of traps, indications that someone is inside them and possible entrances (e.g. door, window, roof hatch).

Assuming he can see the rats, or will once combat starts, he takes a swing at the nearest one! Kip's blade flashes out, casting frightful patterns of shadows against the walls of the sheds with the swing!
Order: Ratfolk Thug 1 (RT1) , Lia, Jairo, Prisca, Callhan, Ratfolk Thug 2 (RT2)
RT1 turns around looking at Jairo confused on where she came from. It pulls out a mace trying to see Jairo but due to its tempoary blindness it stands ready for an attack.
Lia casts her spell on RT1. It shivers and appears to move a tad slower.
Jairo's arrow hits RT1.
Prisca spell hits RT2.
Callahan attack misses.
RT 2 counters Callahan with its mace and hits for 4 damage.

Jairo jumps back and ducks under ratfolk thug's two swipes causing them to go wide, the cold energy that seemed to hit the ratfolk thug making it easier. Jairo switches to her daggers again and slashes back at the thug.

Jairo steps back as RT1's mace swing goes wide, as RT1 swings a second time she parries the mace with both daggers before whipping them up and slashing back with her main hand followed by her offhand in quick succession.
