Paca looks at the goron with a smile. "Look, I am here to help out a good friend of mine, Dagoro, to help find his old man. Oh you would probably know him as the chief right? Anyways, I am sure they would appreciate any sort of help they can from the goron's in the city as well. Even if they can't fight they can offer aid in the means of there craft or trade. We could really use these potions and that hookshot. How about I give you 600 for everything, the three potions and the hookshot. Can we make a deal?"

"How about both, Sir. You fix the lantern and I buy a new one and pay you for both. The busted one was a lone and you should do your best to return what you borrowed in working order. Just let me know how much.", Quiggley turns to Lizy "I'll be along in just a moment."

Praxius continues to spend time sat outside Lucky Tidings, concentrating on unlocking the power of the magic within Frostbrand.

If he spots one of his companions, or even if he spots Lizi fly back out the corner of his eye, he will request someone try and purchase him some Leatherworker's tools.

Theo examines the Goron’s weapon one last time, and then says, “Well, I’m very glad to have met you! My name is Theo, if we ever have the chance to meet again. I would love to talk about how I made these. Farewell!”

After holstering his weapons and walking back to Dagoro, Theo sees the two newcomers. “Well,” he says as he approaches them, “who are you two?”

He pushes off into the air and swoops around once, calling to his friend in a voice loud enough for Theo to hear. “I think I’m ready to go out to the mines if you are, Nyka.”

 Nyka chuckles to himself as Kadevii takes to the sky once more, barreling ahead. He'll shout up to Kadevii "We should probably find out more about what's going on before running into the mines. We don't even know which one Dagoro's father went into yet."

To Dagoro he'll say "I'm curious about the Bow, but we can discuss that another time. Do you have a map of the mines your father went to? Is there anyone else who'll be joining us in this endeavor. Hopefully they will be useful and not a hinderance." Nyka says just as Theo walks up. 

Nyka nods to Theo "I am Nyka. The one up there is Kadevii. I assume you are Theo. Nice to meet you."

An "oop!" escapes Kadevii's mouth as Nyka calls to him. He scratches his head and grins. "Y-yeah, you're right! My bad!"

He circles back to the ground, staying near his companion. When Theo asks his question of them, he replies. "Nice to meet you, I'm Kadevii." The Rito eyes his gear. "You seem like the adventuring type, would you happen to be heading toward the mines later? I hear some folk are heading that way to help find Dagoro's father."

Theo smiles. “Hello, Nyka and Kadevii. Actually, the mines are why we came here. By we, I mean 3 others and myself. At the Centennial Ballad, we made friends with Dagoro,” Theo nods towards him, “and decided to come here when we heard there was danger coming towards this place.”

Quiggley, 

The Goron's brow raises, "Ifn ya certain. It'll be 2 Golds for a Repair and 1 Gold for the lantern" He seems more than welcome to your request, if a little confused. 

Paca, 

Tithe once more peeks over their shoulder, just as Lizi returns. "Paca, Praxius was asking for a set of Leatherworkers tools!" 

The Goron chuckles openly. "Yer funny, 600 for the potions. 900 per hookshot, Take it or leave it." 

Theo, Nyka and Kadevii

Dagoro seems more than pleased at the offer of assistance by the pair of Rito's, the Larger Goron has a wide smile on his gentle face. "Well Ifn ya wants to wait, Ye can go in together. By together I mean With Theo and His friends, they are a capable bunch. Ye folks take the normal path and I'll go down the Goron's way, we should meet just around the Core." He proposes a plan to the three of you, but is open to suggestions. 

"We normally make no maps of our Mines, Gorons got a memory like a steel trap but there may be one within the Mine. Some folks do like to draw em when they got time to kill."

"Sorry friend, there must have been some miscommunication on my part. I thought you were offering the entire lot for that price. Sorry to low ball you. I will be on my way." Paca leaves the establishment and approaches Praxius and says "Let's wait here for Quiggley, I need to borrow the bag of holding for a minute."

Quiggley pays the 3 gold for the lanterns and wait for the lantern to be repaired. Once he has both lanterns he returns up the road to the Lucky Tithings  where he finds Paca and Praxius. He immediately gives each 700 gold rupees and gives Paca his repaired lamp as well. On hearing Paca needs the bag of holding, Quiggley immediately hands it over but reminds Paca, "both Theo's and my money are in there so don't get it all mixed up."

"Uh-huh", Praxius grunts distractedly but not rudely in reply to Paca, as his attention remains focussed on Frostbrand.

"Bag of Holding, right", he repeats.

He hears the jingle of rupees as Quiggley drops a pouch of gold ones in his lap. He absently swipes the bag up with one hand and puts it away, smiling as he feels the weight.

"Nice, thanks Quiggley", he says without looking up.

"OK, Praxius or Quiggley, I have an idea. This guy seems to want a lot of money for his items but I came up with a really interesting thought. One of you go in there and distract him, I will turn invisible and grab his potions and put them in the bag of holding and get out of there while he is paying attention to one of you. Pretty neat idea yeah?" Paca explains this in the most innocent of ways, not knowing that it is probably a crime. 

"Yes yes, distract someone, put them in the bag of holding. Should be fine", Praxius says, only half listening to Paca.

Nyka nods. He says "I assume the Goron's way is very hot. Probably not for me. I suppose it would be better traveling in a group." He turns his head to Theo, remaining perfectly still otherwise. "So, Theo, you were at the Centennial Ballad. I heard of what happened, but just rumors. It seemed that it was a dangerous place to be. But anyways, where are these 3 friends you speak of? Should we meet up with them?"

“Sure,” Theo says with a smile. “I’m certain they would like to meet you. Last I saw they were at the Lucky Tidings getting stuff.” He leads them back to where he left the group. 

Quiggley, you wait for fifteen minutes before the smith returns to you with your lantern, the metal has been straightened and smoothed. The wick is present and it it holds a flame, there is still visible bends in the metal where it was damaged. He tell's you he could make it brand new but it would take far more time as he would have to take it apart and fix every piece one at a time. 

You now have Paca's lantern and you ahve bought one for yourself, you FInd Paca and Praxius just outside Lucky Tidings. Just as Praxius is standing, holding the curved greatsword in his hand, As the blade moves it leaves behind it a swath of cooled air. Praxius, you no longer feel ANY heat from the Mountain. In fact you slip your ring off and find that you no longer need it, You new blade seemingly prevents the super heated temperature from affecting you. 

Just at this moment, You look in the direction to where Dagoro and Theo had left. Intent on going after them, only to see the Large Goron and your Halfling companion walking back in your direction, Joined by a Pair of RIto's. Both Rito's have impressive and attractive plumage and seem to be walking with Dagoro and Theo. "M' Surprised you didnt make an offer for 'is boomstick Theo." Dagoro inquires just before the four of you rejoin with Praxius, Paca and Quiggley. 

Theo, on the way back, has his notebook out doodling some designs. “Oh, yeah. I was tempted, but I prefer weapons that I make with my own hands. I definitely want to learn how to work with those scales to implement them into my own designs,” he says.

After getting back to the group, Theo goes to Quiggley and Paca. “Looks like I made some new friends,” Theo says pointing to the newcomers. “They want to help Dagoro down in the mines. I suppose you won’t mind if they tag along. Find anything interesting in the store?” He asks as he gets his share from the Bag of Holding.

Praxius turns from marvelling at the effect of Frostbrand to see who it is that Theo is talking about.

"What are the chances, Dagoro, no outsiders for a decade and now six in one day?", he says jovially before his eyes narrow as he looks at the pair of Rito.

"Hey!", he says as a frown crosses his face. "Dagoro, last we heard Commander Reli was headed to the mountain, and now two other Rito turn up", he says looking from one Rito to the other, not at Dagoro.

"Who are you two? Do you know Commander Reli? Are you working for him? What is he doing at the mountain?", he asks quickly, each question barreling over the last.

Such is his mood at the moment, he has forgotten to sheathe Frostbrand and is waving it around as he speaks, not threateningly but the nonchalance with which he wields it is menacing in it's own way.

Quiggley is quietly explaining to Paca that taking the potions by deception would be theft and since Dogoro is the son of the chief, and we are known to be his friends, that it would look like they were involved bringing shame on them and ruining our friendship. Quiggley waves at the others as they arrive, "Are these potions that are so expensive really worth this kind of cost?" He will ask Paca.

The airborne Rito waves. “Hello! Pleasure to meet you all; I’m Kadevii and my friend down there is Nyka; we’d be glad to help you all out with the mines!”

His eyes widen at the questioning. “Commander Reli is here? I don’t know what he’s doing; we don’t work directly under him. This is troubling… if you’re investigating him too then we’d want to help there as well. He’s our kin and I’m worried…”
