Praxius marvels at the sword in his hand, and then as Quiggley shouts at him he feels the ground beneath his feet start to become softer.

He turns to Paca and asks, "Do you trust me?".

With that he reaches out and places a hand on Paca's shoulder. Assuming he consents, Paca disappears from view, appearing again a split second later by the exit to the cave.

With that done, he steps back and then runs towards the edge of the solid ground and launches himself across...

Praxius, without missing a beat and showing great control in a stressful situation immediately grabs the Kokiris shoulder. Paca vanishes within a small puff of smoke only to reappear a few feet away from Quiggley. The rest of you turn your attention back to your large friend, still standing on the rapidly sinking island. 

With a deep breath he takes a few steps back, digging his heels into what left of the MUCH hotter ground he is standing on before vaulting forwards. Towards where the rest of you are watching. With two steps he covers 10 feet, his knees buckle as he pushes against the ground and vaults high into the air. Soaring clear over the Lake and the perimeter wall that surrounds it. With a loud CRUNCH, the large form of Praxius slams onto the ground beside Paca. Leaving a small crater in his wake as he recovers from his impressive feat of jumping over 10 feet in the air and covering over 20 feet in distance. 

With the Curved greatsword in his grip, you just catch the last bit of island as it sinks below the bubbling lava. 

"Well, that was quite the entrance," Theo says as Praxius lands with the new sword. "I'm assuming its magical, since the island crumbled into the lava after you picked it up. Why would the Gorons leave it there?" Theo ponders aloud as the group continues through the cave.

Praxius hefts his large form back into a standing position after landing in a crouch, and turns back to the now sunken island.

"It looked so shiny, glowing with magic. I just figured, why not give it a try. You are right though, I hope it wasn't left there for anything important", he says in reply to Theo, looking rather sheepish.

"Shall we talk about it outside,?",Quiggley and indicating the sunlight.

Paca looks at Praxius after he lands and says "Does that normally make you feel this nauseous?" He shakes off the feeling agrees in moving forward but first he thinks about the red crystals and what they were.

"Hey so those red crystals that were forming around that sword, I think that is goron spice. I have had it before. But what might be even more important, I think that sword was, well, producing it. There may be an angry goron or two if we are to show this thing to them. Let's be cautious in what we grab going forward."

“Goron Spice? I don’t know what that is. Is it aftershave, drugs or something else?”, Praxius asks picking some remnants of the crushed crystals out from the tread of his boots to look at it.

”Will Dagoro be mad do you think?”.

"It is used to flavor food. If it is their only source then yeah they might be mad. Guess we will find out."

“If they’ll get mad, maybe we should shove it back in the ground,” Theo comments. “Who knows, maybe it’ll start to work again.”

"Using a sweet sword like this to grow food flavouring? It would be such a waste to put it back, Dagoro will know that. It'll be fine", Praxius says in his most convincing voice. Mostly trying to convince himself. 

The sword now firmly strapped to his back, his cloak shifts around it to conceal it a bit better as he looks outside the cave to see what is there. 

"Now, where is Dagoro".

Happy to be moving back outside Quiggley flies out of the cave. He hopes.

"Ye sure it 'twas 'er? Where' did she come from? The Cave?" You all hear a very familiar voice booming from the exit as you make your way towards it, accompanied by the sounds of a heavy footfalls that make the very ground you walk upon shake ever so slightly, Just as you feel the suns warm embrace on your skin as you reach the exit. It is cut off by the looming shadow of a being who's entire body blocks the exit. A hand reaches in, brown skin with a strange metal plate attached to the knuckles. The Hand grips the wall, causing the stone to crack and crumble as this being pulls themself into the cave. 

Forceing their enormous frame through the small opening, you watch as the sturdy rock breaks and begin to fall. Pelting this giant with small pebbles atop his head as he stands up, now in full view of you. 

Dagoro blinks, staring at the four of you. 'YE MADE IT" He bellows forth, his strong arms wrapping around the entire party as he pulls you in for an embrace. You all feel the unnatural strength of your large Goron friend as he squeezes you, in fact you are fairly certain if he were to squeeze any tighter. Your ribs may shatter much like the rocks he pulverized while forcing his way in to the cave. 

"Eldin's balls. Wen I was 'old a sun coloured Zora exited the cave. I thought there was no way it could be you lot, but 'ere you are!" He releases you from his grasp and stands back, looking at each one of you. " Rock's, am I 'Appy to see you lot." His wide smile beams down on you, Marveling at just how strong this Gentle giant you call friend truly is......and How strong Praxius must be if he bested him in a contest of strength.

"Good to see you too, Dagoro", Praxius says happily after he finally extricates himself from the big Goron's hug.

Then he plants a friendly punch on Dagoro's upper arm. "That's for disappearing and only leaving a note!", he says accusatorially.

"If you'd just said, we would have come with you! But, we are here now, how can we help?".

Paca watches the two greet each other and smiles. "You two sure are a pair. We heard of some trouble up here in the mines Dagoro. What is going on?"

Quiggley hugs back.

“Ooh!” Theo gasps as Dagoro brings them into a hug, knocking the air out of him. After getting out of his grasp, he says, “Well met, Dagoro. Glad to finally see you!”

The large Goron chuckles, the taught and firm mucle in his arm barely even budges at the strike made by Praxius. "Ye 'M sorry bout leavin the way I did. Didnt sleep much that night, Was worried about what was goin on back 'ere" The Goron sheepishly rubs the back of his head, feeling a little ashamed for leaving without a proper goodbye. 

He steps to the side, allowing you passage out of the cave. You exit out and immediately the breath leaves your lungs, you jaws fall agape at the sheer size of the city you all are witnessing for the first time. Theo, you have read about Goron City but the words dosent do it justice. Constructed within the Volcano itself, You see a vast metropolis of stone towers and buildings, some larger than the Castle within Hyrule City. A steady stream of black smoke from what assume are hundreds, if not thousands of forges, fills the air above the city and is funneled out through the top of what you thought was an active Volcano. Yet now you see that was just a disguise, A means to hide the largest city within Hyrule. 

You stand on a cliff overlooking the city, there is a winding pathway that leads up to the entrance of the cave where you had found yourselves. Peeking over the edge, you are more than certain a fall from this height would mean death. To Your left, a fair ways off you can see a large opening has been carved out of the side of the Volcano and what appears to be a wide open plateau, surrounded by mountains to hide the opening from all angles. 

"We'll get to that, First lets get you down from 'ere" Dagoro pulls his way outside of the cave, all of you are forced to take a few steps down the path to make room for your Goron friend. "Welcome to my Home, Ye be the first outsiders 'ere since the King and the Princess visited near a decade ago." 

Seeing the city for the first time, Theo is almost in tears. “It’s…it’s amazing! So many forges! I…I could spend my entire life creating and crafting here!” His eyes are wide open, taking in the entire scene in front of them. 

"Well if this isn't the most jaw dropping, beautiful city I have ever seen. Hmmm I think I am getting some inspiration for a tune." Paca pulls out his pan flute and plays a tune out of instinct
