As the rest of you enter the hull into the dark cargo hold of the Kraken, the First Skelton has risen from underneath the rubble and Vars is rapid in launching his first arrow which embeds into the grinning skull as ice begins to form across its Bonney appendages front Frangipani’s attack. con save skeleton 3
Between the arrow and the ice, you can hear the bones of this dead thing cracking under the stress as it moves through the broken crates towards the group

If the skeletons are visible (dim light) - Bjorn drifts out into the hold and looses a bolt at the nearest one. Attack: 18 Damage: 7 piercing.
If they're not visible (darkness) - he floats there, finger over the trigger, waiting for a target to appear. (Ready action: shoot the next skeleton I see)
"Ain't a skeleton crew supposed to be smaller than this?"
If the skeletons are visible (dim light) - Bjorn drifts out into the hold and looses a bolt at the nearest one. Attack: 24 Damage: 12 piercing.

"Ain't a skeleton crew supposed to be smaller than this?"
Bjorn send his bolt through the water towards one of the Skeletons as it barely comes into his view. It jams deep into its skull. The boney crewman wobbles a second, attempts to grab at the bolt before continuing forward with wobbly steps
(not sure if we have air bubbles around us or not) Sparhawk continues to advance on the skeletons, intent on laying his former captains crew to rest. Still worried about the giant squid or octopus, he wonders what necromancy or dark evil cursed this poor lot. Another cursed item, dark magic? "I expect the whole crew is like this." Sparhawk looks at Bjorn.
Lirs aquatic magic settles onto the hull floor, beneath the rubble and suddenly thick seaweed springs forth to entangle the skeleton crew. Two of them are completely stuck in the thick plants, but the others break free before their limbs are captured
