Paca takes the prize and feels a sense of purpose come to him. "I will find it and restore this wonderful instrument. Thank you sir."
After taking in the crowd for another moment. Paca heads down to meet his companions and shows them his prize. "Did you hear that? A great hero once used this... I hope we can find the other half of it someday and fix it. It feels like I was meant to do this. Let's keep our eyes open for it OK?"
Praxius nods to Paca, "It is a fine prize, and a fine quest to find the other half".
"It seems but for Rae our party is complete once more. I must go to the Sumo now though, so I am ready when the time comes", he says waiting a moment to see if the others want to join him, or if they have other plans, like searching for their Zora friend.
"I'll follow and cheer you on! Oh this day has been so much fun so far" Paca is practically grinning from ear to ear with the amount of joy he is feeling right now.
Quiggley shrugs his tiny shoulders, "Rae seems to be able to take care of herself. I just didn't want to miss it if she was competing at something. Lets go see some Sumo!"
While your Zora companion has slipped away, likely to participate in a contest she had found interesting. The four of you join together and follow Praxius as he makes for the very center of Talon's Square. Whereupon you are met with the marvelous site of the Sumo ring.
This round piece of worked stone, where normally a statue would be has instead been repurposed for the upcoming event. Two feet high and six feet in diameter, rope has been tightly wound around it to soften any impact one may suffer against the edge. Four pole have been set at each quadrant, each flying a Sky blue banner emblazoned with the royal crest of Hyrule.
Dagoro, the colossal Goron is already standing beside where he and Praxius will do battle. His bulging arms folded over his chest, the Goron appears to be deep in thought as you approach. "Hmmmmmm....." A low hum is drowned out by the sounds of the festival goes still applausing and marveling as contests around the square are reset with new challengers and new prizes.
Dagoro does not seem to notice any of you at the moment. Whether it be from his focus on whatever is within his mind or perhaps the Gorons poor peripheral vision.
Quiggley will cast Detect Magic which sounds like a tune accompanied by the gem around his neck that he grasps in one hand increasing its light slightly. He will then study the stage, Dagoro, and the crowd. First to see if anyone is using magic in the up coming contest and if so what it is. Then to detect any weaknesses in Dagoro or advantages from the ring or environment.

"Hail, Dagoro", Praxius calls over as they approach.
"What vexes you?", he asks, noticing the large Goron is distracted. "Are you nervous about the coming contest perhaps?", he says, joking but in a very dry way.
Amongst the crowd, Rae can be found cheering. The yellow zora had spent her time watching the previous sumo matches, sizing up the numerous competitors. She was pleasantly surprised to see Praxius join the ring and went to reconnect with her friends. When she ran into Quiggley and the others she said, "Fancy seeing you guys here. Dagoro's been destroying the competition."
Dagoro flinches as he is broken from whatever daydream he found himself within, He smiles widely as he turns to meet you Praxius, chuckling loudly as your dry humor. "PRAXIUS, well met friend! I heard you will be challenging me!" His arms fall to his sides, his joyfull demeanor which is now a staple of the character on full display.
"Heh, In truth I was thinking about the contest. I've a feeling you will prove to be a more than worthy opponent." He chuckles once more, causing his belly to bounce slightly. "SO I was thinking about proposing a wager, just between the two of us." His brow raises, waiting to hear you response at a personal prize between the two combatants.

Praxius narrows his eyes, “I am not certain what you have in mind, but for me it is more about the honour gained from the challenge. Win or lose, pitting myself against a strong opponent and testing my mettle. You can try to convince me otherwise though”.
Quiggley will wait until he can have a quick word with Praxius alone just before his match. He will tell him, "Dogoro is using two magical items, one is the iron plates infused into its body. The second is its bracelet which enhances its immense strength. Gordon's are top heavy but their legs are weak, a well placed palm strike can stagger them. Weight and size are on his side, but their slow, use your speed and dodge."
Then Quiggley touches Praxius right before he enters the ring and casts Guidance on him.
Giving him +1d4 any time in the next minute. During the match Quiggley will try to stay within 30 feet of Praxius using his sorcerous ability up to 4 times to cast Guidance on Praxius once he has used the previous one or a minute passes.
Dagoro smiles widely, folding his bulging arms across his chest. The Behemoth of a Goron, even at your impressive height Praxius, Is looming over you. However you have learned by now that Dagoro is not an individual who uses his size to intimidate, in fact he is quite friendly and forthcoming. "Just a favor exchange, whoever wins owes the other a favor." He looks to the sky, judging the time of day by the suns placement.
"Seem's the contest should be starting soon, Best of luck Praxius." Dagoro walks to the left side of the sumo ring and up a set of stairs. Preparing himself for the contest to come as the crowd begins to file in, many sit on the worked stone surrounding the ring but a ways back. Already murmurs about the contest are being spoken, some recalling the previous years contest in which Dagoro bested another Goron in 10 seconds.
Buskers are handing out salted meats and cold beverages for free, another benefit of the festival. To the south of the ring, there is a Zora. The same Zora you had seen earlier compete in the Arm wrestling contest, this individual is taking small leather pouches from others and marking their name down in a small red book.
The contest is about to begin.

Dagoro walks into the center of the ring, the waning light on the horizon giving his black eyes a certain glimmer. The atmopshere is tense, far tenser than any of the contests you had competed in earlier in the day. The massive Goron clears his throat, banging on his chest softly. "My fellow Hyruleans!" Once he begins addressing the still building crowd, now easily numbering in the hundreds. They all grow silent, their whispers dying off to hear what the Goron has to say.
"You all know me, I've competed in this Contest for nearly a decade now. I am Dagoro, Son of Chief Daruilk, Patriarch of the Gorons!" He steps softly around the ring as he speaks of his lineage, something that most in attendance already seemed to know. "On this, the Hundreth celebration of the Calamity's end. We celebrate and honor all those who had a hand in it's defeat." He stops in the center of the ring, His arm stretches out to the North east, towards the ever looming Death Mountain.
"The Gorons and their champion, Daruk!" There is a surge of flame as a massive brazier is lit on the outside of the square, Overhanging the brazier is a crimson banner emblazoned with the effigy of the Gorons. A beasts foot print. Two large Gorons, each carrying a burning torch stand on either side of it.
He point's to the North west, another Brazier bursts into flame as he names another champion. "Revali of the Rito!" Over this brazier a Blueish-white banner unfurls, emblazoned with the Rito's effigy. Two Rito, appear within the twilight sky. Both wielding a bow with a flaming arrow nocked within.
He points to the South west, Again another brazier bursts into flame as a Orange banner is let loose with the effigy of the Gerudo. "Urbosa of the Gerudo!" Two looming Warriors of the Gerudo race hold a fire stick close to their face as they spew a stream of flammable liquid into the flame, lighting the dimming area.
He points to the South East, A pair of Zora ignite their brazier with a simple trident. Their Greenish blue banner looses into the soft breeze, letting their effigy be seen by the ever building audience. "Mipha of the Zora!"
He holds both of his arms out, "These four champions and their kin stood with the Hero, They made it possible for the Hero to strike down the Calamity. It is with cooperation and trust, Did our ancestors pull Hyrule back into the light." His eyes find each of your faces, as well as the faces of countless others as they all listen to Dagoro's words. "Let us not forget any who had a hand in the Calamitys End as we celebrate in the coming days, While the King will be giving an official statment for the start of the Festival. I felt it my duty to honor those who fought for us, a hundred years ago to the day." His arms fall back to his sides, his gaze lingering on the distant Mountain which he calls home.
"....My opponent this evening!" He starts up once again, turning towards Praxius. The crowd begin to whisper once more, sensing the change in the atmosphere as the contest for the Grand prize is about to begin.
"He won the right to challenge me earlier today! I've a feeling he will prove to be a worthy challenger and maybe take with him the Grand Prize!" He turns towards the north as a fifth Brazier is lit by two Hylian Knights, one of them each of your recognize as Knight Feld. The other is a simple Hylian man, with longer blonde hair and shining blue eyes. Both Knights step forward, with their right hands over their heart and nod their head.
"A chance to join the ranks of the Hyrulean Knights!" The entire audience lets out an exasperated gasp at the prospect.

Praxius listens to Dagoro address the crowd, wondering why as a competitor the Goron would be doing the introductions. That is until he realises that Dagoro is actually the son of the Goron leader.
”I’ll be”, he whispers under his breath.
He watches as each of the four Champions are revealed, remembering his own version of events from that day one hundred years ago. It was then he had begun his exile…
He is brought back to the present as Dagoro mentions what the grand prize is, he must have misheard.
”What do you mean a chance to join the Hyrulean Knights?”, he says wandering over to Dagoro, completely bemused. Surely a sumo contest is not enough to warrant that. And if he won, what would happen then, would delve into who he is.
Rae stands amongst the crowd, her excitement rises as each hero is announced. At the announcement of the grand prize, Rae voices her opinion, "Well I'll be, seems a great prize for those who aspire to be a knight. That said, too many strings attached for my liking." Her last sentence said in a quiet whisper to herself.
"Im afraid I dont know the specifics Friend, but from what I can gather whoever wins bypasses all the royal mumbojumbo to become a Probationary Knight. Im certain there will be things you have to do in order to become a true Knight. It is just a Sumo contest afterall." Dagoro whispers to you Praxius, your suspicions being confirmed. This is just a contest of strength, with the Grand Prize as a chance to become a Hyrulean Knight.
The last remnants of the sun's light peek over the distant horizon, and with it the start of the contest begins. Dagoro takes his place in the middle of the ring, as does Praxius. Both competitors hunched, A fierce determination within their eyes. The air feels thick as the cool evening breeze washes through the area, The crowd is left in suspense with neither combatant making even the slightest of moves.
Then a low whistle echoes within the night sky, followed by an explosion of light as a firework detonates high above the ring. With it both competitors lurch forward, The contest has begun.
