"we've received another guest, Jigor," announces the inquisitor from upstairs.  "I'd introduce him, but I understand you two are already familiar.  Perhaps, then, it is you who'd like to make the introductions." After a moment catching his breath, the inquisitor gripping Jigor by the throat applies pressure again, whereupon the tortured man shouts 'I don't know.  I've never met him before in my Lia augh! ghhh!!" his words decaying into an animal radp and finslly a gurgle as his trachea starts collapsing under tbe pressure of the inquisitor's muscular arm.

The other male inquisitor, who still holds a scorpion by its tail as he speaks, though now farther from the distressed man's face, "Now there Jigor, weve gotten to know ewchother so well over the oast few days.  Surely, you know the real questioning was to start very soon.  There's no use in being coy with us, now. Perhaps if there's something more interesting your friend can tell us, we'll be occupied with ministrstions in the service jf loosening his tongue to start digging deeper into the details of your own personal history." Jigor's response to the mixed threat / bargain, (promise?) Is a despondent moan, dossolcing into heavy sobbing before the stout inquisitor behind him started to choke the sobbing into a gasping gag, once again.

"Thanks for softening him up for us. Did you get anything interesting out of him?"

Trisk will shove our 'prisoner' into the room just ahead of him so that he can enter just behind, walking with a confident swagger as if he owns the place.

As Careless purposely tumbles to the floor he says through the telepathic connection, For all the spell casters, is it alright if I cast Silence so others aren't alerted to us taking out the inquisitors?

Is shoving one of our own as a 'prisoner' the birghtest idea that anyone could come up with? Cause honestly, I'm kinda expecting his disguise to fail almost anytime soon... Randy thinks to himself as he remains disguised as yet another guard with his 'guard suit' providing some light in case someone cannot see properly.

Be my guest, new guy. I honestly don't know what everyone's thinking even with this stupid spell, but I'm pretty sure Ethan's thinking of something condescending... Randy scoffs in his thoughts as he stays in the backlines for now.

 Telepathically to the others: "Please wait for just a moment, I am hoping they will tell us if Jigor has spilled the beans yet. If he has then Jigor and the inquisitors are expendable but if he hasn't given them anything too sensitive then the 'rescue' is still on."

"You've got orders and so do we." The female inquisitor nearer to Jigor responds, walking to the cart full of implements. She picks up a particularly nasty lookong device with serrated blades and hooks, it's function not immediately clear, but undoubtedly it's intended use is something deeply unpleasant. Examining it, she address Jigor "So, you've never met our new guest before.  Well, then, I guess it wont be particularly intolerablr for you if we take a little break from our interview to work on him." She stares without looking at the battered man befire walking calmly toward Whisper. The other female inquisitor places a hand on the disguised pixie and holds the implement within an inch of his face.

"Jigor, lie down and close your eyes. Take a little rest. Wait for the screaming to stop, before sitting up again." She tells the prisoner.

To whisper, the other woman speaks in his ear from behind him, "Take this and make him confess to being your accomplice. If he admits it, our orders are complete and we can leave you to the capable hands of these fine inquisitors you've doubtless come to know so well on your journey here." She holds the torture device out for Whisper to take.

Whisper. Make a Wis save x suggestion

Jigor Raxia shifts on the table he's been leaned agains,swinging ingredients his legs over the edge as he reclines to rest on the hard wood, srsined with his relatively fresh blood, (though it's already sticky and cold, jt is still wet) layered over the stains left by previous guests.

<There is no extra mechanical effect to fact that they both are under suggestion. If an inquisitor or guard harms either Jigor or Whisper, the effect ends for that character. >

There is no initiative, as such, meaning a PC could intervene before whisper had a chance to act.  They'll need to pass a DC 12 insight check if they wish to know whether he's affected by the suggestion spell or not. It's clear to all thst a spell was cast, the casters in the party would likely know what it is. Or they could just intervene without knowing or allowing it to work by means of their interventions. Players can see rhe roll, but PCs would need that check.

This is all pretty open ended, just calling for one check vs suggestion.

(Adding dialogue to make the suggestion sound more reasonable.  It doesn't have to be true or even sound true. It's not a persuasion roll, it's an enchantment spell)

Careless stands up and takes the serrated blade offered to him. He walks over and flies up onto the table to stand beside one of the inquisitors where they were torturing Jigor. He raises the blade up and as he brings it swiftly down, at the last second he turns and kicks the inquisitor standing next to him twice, spending 1 key point to attempt to stun him with a round house kick to the face. (DC 18 CON save).

He then flies over and spends another key point to use Flurry of Blows as a bonus action to attack the second inquisitor at the table that was torturing Jigor, spending a 3rd key point to attempt to stun him with a round house kick to the chest. (DC 18 CON).

Attack 2: 25
Damage: 10

If they fail their CON save they are Stunned (attacks have advantage) until the end of my next turn.

"What amount of information have you been able to get out of Jigor so far?"

(ooc: all the previous questions have been asked to the inquisitors, except for the one where I specifically said it was telepathic... just wanted to clarify as there have been several posts that might have been overlooked.)

In response to the above questions the second female inquisitor answets, "He said that he was hired by a Thayan merchant from another city, whose name he doesn’t remember, and who paid him up front, who wishes to begin doing business in Eltabbar. He also said that he was hired by this merchant to follow the Tharchion and try to find out what his hobbies and interests are by where he shops and what he takes an interest in as he moves about the city, so the merchant can present the Tharchion with a suitable gift and not something the Tharchion wouldn’t care about or even find offensive."
