Matilda had a look at the latch mechanism seeing if she could slip the blade of her dagger through and wiggle it to knock the hook back up and through the eye.
Matilda spies a possible-but-difficult way she might be able to slide her knife in and strike the hook with her blade to unlatch the window. (Make a DC15 Sleight of Hand check.) Will watches over her shoulder.
----
Meanwhile, Ben, Horatio, and Titaani hide in the bushes, out of sight of Chucklehead, wondering if the toffee apple-headed goblin boss has left yet.
( Oh, sorry. That was sleight of hand. I figured she could see the latch through the window the only question was if there was enough of a gap tp wiggle the blade through.)
Click. Matilda manages to unlock the small window.
"Nice!" whispers Will. "Let's go!"
Inside, Matilda can see many large spools of yarn, together with books and pouches and barrels and needles and other supplies. The storeroom is unoccupied, but there is light to her right, through an open archway
----
Titaani clomps forward through the brush to sneak a look at Chucklehead, only to find Chucklehead staring right at her.
"Go!" shouts Chucklehead angrily at her, pointing a sharp-nailed goblin finger in the direction Titaani came from. "Now! Before I call the tin soldiers on th' lot of you!" Titaani can sense that his patience has worn very thin.
Squeezing through the window and peering through the arch into the next chamber, Matilda sees three large, freestanding looms dominating the room. A young goblin and a pair of gnome children work the machines, filling the room with a loud, rhythmic clatter. The three children don't yet notice Matilda, nor Will, who squeezes in behind her.
Titaani holds up her hands in a show of shock. "I"m just looking for my friends!" She lies. "Have you seen two human men, both kind of sad, and super strong?"
Chucklehead rubs his temples and winces, as he responds to tiny Titaani. "What? Who are you now? I just threw them out. They went down by the bog." He points in the direction where Horatio and Ben hide. "I'm sorry, ma'am. This is a private entrance. My boss doesn't take kindly to strangers knocking on it. You're better off going away."
Just then, Titaani reverts to her regular (albeit small) size.
"I don't have time for this," mutters Chucklehead to himself. "Did I show you the rocking horse?"
-------
Meanwhile, up in the textile mill storeroom, Will responds to Matilda in a whisper. "I dunno. Shall we find out?"
"Woah!" Titaani laughs as she changes back to her normal size, checking all her fingers curiously. "I'm back! Oh, and, uh, thankyou mr goblin, I'll go look for them over there then..."
She goes back to where Ben and Horatio are hiding. "No luck, he's still out there. But look, I'm back to normal now!"
