"Well everyone, do we want to take a moment to rest before we head deeper in. I won't lie to you, this place is setting my anxiety on a new level." Paca suggests a short rest before going further, though he is not against going on without if the time seems more pressing.
"I personally don't need a rest, but I'm not against it. Now may be our last chance. Dagoro, is there only one option of a path that will bring us to meet up with you again, the long way? Or are there choices of destinations? What should be our guide for direction to lead us to where we should meet the quickest?", Quiggley will ask.
To Dagoro, Nyka will say. "You can still speak to me for another... 6ish hours I'd say. As long as you are within a mile, you can send me a message, and I can send you one. Either way, stay safe, my friend."
To the others "I don't need a rest, either. But if others do, we should do it now. Time is of the essence here."
Theo shrugs. “I’m feeling pretty fine. If we need to take a rest I’m okay with it, though I don’t need it. I will say, the size of these tunnels does make me feel small,” he comments.
"I am eager to get down to where the action is. Whatever is making those earthquakes might not wait for us to have a nap, Paca", Praxius says light heartedly. His demeanour though shows he is very keen to get moving.
"You sure you will be ok on your lonesome, Dagoro?", he asks the big goron.
Dagoro chuckles, "Aye Praxius, I've taken this path before. I'll be fine. Is you lot im worried about" He nods to you Nyka, understanding that he can still communicate with you for some time yet.
"Be careful on yer way down, Dont get caught between two angry Dodongos." The Goron chuckles again, looking down his path. "Well then, I'll see you when our paths meet." Dagoro gives you all one last wave and begins to move down his tunnel. Leaving the rest of you behind in this large cavern.
Moving over to where Dagoro had instructed you to go, you find the tunnel he was pointing at and surmise that this tunnel likely gets smaller the further in you go. There is a gradient decline in the ceiling of the tunnel that starts at nearl fifteen feet before reaching around 8 feet, Meaning that at one point the ceiling will get rather close to the taller members of the party.
The tunnel stretches on and continues downward with no nitcable source of light, so those holding their lanterns raise them a little higher to ensure they can still see. The Six of you are alone and at the beginning of what you assume is the Mine Proper.

Quiggley will stay in the middle of the group hovering close to the ceiling so the light of his lantern may allow the group to see and move together. He tries to keep high enough the others can pass under him without interference.
Praxius will take a position just behind Nyka, not close enough to get in the way, but close enough to get him out the way if needed.
"At this point I would welcome the sight of another living thing, even if it is a Dodongo", he says quietly to the others, his voice echoing a little down the tunnel.
Nyka will light his hooded lantern and say to the group "I have good eyes, let me take the lead. I'll let you know if there are any traps or hidden passages along the way. Let me go ahead a little bit, just in case I miss something. No sense in all of us getting turned into roast goose." With that, Nyka will take the lead, using his experience delving though multiple ruins help. (Investigation29).
One by one you all step into formation with Nyka in front, leading the way into this Tunnel.
Nyka, keeping your eyes peeled for any sign of a trap or a hidden door. You lead the group down the decline as the tunnel itself begins to narrow, to the point where Praxius is almost forced to Hunch to keep his head from striking the ceiling, the walls are carved and smooth with no visible sign of any hidden entrances or machanisms. However with the knowledge that the Yiga may be in the cave ahead of you, you keep your focus to the stone beneath your feet. As the Yiga are notorious for setting Traps.
Sure enough, after about sixteen monutes of walking down this tunnel. You raise your hand for the group to stop. having spotted a odd line in the ground before you. The ground you have been walking on has been relatively smooth with no noticable deformations or rocks. However five feet in front of you, you can see a clear line of what looks like dirt. It stretches from one wall to the other, But it is thin.
You could step over it, without touching it.

Nyka looks at the trap line "This was not set by the Goron. Most likely the Yiga or whoever else came before. We can just step over it. Let's keep moving. Careful now, one at a time." Nyka will help the others over the trap, then heads back to the front and continues on.

Kadevii shakes his head. "I can't rest till the gorons are safe - let's press on!"
He looks to Dagoro. "Anything dangerous we'll encounter taking the long way?"
Dagoro chuckles, "Aye Praxius, I've taken this path before. I'll be fine. Is you lot im worried about" He nods to you Nyka, understanding that he can still communicate with you for some time yet.

Paca and Lizi take position in the rear of the group. Keeping eyes out for anything that may try and sneak up on them.
Kadevii places himself in the middle-rear, in front of Paca. He holds his little flame in his hand to help illuminate the mineshaft tunnel.
Theo gets in the middle, next to Quiggley. He is watching and listening, trying to perceive if anything is currently trying to follow the group.

Paca waits for Nyka or Praxius to pick him up like a toddler, legs kicking, as they lift him over the wire. "Thanks"
Praxius straddles the trap line helping the others cross without stepping on it.
“It would be typical of the Yiga I would say”, he says before taking a torch out of his pack and placing it so that it points to the trap line.
”Best we not forget about it”.
Theo looks up to Praxius, eyebrows furrowed and a stern look on his face. “Just this once,” he says as he allows him to pick him up and over the trap.

Quiggley flutters down to look at the line with the lantern but not touching it. He casts Detect Magic suspecting an alarm spell may have been placed.
