Titaani, Matilda, and Squirt successfully sneak approach the kitchen area, but remain in the bushes nearby (Hold that great roll! You can use it when you can.)
But a new obstacle emerges: three angry, half-formed redcaps have emerged from the toadstool bed near the kitchen. Soil still clinging to them, they stomp their iron boots and swing their sickles in the air, outraged at some slight. They are directly between you and the door you wish to open. They look angry, chaotic, and homicidal.

"Ready? Ready," confirms will. He chucks the rock as hard as he can toward the scarecrows. 

Long-ranged attack: 7. Hit: 4 bludgeoning damage.

The five scarecrows, staked in a line near the pumpkin patch, begin to scream. The tin soldiers on the balconies begin to race down the exterior staircases.

”Nice throw! Let’s hide up here!” Pud points to the trees just north of their position. He positions himself hiding at the edge of the tree line with a line of sight of the scarecrows. “Stay back and get ready to run north. Let’s loop around to the stream.” Pud gets out the magically tinkered sling bullet and has it at the ready.

The immobile scarecrows continue to scream unsettlingly from their posts. One pair of tin soldiers scramble down the stairwells from their balconies, their steps in unison. The other pair vanishes inside the upper part of the log through the balcony door. Will has a big grin on his face.

Meanwhile: Titaani, Matilda, and Squirt hide in the bushes outside the kitchen. (Titaani may use that nat 20 lockpick roll later...)
Three furious redcaps stomp their iron boots and swing their sickles in the toadstool bed between you and the door, looking for something to fight. They look like they have freshly emerged from the garden bed, and are not fully metamorphosized from whatever state they were just in. They wear red toadstools on their heads as hats. They have not yet spotted you, but they will if you openly approach the door.

Matilda readied two kitchen knives to throw, ( Advantage from Hidden)-

Attack: Attack: 17 Damage: 6+ Sneak Attack 7

Attack: 19 Damage: 5 + Sneak Attack 6

Matilda races forward (just within 30') and whips two well-aimed knives before disappearing into the closest bush. They both hit the nearest angry fey, further infuriating it but also seriously wounding the thing.

"Wahoo!" cries Squirt, levitating forward enthusiastically (Dash). It floats just above the reach of the redcaps, maybe 12 feet overhead.

Matilda (hiding, about 30' from the nearest redcap, the one she wounded) and Titaani (about 40' away) may act next.

(Unless Titaani has a suggestion,) Tiny will turn invisible and run north into the woods. (Which turns out to be thick and brambly - difficult terrain.)
The two tin soldiers march down the stairs and through the pumpkin patch toward the scarecrows.
Will likewise runs north into the woods, stifling a guffaw.
Pud (about 100' from the soldiers) may act next!

"I'm going to go for that door," Titaani whispers to Matilda, before clutching her crystal and disappearing. Now invisible, Titaani is going to use her full movement to try and sneak around the redcaps and approach the kitchen entrance. 

Group 1:

Titaani vanishes and makes a run for it. She begins to make her way through the narrow strip of grass between the toadstool patch and the swampy water.

Matilda is up next!  (She is hiding about 30' from the nearest redcap, the one she wounded)

Matilda threw two more kitchen knives at the same redcap as she raced diagonally across ducking left and dove into the bushes again. ( Advantage from Hidden)-

Pud peeks out and spots the tin soldiers. He adjusts the volume setting on his tinkered sling bullet. 

In a low tone he gives his homunculus the command to take the bullet and drop it in the thicket to the west of the scarecrows. “Stay outta sight, Rizzo. Drop this in the bushes once the tin soldiers get close to the scarecrows.” With that, Rizzo buzzes off with the distraction and Pud loops around the thicket to the north heading towards the creek.

Group 1:

With a well-aimed knife (she owns four total, right?), Matilda takes the first redcap down before hiding behind the bushes again.

One of the redcaps, in a furious rage, tries to leap and catch Squirt but cannot jump nearly high enough.
The other redcap races in Matilda's direction, slashing wildly, trying to find whoever threw that knife. He gets awfully close. DC17 Perception: 8

Squirt dumps a load of black, slippery oil atop the first redcap, laughing maniacally.

Matilda and Titaani may act next!

Group 2:

Pud ... gives his homunculus the command to take the bullet and drop it in the thicket to the west of the scarecrows. “Stay outta sight, Rizzo. Drop this in the bushes once the tin soldiers get close to the scarecrows.” ... Pud loops around the thicket to the north heading towards the creek.

Pud runs north, behind the thicket; Rizzo flies south with the bullet, ready to drop it once the soldiers get close enough.

Invisible, Tiny continues to race through the thick brambles northward. Will does likewise.

Two more tin soldiers appear from behind a thick horizontal limb of the dead tree.
