Akame will misty step into the sphere and if that works will attack with his staff to try to break his concentration. If he gets inside the sphere he will use his reactions to cast Subtle Spell counterspell on the mage to try to shut him down. Try to match the level of the spell to avoid rolling.

Is that with DA or can you see invisible? Ditto counterspell.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I've looked theough Akame's character sheet and it doesn't look like there's anything to see invisible. So, if it's not at DA (I can't see it for aomw reason, others apparently can) @Ikarbano shoukd roll another die.
If it already had DA (or if I'm just wrong and he can see, somehow):
Concentration check: 6
Chadderlay is up next. If he knows the outcome because there was DA, it's his turn. Otherwise he can act now or choose to wait for resolution.
(Well, the Ambassador wasn't visible, but he was audible, meaning that Akame had at least an idea of the direction he was in, and it wasn't a random guess. That would still give him disadvantage. It depends on how the Ambassador became invisible. If the magic sphere and the invisibility both require concentration, then obviously both can't be in effect. Assuming one of these does not require concentration, then I would agree with DA.)
(ALso, counterspell does not specifically require you to be able to see the caster, HOWEVER, it can only be cast as a reaction when a spell is first being cast. It is not the same as dispel magic, and will not disrupt an ongoing spell effect.)
"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."

Counterspell does require the caster to see the target. They just wrote that in the casting time for some odd reason.
Akame's strike misses.
Chadderlay Disintegrates the barrier.
The ambassador moves out of sight of Angus.

<need to check on Tetrevess' round action. I had radiant fireball marked for precombat - I like to let teams work together, initiative order be damned, but not a double dip, if thst makes sense. So either the Thayan knight commander is up or there is now a fireball thst maybe does something?? Just give me a minute.>
(Angus gains 6 HP every round) Tetrevess arcana check to recognize what’s going on with help from the group.. 25
So, the radiant fireball was definitely before combat. I'm hard pressed to say the Ambassador was 'surprised' after his dog (MFH) started barking. Then the arcana check, which RAW is an action, but I'd be willing to call BA. I think that counts as Tetrevess' turn.
The ambassador appears, further to the east side if the room, as he is passed by the Knight Commander returning from checking on the barking. He is standing with two identical copies of himself, which constantly blink in and out of position with one another <I'm just trying to describe mirror image>.
A dome (wall of force,) 10ft in diameter, appears over Akame and Angus.
The Knight Commander misty step s his way to the other side of the dome to engage Tetrevess with his flame tongue great sword.
<I actually rhink he would have kit it when he went to see what the dog was barking at, but I never said so, thus it is not lit yet, its just a greatsword - for now. I mean, it is magic, still and also deals psychic>
23 for 13 slashing + 10 psychic damage
25 for 13 slashing + 10 psychic damage
Akame and Chadderlay are up. (Necromancer and Dearhlock used Dash this round.
Tetrevess believes #42 to be a living spell, held by the stasis sigils on the case.

Anyone can let me know if there was DA or if they see something i missed vis a vis seeing invisible creatures.

I missed that he was invisible since I thought his concentration was taken up by the globe
(I wonder if he cast detect magic if he would be able to see any magic items the Ambassador was carrying, and then extrapolate?)
Chadderlay will cast Disintegrate on the sphere.
Detect magic text clearly states "you see a faint aura around any visible creature or object ..."
Invisibility states "anything the target js wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it's on the target's person."
So, no.
But, it's just DA, so roll it and see.
edited for clarity: Noted, but he didn't cast invisibility.
Da roll 11

(Tetrevess was trying to fireball the room before the team went in, which didn’t do anything useful in this case)

(Was the previous dome a wall of force? if so, why did it block Angus' toll the bell cantrip? or was it just that he made the save?)
It was a globe of invulnerability
