An1 retracted to the shore ( approx 20') so you will have to move there as well. Your speed will be 1/2 due swim to get there, unless you use your action to row

Attack 2: (On AV1 if alive, AV2 if not: Attack: 10 Damage: 12 + Radiant: 4
Sparhawk delivers a devastating attack on the smaller vine causing it to try and retract.
Eberk growls in frustration. He takes a swing at AV2 with his warhammer.
Attack: 13 Damage: 10
Eberk nails the vine being held by Frangipani’s croco jaws, causing it to go limp, and the whole base of its root system releases from the tree trunk and falls into the water with a splash
Would I be able to row our boat away from these vines? They don't seem to attack swimmers and nobody's grappled anymore. We could just leave.
( assuming you do this )
keeping as far from the shore as possible and knowing Lir and frangipani are at home in the water Bjorn takes to the oars to power down stream and out of the vines range. The first vines attempts once more to nab someone on the boat, but falls just shy of reaching anyone.
(Lir’s go and then back to the top)
(Lir's fully restrained I assume, so limiting him to verbal spells).
Lir yells out something that sounds wet and garbled, then misty steps over beyond the boat dropping into the water.
As he falls he casts cure wounds on himself, slapping the puncture point like he's putting out a fire. 15
As a free action, using his friend of the sea feature, Lir will yell to Frangipani "bastard spiky plants above!"
(good move Lir)

Attack 2: (On AV1 if alive, AV2 if not: Attack: 10 Damage: 12 + Radiant: 4
At Lirs words Frangipani dives deep then powers upwards breaching through the surface to try and close her massive jaws around the strange plants.
Attack: 22 Damage: 7 + Grappled.

But, av2 is in range still
(Both attacks on AV2 then.)

Franti catches it in her iron crocodile bite halting its escape and further damaging the tendril
( did Bjorn and Eberk do a deed? Or is it fine time?)
Eberk growls in frustration. He takes a swing at AV2 with his warhammer.
Attack: 9 Damage: 9

“Let’s try to do so!”

"Lir, rejoin us so we can heal you up.", Sparhawk seems relieved. Another strange creature of these jungles.
Eberk takes one of the oars from Bjorn and helps with rowing. He says a short prayer, casting Healing Word on Lir.
Healing 5
5 points (rolled in game log)
Sparhawk takes care of the rest with lay on hands.”This should finish the job my friend.”
Lir surfaces and climbs back on board.
"....unpleasant."
