In her rare display of physical hostility , Alyndra rams her dagger right into the sauahguin's spine with surprising fury. The blade sinks to the hilt in the creature's back and it lets out a near silent, but desperate gasp as the life quickly disappears from it's body. It slumps, to the ground dead, leaving the angry wizard standing over its body with a bloody dagger in her hand.
Bosko, buoyed by Lazarus' encouragement, looks around after felling the crab to see one remaining creature in combat with Sunita. He lumbers forward trying to get behind it and then punches both his bear claws into it's back.
"Time is done for you!", he says with a growl.

With a brutal combination of stabs and slashes, Bosko and Sunita tear into the last sahaguin and bring it down. The bloody, scaled corpse slumps to the ground in a pile of it's own messy inward that have been spilled onto the sand. The sailor let out a collective sigh of both relief and anguish, as one of the four lies dead, with the other three injured pretty badly from the crab attacks.
" Everyone whose getting aboard should probably do so now?", both stated and queried Sunita...who was aware she knew next to nothing about boats....or ships...or whether there was a difference.
"Friends all ok?", Bosko enquires of his friends as the last of the creatures falls.
"Sunita right, let get on ship", he then adds as he moves onto the ship himself and starts to look about at the state of the island. This certainly isn't the relaxing visit he was hoping after seeing Diego safely here.
As he thinks of Diego, he starts to look around for him. They weren't technically employed by him any more, but that didn't mean he wasn't concerned.
Picking up their fallen cohort, the three injured sailors hurry aboard the only ship that's left at the dock, an 80-foot vessel.
Looking across the island about 100 feet away, you can see that the fifty-foot-wide channel that separates Flora Isle from the rest of Palma Flora is impassable after the earthquake splintered the bridge, and that the northern part of the village is suffering the same aftershocks as the island. People are fleeing in droves. A dozen villagers stand on the north side of the channel, all of them calling encouragement to a handfuls of villagers who are currently swimming across. However, their calls seem to be turning to screams as you see a handful of fast-moving sharks tear through the channel towards the swimmers.
Sunita glanced at Bosko and lit off towards the channel at speed, her intention to splash into the water and try and divert the sharks attention if possible.
Sunita takes off running towards the north shore, and splashes into the water at the edge of the channel. She sees that one of the villagers has almost made it to the other side of the 40-foot wide channel, while five other people are only about halfway across and are unsure whether to turn back or keep swimming.
That's when she sees three reef sharks close in and attack the people in the middle of the channel, although one of them gets hit by an arrow the streaks forth from Bosko's bow. The people at the edge of the shore scream in terror as they watch their fellow villagers thrash about in the water, desperately fighting for their lives against the three sharks. Two of them are fast enough to keep swimming towards the far edge, and they stroke and kick frantically as they try to get away.
The other four swimmers are caught completely defenseless against the predatory sharks, and two of them are ripped to shreds in a terrible thrash of violent butchery. Blood beings to stain the water as the frenzy of the sharks only becomes more harried. The third villager tries desperately to swim away, but it's painfully clear to anyone watching that her own slaughter is imminent.

Sunita wades in to waist deep and slashes her forearm with her blade and beats her arms against the surface of the water, trying to distract the hungry fish.
Alyndra grimaces at the blood on her hands from stabbing the sahuagin that was now dead at her feet, but smiles tentatively up on Lazarus before her attention was then stolen by the frantic screams. It was a horrifying sight seeing people be ripped the shreds by sharks, the churning water blocking out some of the visceral imagery. Stomach clenching, she tried to think of anything that she could do to help and raised up a hand to flick out three Magic Missiles to hit the shark getting closest to the the struggling swimmer. Brow furrowed in distress, Alyndra jerks to action at Bosko's call and she tugs on her partner's hand while beginning to jog towards the ship. "You heard Captain Bugbear, let's go."
All three of Alyndra's magic missiles slam into the shark that's closest to the poor swimmer. While the attack doesn't kill the creature, the explosion of arcane energy that blasts upon its body definitely causes quite a shock. It responds by diving below the surface and disappearing from view.
The shark that was previously hit by Bosko's arrow is suddenly stuck with another one, and it too turns in painful surprise and starts swimming erratically, losing attention on the swimmer.
Meanwhile, Sunita wades into the channel, trying to cause a distraction. The third shark sees her and quickly swims towards her, smelling her blood in the water, as it lashes out with its deadly jaws. Attack: 12 Damage: 9
This three-pronged distraction appears to give the swimmer time to move away from the middle of the channel. Thrashing her arms and legs, she swims desperately towards the other bank.
Bosko draws yet another arrow as he scans the surf for signs of sharks. Seeing the ones going for the swimmer move away, he focusses on the one attacking Sunita.
He calms his breathing and sets his sights on the shark, releasing the arrow.
He then turns to those on the ship, "We not leave until friends aboard", he growls at whatever crew is present.

Markus nods. "Sunita, hold on!" The artificer, place his body in balance, two feet well apart and aims with his staff, loaded on his shoulder. In a loud bang, the staff shouts a Fire bolt at the shark. Attack: 13 ; fire damage 10
Between the next volley of attacks that are unleashed by Bosko, Markus and Sunita, that third shark finds itself being bloodied and burned by blade, arrow and fire, and although it is not killed, it's clearly had enough. In a move of pure survival, it turns and dives below the surface, trying to get away as fast as it can.
With all three sharks now injured and fleeing through the water, the female swimmer makes it to the other side and climbs up onto the bank, looking back at you with a wave of relief and gratitude. This is met by cheers from everyone on both side of the bank, but those are quickly cut short by another aftershock that rocks the tiny island.
Hearing your calls to get on the ship, the dozen villagers who are left on this side of the channel begin running quickly towards the ship, where the sailors are hurriedly getting the boat ready for departure. He is joined by the young white-robed acolyte with brown skin and dyed-orange, shoulder-length hair who you spoke with before, who waves frantically, urging everyone to get on board.

Taking aim, he tries to hit a shark as it surfaces.

Bosko draws another arrow and takes aim for another shark, or the same shark, it is hard to tell with them thrashing about.
He waits for one to surface and releases the arrow.

"Anyone know what going on?", he calls out. "Why this happening?".
