The captain covers his ears and screams in pain as if his brain was pierced by sharp ice picks. Blood oozes from his ears and he runs to B7 to get away from Milo.

Grol, you may make an AoO with a weapon towards the Captain as a reaction

Grol, drops his morning star beside him, the spike at the end driving into the deck of the pirate ship. He grabs a javelin out of his pack and unleashes it at the pirate captain.

 Grol then returns his attention to the Orc archer. Reaching down to grab his morning star, he attacks the archer.

Attack: 17 Damage: 8

OOC: The archer is not next to you. I'll just say you swing at the barbarian.

Grol's morningstar his the orc barbarian in the ribs, the crunching sound of ribs cracking is clearly audible.

Krunchy will throw some pepper at the archer to cast Guiding Bolt

(I forgot there was a cannon ready) Krunchy will aim the cannon towards the orc Captain and Archer, taking care to not hit Grol with the grapeshot. He moves to L9 and fires.

The grapeshot blasts across the deck, the captain takes half damage as a cluster hits him in the chest and looks quite hurt. The archer takes the full damage and spins like a top before falling over dead.

With 35' of movement, Raph should be able to reach that captain.

He swats an arrow away from himself from the now dead archer, and fixated his eyes on the captain. His talons dig into the deck as he shoots forward, darting around the mast.

He gets to the captain and wants to attack non lethally. He thrusts past the captain's leg and cuts it as he brings it back;

To hit: 17 damage: 8

He then will spend a ki point, making his claws glow with a golden light as he attempts a leg sweep:

Unarmed1 to hit: 18 damage 6 make a dex save DC13 or knocked prone.

Unarmed 2: Goes for a talon stomp. If he's prone, at adv.

To hit1: 11 to hit2 (if adv)  7

Damage: 5

If he's not prone yet, DC13 dex or prone.

OOC: There is no archer next to E10. I'm not sure if you're able to make it to the Captain with your movement speed, but please select a new target and destination. I had to fix the map shortly after posting so not sure if you're going off the old one I removed

As Raphael thrusts his spear, he succeeds in cutting the captain across the leg. He grabs it and puts some pressure on it while jumping over your leg sweep. He evades your stomp and pulls his scimitars out, recovering from Milo's psychic attack.

The barbarian swings at Grol with his greataxe, attempting to cut him along his torso.

His greataxe tears through Grol's midsection, leaving a large wound across the stomach.

Xander will focus on the Barbarian as Grol just received a heavy wound, focusing his Eldritch Blast!

OOC: I call upon Relentless Endurance to prevent me from being reduced to 0 HP. I now have 1 HP.

The mighty blow from the barbarian looks to be a finishing blow to Grol, but he falls to one knee and roars a battlecry and wills himself to get back on his feet. The blast of energy from Xander hits the barbarian square in the face, as he covers his eyes in pain.

The orc captain is up and attempts to slice Raphael up with his scimitars across his legs

"Oi! We need to get out of here!" He yells to the barbarian as he sees it is impossible to win, and begins to flee to a small life boat on the starboard side of the ship. He runs to A5 for his bonus action to drop the boat in the water.

The orc captain gets impaled through the back, leading into his heart. Your spear tip punches through his chest and he falls forward on his face, dead.

Rummaging through her pack, Ban retrieves a grappling hook while rushing to k12. Unfurling it in a wide arc overhead in a counterclockwise motion, she releases the coil in an attempt to wrap around the barbarian's neck. 

Ranged attack:11

Dashing via Cunning Action as a Bonus Action, she rushes back passed Milo, around the cannon bordering k14, wrapping the rope around her hands, and jumps off the edge of the ship. The plan is to hopefully wrap the enemy, and use the momentum and pull off the rope to hang him aloft. The rope behind the cannon, catching and holding it so we don't plummet into the sea.

Ooc: i‘m impressed! What a move!

Ban throws the grappling hook and it successfully wraps around his neck. The hook bashes him in the face as the rope coils around his neck, then it's firmly secured when you give it a tug. He growls and puts a hand to his face while trying to loosen the rope with another hand.

He nearly frees himself, but he suddenly gets jolted off the planks when you jump off the Truth's Tenacity. He gets dragged over the side and his feet splash in the water as he flies towards the hull of your ship and takes 1 damage when he crashes into it. The whole ship lightly vibrates as you hear a loud THUD from his massive body hitting the hull. You hear choking sounds coming from him as he takes both hands and wraps them around the rope on his neck.You are both dangling over the side of Truth's Tenacity, being secured by the cannon.

How much does Ban weigh?

Milo it's technically your turn, so you may do something.

ooc: 151lbs bodyweight with an additional 74 item and equipment load = 225lbs; so not too much. She's not very heavy, but she's gotta stay pretty weight appropriate to fit into small places and be more agile. 

OOC: !! So much for attacking non-lethally. hahaha, whoops.

OOC: Raphael since you didn't indicate on your AoO that it was non-lethal I assumed it was with the pointy end, but I'll rule that it was non-lethal this time if that's what you intended.

Barbarian STR save 18

With your weight being somewhat similar, you both stabilize on the side of the hull. However the orc fails to hold on and falls into the water.

Make a STR Athletics or DEX acrobatics check to prevent yourself from falling into the water with him
