Trisk will move up a little and cast Illusory Dragon so that it appears ahead of them both as they approach.
Each enemy that can see the Huge flying Shadowy Dragon must make a DC 19 WIS save or be frightened of it for 1 minute. If a frightened creature ends its turn out of line of sight it can make the save again.
As a Bonus Action Trisk moves the illusion up to 60 feet through the air toward wyvern and it's rider so that its close enough to only catch them and any other enemies in it's 60 foot cone breath weapon, not Sam or Tetrevess. Each creature in the cone must make a DC 19 INT saving throw or take 19 acid damage or half on a successful save.
The illusion is tangible but attacks miss it automatically, it succeeds on all saving throws, and it is immune to all damage and conditions.
A creature that uses an action to examine the dragon can determine it is an illusion by succeeding on a DC 19 INT save. If successful the creature can see through it and has advantage on saves against its breath.

The wyvern is 60ft in the air and frightened. Every enemy is frightened. Waiting on Sam here. He is blind for this turn (didn't impact the grapple check) but it ends immediately at the end of his turn.
Trisk takes the full 25 fire damage and has to make a concentration check on his Illusory Dragon spell.)

As the wyvern releases Sam from its clutches, the Fang of the Worl Serpent calls upon the blood of the ancients to swell from.witjon his armor, exploding bilious humours skyward like a fountain. A dark red firework in the sky blasting both wyvern and rider with necrotic blood, soaking the pair and causing spasms of pain as they writhe in the air, for a momemt before falling to the ground amid a torrent of blood rain, whixh falls upon the orc corpses and the brokwn wagon stranded on the river road. The wyvern crashes to the ground hard near Sam, who lands prone beside it. The rider hits the ground with a splat, a clang and a crash, as teo potio. Viles smash to bits, their contents soaking into the ground, while his well crafted sickle clatters about, undamaged from the impact, finally coming to rest beside the rider.
<theyre dead. that was a lot of damage.>
The orcs, afraid to draw near, bjt still spoiling fir a fight retreat to the sides of the road, some entering houses, others finding cover from the illusory dragon summoned by Trisk.
Amid the relative calm, you still hear the screaming of thiae whondwell in the houses bybtbe bridge. A commotion arises likewise from behind the fallen statue beside the plinth where the wyvern stood before taking flight. "Aha!" an orc shouts, "thought yoi coukd hide, did ye?" "No, no." Comes tbe shout of an older man as he runs out from cover toward the cart at the intersection, but freezes as he sees the illusory dragon and the giry scene of everything beside it covered in blood.
"You Orcs will surrrender to us, or die. Do not trouble the townsfolk!". Tetrevess shouts. His voice is quaking a bit, clearly angry, not an emotion the group remembers from him before. Something about this really bothers him. He advances towards the orc threatening the old man and a bolt of white- hot fire shoots from his hand into the orc's chest. (26 to hit, 16 damage)
Sam moves up as he does he casts cure wounds on himself at 3rd level regaining 30 hit points
