<This can happen, but I have to believe Chadderly n eould know he had nonsuxh authority. The blade lord of this district will be pretty pissed about all the arcane magic. I donr really know how it will play out, politics being what they are, but Indo want to be clear that it's not anfree pass. Only Chadderly would really know this, as would most any resident of the city, though with all the scheming the city is known for, its plausibke enough that a red wizard could deputize someone and that the threat they encounter is if an external nature, thst an avwrage person would look the other way. A City Watch man might ask a question or two after the fact, but the bkade lord would definitely investigste the matter. This is to make it plain thst yiur decisions have consequences, but not make it a "Gothcya!" scenario where you couldn't possibly know what the consequences would be. Fires arent a major concnern here, but alot if the things arou d the docks are made of wood, so they kight xonsider that. Its also the warehouse distrixt, so if a loed's business were efrecred by goods being burned, thst woukd be a majir concern for them. unless I'm mistaken about the target, the blinded half-orc is again immolated by arcane flames, but as they are snuffed out by the damp air, the man lies still on the ground, his life extinguished before the flame.
<At this point, maybe we can just slot Sam's action (if any) among the rest of this section. whatever he wants to do is fine with me.>
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
His former opponent charred and snuffed, the paladin will run down the alley, circling around to the backside of the other Half-orc, attempting to block him from fleeing.
Twice more, Angus' longsword flashes through the damp air, striking at the would-be kidnapper.
First Longsword Attack: 25 Damage: 14 magical slashing
Second Longsword Attack: 16 Damage: 9 magical slashing

sam see his companions go after the half orc “go on you two” then see the woman grappled by the other half orc he will move at a blistering pace towards her and yells at that half orc let here go
Thanks @Rob. Guess I didn't refresh. Posting on the fly while traveling. Whoops.
Looks like another 10 damage on the half orc, so 25 total. He still looks pretty healthy. He had the woman grappled with one arm (she's over his shoulder).
He disengages and pushes his way between Angus and Gravity to move further down the alley beside the elf.
The paladin deflects the rapier thrusts, but the dagger finds a seam in his armor and wounds him.
Angus (BA) Challenges the Half-orc to a Compelled duel, as he advances towards him menacingly. ( DC 15 WIS save or suffer the effects.) He once again attempts to skewer the kidnapper with his blade.
First longsword Attack: 23 Damage: 13 magical slashing
Second longsword Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. magical slashing
I guess if the woman is concious now, she could get an initiative roll: 3
Sam 20 ✅️▶️
Sharkooth elf 19 ✅️✅️
Tetrevess 17 ✅️▶️
Angus 12 ✅️▶️
Gravity 12 ✅️✅️
Chadderly 9 ✅️▶️
Half-orcs 9 ✅️▶️
(Prior to the elf's action) The woman, now concious thanks to Gravity's efforts, continues to kick and claw, struggling to free herself.
15 (woman) vs 9 (half-orc)
* this might make the elf's choice to not grab her a bit suspect, but whatever.

You're up.
(On his turn). “Well, having been deputized with the express permission of the Red Wizards- I’ll do this instead” tetrevess says as he casts firebolt:
24 to hit his half orc 17 fire damage.
