"Yes they seem to be high powered ones, which is useful for our attack. The moss and mushrooms I had been collecting, I sent to hog to see what he could make of it. Well he mad this bag out of it where I can throw the spores like the bag of animals Elthana has, but the effects are well....I don't know until I throw them....I suppose it could be bad or good. That's good news the Kosha will join the fight although I understand it is a fight for the realm, I do wonder how the Djinn will react....Hopefully apologetic."
Elthana reads the note that Muir gives her, "Looks like the meeting with the clerics in Trundlestead will occur in three days their time, which makes it what, 12 days for us?" she then puts the note away and looks towards the door, "Well, should we get going? And where are we headed, meeting with the djinns? I feel we have spent more than enough time here."
Vin nods to Elthana. "Happy to make a move. I guess we will have to rely on Ingram with regards which Djinn we are best to return to in order to set up a face to face meeting. I am guessing we will head to Ginro, so we can teleport to where we need to go, but Gojiin would be closest to the Shattered Isles and therefore easiest for Kohso and her people to get to".
He looks across to Ingram, seeing if he overheard or if he has to explicitly ask him.
"we have no teleport from here, and Duun is still the closest isle. We should chat with him and organise from there, did you guys want Daudi there too, I'm not sure if a decision was reached there." Ingram asks pulling his riding goggles into position and getting ready to mount his griffon.
The giants have since ceased playing with the rocs and started to wander over. Ömertyr enlarges and shoulders his pack.
"To Duun it is then. Daudi has information that the Djinn should hear. Well, she told Gojiin some time ago, but the others need to hear, I think", Vin replies to Ingram.
He calls on Bry'ze and makes his way up to the doorway of Ö's pack, followed by Neferox.
"I am ready to go. I assume leaving will be simpler that entering", he adds, looking across to Daudi.
Elthana nods and says her goodbye to Morris. As she heads out, she waits to see if she is going to ride a Roc again with Muir or head to the pack.. she's good either way as she feels very introspective at the moment and well.. a little drunk.
Daudi gives a nod at the group's intention of having her present at the meeting, and she mounts one of the armoured rocs, "you'll see just how easy it is to get out" she smiles to vin as he asks his questions. As Muir stomps his staff on the ground catching the Rocs attention there is another amused giggle as before emanating from his staff, this time in veiw of the whole group something falls from the bottom of his staff, a tiny creature which does a front roll as it lands and then cartwheels back to the staff where it's body phases back into the wooden object. Everyone but the giants and the rocs recognise a chwinga when they see one, the tiny thing must have stowed away when the group was in Ginro's bio lab.
With Daudi on one Roc and Muir on the other, Wrapped up as warm as he can be, Ingram has his griffon and there is plenty of room in the pack for Elthana to join Vin, Nef, Gewyn, and Spyro if she pleases... the swirling sphere of magical darkness and tentacled pain that surrounds Daudi's home of isolation merely moves around you all as you exit, swaying here and there as if buffetd from your area by a slight breeze, it is tense regardless but Daudi laughs it off as she sees the group wince expecting the worst.
The journey back to Duun takes several hours longer than the journey from Duun to Daudi's isle, the constant state of change in distance between the several falling isles of this realm.
Elthana watches Daudi with interest but doesn't say anything, as she makes her way into the pack with the others. She leans up against a wall and slowly sits down, bracing herself for the ride back to Duun.
Sheltered within the confines of the pack, Gewyn sets to experimenting with some new chord progressions on his cittern while he sings a bawdy tale about a priest, his lover, and his lover's lover.
"Um, Muir, what was that? Your staff appears to have given birth to some creature! Did you create it?", Vin calls over as he watches from just outside the door to Ö's pack.
He waits for a reply before asking, "Are you really going to ride the Roc all the way back? You could join us in the pack, and we can discuss how we are going to handle this meeting of Djinn and the Elders from the Broken Isles. It is surely not going to go smoothly".
No matter the answer, he heads inside and makes himself comfortable for the journey, as does Neferox. He positions himself so he can watch the journey through a window, at least the part where they have to escape the swirling cloud of death.
When Gewyn starts to play his bawdy song, he can't help but blush a little, trying not to listen but having no way to do so.
He is happy to spend the first part of the journey lost in thought, processing what he had learnt at the World's End Tavern, and communicating silently with who he now knows is his mother.
After a while though, he does ask the others, "This meeting with the Djinn and the Elders, do you suppose we will even be invited?"
“It’s a Chwinga. Must be a stow away from when we were with Ginro. My staff must have provided a safe space for the little fella. Oh yes I’ll join you all. I was just checking to see how my friends were doing. As for being invited…yes we are the ones who discovered this calamity and brought them together. It would foolish to not have us there especially since we are fighting their battles it seems”
"You're right, that would be foolish. And there is no way that would happen, right? Remind me, who was it that was tricked into committing geneocide whilst bolstering their invisible enemy’s army and allowing themselves to be infiltrated at the highest level?", Vin replies to Muir with a chuckle.
“Well plenty of peculiar things have happened while here…So I guess we should not count out the foolishness of others. As you pointed out they were easily duped”
Vin nods to Muir and sighs, hoping they will not be so foolish going forward but also knowing there is going to be a lot of bad blood between the Djinn and the Elders. They will need help to navigate a meeting for sure.
"So", he starts a little warily. "After I told you about myself and Neferox, things got a little heated towards Morris, and I am not really sure how you all feel about us", he says patting Neferox. "Who we are puts a big target on our backs were anyone to find out. And to be honest, there are some scores to settle once we resolve the Nivara issue. How do you all feel about it?".
"there's one of you that likely won't be allowed to attend... you know, because of the possibility of spying, no offence Elthana" spyro mumbles from one of the cloudlike cushions in the pack a little hesitantly, he thrn picks his litttle floral head up and looks to Vin, "who do you have a score to settle with?"
“Why did you get so angry with him? My feelings towards you have not changed. I had known some of what you said but not all. I suppose now I understand Neferox’s demeanor a bit more now. As far as scores to settle, let us get out of this realm and see what’s happened to ours. If you feel the need to go to your realm, you’ll need someone who has a compass for the portals to that happens to be the realms greatest researcher.” Muir smiles and bows his head humble as ever
Vin is about to answer Spyro, when Muir speaks, and in truth he is a little relieved he can avoid it. He had forgotten about Spyro, and isn't quite sure how much to trust them. So he drops the subject of settling scores for now.
"Angry? Me? I was disappointed not angry. I think we all were to a certain extent, finding out Morris had been lying. I particularly really felt I could trust him. I also think Spyro has a good point", he says, turning to Elthana as he changes the subject to stop from getting upset again.
"We need a way to ensure Nivara is not able to spy through you so you can be at the meeting, Elthana".

“Hello friends. Thank you for waiting. I am sorry it took longer than expected. Are you ready to go?”
