Would the guards on the balcony hear that tune? If so, rhey rush into the dormitory to check it out. Otherwise, you're sneaking past the guards so you're outside where a bush would be. And thats succesful. They're easily distracted constructs who investigate any noise, so if you do see them coming towards the sound of music, and you have the means, you can distract them to send them somewhere else.
(She'll play her tune, so they will hear but she is not "talking to them" they will just hear music. Then, she will move with dash and cunning action to dash again, so that's 80 feet. Doing that a few times to get them off her trail, she will then hide.)
A woodland basin filled with plants and fungi stretches out along one side of the fallen tree. A pumpkin patch is at one end of the garden, next to a steaming compost heap, with ramshackle pens for pigs and goats at the opposite end. Bedraggled scarecrows hang from tall wooden stakes in the basin’s wooded slope. Two ground-level doors and three balconies provide entry to the hag’s lair.
Pumpkin Patch and Staircase. Several large pumpkins grow in one spot amid thick, leafy vines. A wooden staircase on the edge of the pumpkin patch ascends to a 20-foot-high wooden balcony. This is where picollo sneaks past the pair of tin soldiers.
Five scarecrows are staked in a line near the pumpkin patch
Mushrooms and Toadstools. Granny Nightshade grows many kinds of Feywild fungi
Plant Beds. Many plants grow in Granny Nightshade’s garden—licorice, sugarcane, marshmallow, and more
Animal Pens. The pens contain seven goats, five adult pigs (use the boar stat block), and a Small piglet (noncombatant) named Oink, who is beloved by Philomena
Philomena (the 8 year old halfling girl) is nervously looking about as she approaches the pigpen.pigeon. "Oink! Oink!" She calls in a whisper.
When Picollo enters the pumpkin patch, three fat pumpkins burst open, and a giant poisonous snake slithers out of each of them.
As she approaches what looks at first glance to be a bush, Picollo, with her truesight, realizes that the bush she's chosen to hide behind is actually a shambling mound disguised as a compost heap
"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Well the guards are definitely going ro respond to that.
For their part the snakes comment loudly, "Hey you! No one is allowed in the pumpkin patch. Who are you anyhow?!"
The hitherto distracted tin soldiers feom the balcony call monotonously as the shift their attention to the call. "Halt. Who goes there?" (I'm getting B-1 Battledroid vibes from their speech)
The door creaks open, and a little old woman totters forward. She wears a grimy, old-fashioned shawl, and her skin looks like gnarled bark. A large iron key extends from her back, ticking rhythmically as it rotates
Seeing Cradlefall in a cage her expression sours and she demands "What's going on here? Where are the children?!"
Answering the hag, Uriel says, "We came here to talk with you, but some of our number decided to explore a bit. Cradlefall ordered the soldiers to attack us and the children ran away from the battle--I am not sure exactly where they are now. I'm sure if he promises to behave himself and stop breathing poison on us he will be released from his cage."

Piccolo will try to disengage, dash, if needed get step and join Trisk and Uriel. Standing very shyly in the back. She will use true sight to look on the witch.
"Did Chucklehead not ask you politely to wait in the parlor? You've startled the children." Looking to the cage containing the dragon, she asks rhetorically, and did Cradlefall breathe on you before or after you put him in a cage?" With that, she casts polymorph on tne dragon and he turns into a tiny six-winged insect with a long abdomen, who out of the cage and takes flight. I think we should all sit down and talk about what's going on here. Now we just need some CHAIRS." She says the last word louder than the rest.
Piccolo looks at her with true sight but also studies her she notes the key and with the expert timing of a musician, she takes special note of the rhyming timing of the keys movement. If the key slows down at all, she will move over and wind it quickly. She wonders of the key could be removed and even more so, if the key could be used in a door, like most keys. She listens but at the same time is looking for other clues, out of place things, and clearly will not sit. Come to think of it, piccolo really has not stopped moving unless hiding. Almost like a humming bird, Her normal level of energy involved movement. (perception and true sight: 20)

Sam looks up “we isn’t this interesting” he tightens his grip on his glaive
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Drain:
Drain will take a look at the hag to see if she has anything else on her that wasn't there before. Specifically a Unicorn horn. He still has see invisibile up.
perception 18
He will also cast message to Sam
Remember the horn, if she knows something we should ask her before killing her, although I kinda would like to kill her.
"With all this confusion I think it might be wise to get right down to brass tacks" suggests the wind-up woman. "I'm interested in locating a unicorn horn. If you return it to me, I'll reward you handsomely."
<there are other things she'd like you to do, but the rewards are originally predicated on the precept that you have lost somwthing in your youth and your personal motivst6ion in this story is to retreive it. If your interested in pursuing this, mention it to her.>
Piccolo hiding on the roof, will try move to a hidden location where she can quietly peak in and do actions as above. (Stealth 21)
Shes in the pumpkin patch being confronted by lots of things that see her standing there with Trisk. Snakes, tin soldiers, an as yet unresponsive shambling mound. There's a girl climbing into a pigpen there's all the action in the place where she actually is. Meanwhile the others are distracting the antagonist.
Trying to run now sets multiple aoo and sounds the alarm for everything else to converge here.. is that really what you want to do?

Picollo and Trisk are out there in the garden, I think. So what do you guys do?
