"I worship Chauntea. She treats me well! Come, I know where the dragon might be! Quiet now!" Erky says, walking towards AREA 37.
Mounted and stuffed animal heads adorn the walls in this room. The mounting job is sloppy, and the assortment of heads includes cattle, rats, and other not particularly impressive specimens. A few grisly trophies share the wall with the animals, including a couple of kobold heads, which Meepo frowns at. Smashed and broken cabinets and small tables litter the periphery of the room, mute victims of some sort of rampage. A rusted iron spike stands in the center of the room, trailing a broken chain.
"Uhh ohh.." says Erky quietly..
Thin patches of frost coat sections of the walls, floor, and debris. It is very, very cold in this room.
The iron chain appears had be used to chain a very large creature. Accompanied by that realization is the horror of seeing a white dragon's head lift itself from behind a large table it was hiding behind.
It snarls at you all and look very, very annoyed. Meepo gasps in surprise. "CALCRYX!" He shouts happily.
Even as a wyrmling, Calcryx is very large, and looks very dangerous.
Balrog carefully walks towards the white dragon with a hand outstretched. In draconic he attempts to reassure the dragon, “Hail and well met Calcryx... fear not we be here in peace and have come to return ye to yer clan”.
Ugg looks at the chain and spike and his mind behind to be clouded by anger. "How dare anyone chain up such a beautiful creature." Waking over Ugg pulls out his mace and prepares to use it to hammer the chain in hopes of breaking it.
"Let's free this creature"

“Calm now Calcryx... I am Balrog Grimgold and these lot are my traveling companions.. we have come to free ye.. just a moment while this here Orc tries ta break yer chains” Balrog reassures the dragon.
”Can ye tell me who chained ya in the first place?” He asks.
Calcryx rises from behind the table and slowly, angrily, walks towards you all. The chain is already broken. Meepo looks very worried, as Calcryx was kept under his supervision, and not in the best of ways.
”GOBLINS TOOK ME AWAY FROM OTHER KOBOLD SLAVERS. I WANT TO GO HOME NOW! HAVE NOT EATEN IN DAYS. YOU WILL DO.”
Calcryx growls hungrily. This is where we make some rolls. Whoever dares has one chance to make a contested persuasion roll vs Calcryx INT in an attempt to convince her to not eat you all.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“Slavers!” Balrog roars in response. “Calcryx, these lying Kobolds told us ye were their idol... if this be false we shall sacrifice this kobold to ye, but leave myself and companions alone.. we will usher you out of here back to the surface”.
Not understanding any of the words being spoken, but seeing and understanding the persuasiveness and boldness in Balrog's statements, Judas shakes his head violently up and down in agreement. He's never seen a dragon in all his long years ... only heard about them in wild stories told by village elders, which he always disbelieved.
Is this campaign dragging out? Are you guys losing steam? What i'm asking, is the pacing too slow? Or is the time zone differences and/or real life making this drag?
I'm swamped in term papers, and Phil is a great stay in the back until he's needed character. There is no way in hell he's gonna approach a freaking white dragon, he has one foot in the exit door.
I was pausing to see what you guys wanted to do. Is there more to explore? I’m down to continue, but want to give everyone a chance to do what they want too.
Balrog notices Judas and asks, “what are you muttering about priest? Can’t ye cast minor illusion? Heh heh. Didnt yer god teach ye nothin’?”
”My pact.. eh.. err..” Balrog suddenly trails off “ye stay out of my affairs priest!” He growls.
Varths goes to Erky and asks him: "If I may ask, which deity do you serve, if you are willing to answer?"

“Hrmmm... another iron spike” observes Balrog aloud, “I wonder what purpose it served”.
Investigation: 9
The iron chain appears had be used to chain a very large creature. Accompanied by that realization is the horror of seeing a white dragon's head lift itself from behind a large table it was hiding behind.
It snarls at you all and look very, very annoyed. Meepo gasps in surprise. "CALCRYX!" He shouts happily.
Even as a wyrmling, Calcryx is very large, and looks very dangerous.
"In the name of Oghma and Mystra, a white dragon! I have never seen such a splendid and beautiful creature! I must write this down in my notes..."
Balrog carefully walks towards the white dragon with a hand outstretched. In draconic he attempts to reassure the dragon, “Hail and well met Calcryx... fear not we be here in peace and have come to return ye to yer clan”.
“WHO ARE YOU? WHY AM I HERE? THIS IS NOT CAVE, AND IS VERY WARM HERE. IM TIRED OF BEING TIED UP! I WANT TO GO HOME!”
Balrog, if you didnt know any better, she is acting like a spoiled 8 year old.
Ugg looks at the chain and spike and his mind behind to be clouded by anger. "How dare anyone chain up such a beautiful creature." Waking over Ugg pulls out his mace and prepares to use it to hammer the chain in hopes of breaking it.

ZERO! In a blink of an eye, Calcryx lunges towards Meepo, and he doesn't even have a chance to react before the white dragon swallows him whole.
"GET ME OUT. OR YOU ARE NEXT, PUNY ONE."

Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?

Just wanna make sure everything is ok.

Haha fair enough. Lets see what Balrog does, I suppose.
Life has just been really busy. I'm trying to post as I can
