Multiattack. The Tabaxi makes two Comet Staff attacks. Both sir3cted at Sam
Comet Staff 15 to hit for 10 bludgeoning damage (used with two hands,) plus 18 psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn.
Second Staff attack 23

Sam’s flame toung would be up so he has some lighting around him
Also, I forgot about this feature from dragonbone golem for the first round, but for round two, the three cultists should be subject to the following effect:
Fear Aura. Each creature of the golem’s choice that starts its turn within 20 feet of the golem must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw unless the golem is incapacitated. On a failed save, the creature is frightened until the start of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature is immune to this golem’s Fear Aura for the next 24 hours
(Round 2)
Draco-Amri will advance to within 5 feet of the Tabaxi, making one Pinion attack and two Rend attacks:
Pinion attack Attack: 22Piercing Damage: 11 . If successful,
If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is pinned beneath the bony pinion and restrained. The golem has two pinions, each of which can restrain one target. If a creature is restrained by one of the pinions, the golem can’t attack with it. Any creature restrained by a pinion can free itself at the start of its turn with a successful DC 17 Strength (Athletics) check.
First Rend Attack: 29Piercing Damage: 22 + 10necrotic damage
Second Rend Attack: 15Piercing Damage: 10 + 1necrotic damage
First attack declared was pinion.
Bend Space. When the tabaxi would be hit by an attack, it teleports, exchanging positions with <redacted> it can see within 60 feet of it. The <redacted> is hit by the attack instead. The only eligible target is the goliath. Who is pinned by the pinion, in addition to being paralyzed.
Again, assuming you chase him down, Amri can target the Rend attacks at the tabaxi. One attack hits, but the Piercing bony appendage of the golem seems blunt as it strikes the yellow clad feline. (Resistance to piercing).
(Can a creature that is already in the charmed condition be over-charmed? If the first spell is still in effect, would the second necessarily supercede it? Would the eyedrakes try to obey both masters at the same time and get caught in some sort of paradox loop?)
(Well Tetrevess makes his wisdom save with a 21 in the log. Psionic mass suggestion is tough! Can it be dispelled? )
Can dispel.magic dispel not magic? I don't think so. You could suggest something else, though and if it contradicts the first suggestion, it demonstrably works, since that's what happened with the eyedrakes.
The text doesn't explicitly say you can cause someone to attack someone else woth mass suggestion, but my inclination is that Sam would at the behest of the suggestion (possibly if I, the DM, had worded it differently). My expectation is that Sam should attack Tetrevess. Apostle Noitanimulli would be versed in the spell's usage and competent in the directions he gives. So, let's alter his words to "the intruders are trying to destroy us all! If they stop us, the world will be destroyed, the epicenter of its destruction this very spot. You must destroy them to save us all!"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The tabaxi warps space around Tetrevess. That creature must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, Tetrevess is teleported up to the portal opening above the cultists (the room was built 40ft high, but the ceiling is missing, as the portal has been opened in that space. Tetrevess is above the center of the room, 40ft in the air, but immediately starts to fall. If uninterrupted, he hits the reound tajing 12 bludgeoning damage)
All other creatures within 10 feet of the target’s original space each take 39 psychic damage. On a successful save, the target takes 19 psychic damage. That's Samogri. (Edited, I thought for a momemt the paralyzed goliath was Tetrevess)

(Now I get what Sam was saying, needing to travel more than 30ft to reach Tetrevess would preclude attacking the same round).
