Krugh screams in Orcish as he drops his great ax and draws two hand axes from his belt using both his free action and movement for the turn to complete the transition.
Krugh then goes to town on Kobold A - Hacking him to pieces with a flurry of axes, only to realize in his rage that he only managed to draw only one hand ax, therefor swiping at naught but air with his left hand.
Standing in the bloody mess he points at Kobold B and says in a scream - YOU ARE NEXT
Combat rolls are in the game log
2 hits, one of which a Nat 20 for a total damage of 10+2 ( +6 for [racialtrait]Savage Attacks[/racialtrait] and 7+2 ( 26 )
Krugh - You deal a heavy blow to the first kobold, but he still stands! These particular kobolds are bigger and better armored than those you've met before.
Feeling the heavy breath of Fivin immediately behind her, Neela skids to a halt and turns. She places one hand on her hips and with the other, jabs a finger at him accusingly. The little kobold then proceeds to tell him off.
"You lied! You used the empathy of these great and mighty warriors against them and against your own family. And that means one thing. Your only place in this story is to be redeemed...or to be DEFEATED!"
As she speaks, her words buffet against Fivin's ears like arrows. And on the last, she takes a deep breath and ROARS at him, before turning on her heel and running towards the door.
(ACTION - Vicious Mockery BONUS ACTION - Draconic Cry. Until the start of your next turn, you and your allies have advantage on attack rolls against the enemy. MOVEMENT - 30ft towards the front door)
Neela - Fivin shakes his head and snarls in pain, taking a step back as he is buffeted by your words and roar.
Fivin fails his WIS save for 3 points of damage and DIS on his next attack.
Lucan tears across the foyer toward Fivin in a blur of gray. Upon reaching him, Lucan stands and swipes at Fivin with his large, clawed hands. They rake deep gouges across the traitor's chest and Fivin howls in pain. Lucan steps in ans clamps his jaws down on FIvin's shoulder, jerking his head violently before Fivin manages to shove him off.
Still reeling from the combined assault of Neela's auditory attack, Fivin has a moment of vertigo but manages to shake it off and return Lucan's blows in kind, clawing and biting him.
Thelan is up! Followed by Sinak, then Dragonshields.

(Going to go ahead and post Sinak’s move)
Seeing the chaos that this room has become, Sinak tries to shout words of encouragement as he moves and attacks. “Fight them back, Lia, rally them! Fight for your home!” He walks 30 feet to the northeast, and as he does so he allows the fey ravens and fox spirits attack the black dots, the kobolds in a circle 15 feet out from him and to free up the fighters on their side. The kobolds who are in that path (the three black dots to the northeast of him) each take 16 radiant damage, half of that on a DC 14 wisdom save.
Sinak also sees that Krugh is getting surrounded by dragonshields, so he will shoot off 2 fire bolts at dragonshield A, hoping to put him down.
Fire bolt x 2 : Attack: 18 Damage: 9

Thelan leaves Fivin to Lucan for now, and tries to relieve some of the pressure on Krugh, now almost surrounded by Kobolds. He pulls two arrows from his quiver and attacks the closest Kobold (Attacking Kobold A.)
Attack: 29 Damage: 7.
Attack: 23 Damage: 8.
The first hit causes an additional 1 psychic damage.
Hearing the mysterious ball retreat back upstairs calling for Duskbringer, Thelan takes a wary look toward the ceiling of the keep, looking for any sign of the Dragon.
Thelan - The first arrow fells the kobold dragonshield and the second strikes one of his allies. You see no obvious signs of the dragon in the ceiling above.
Kobold Dragonshield A is DEAD.
Sinak - The phantasmal foxes and ravens eviscerate a number of the kobolds engaged with the elves. The kobold dragonshields fare slightly better but still tale damage.
Kobold Dragonshields B and C hit Krugh with three attacks for 15 points of damage (Reduced to 7 due to Rage).
I'll post since I'm going to bed to keep things goind
Krugh goes into a frenzy and Recklessly Attacks Kobold B drawing his second handaxe, unleashing his famous "It will be now!" three upper-chop tornado upon the hapless Dragonshield.

Krugh is now exposed as attacks against him are made with an advantage
Neela purposely ignores the kobolds fighting around her. They made their choice, what little choice they had, but she couldn't quite bring herself to join the fight against them just yet. No, her eyes are intent on Fivin. Was there any hope of redemption for him?
"FIVIN! Look at what you have done! You betrayed them all! Why? Have you forgotten who you are? REMEMBER!" Her little voice booms through the hall, the magically laced words spanning the distance to reach Fivin's ears.
[I am casting Command. The word is Remember. I realise there isn't a clear effect for that: at best I am hoping he will revert to being an Elf; at least I'm hoping he just loses his turn while he thinks about the bad things he did :-D DC 15 WIS save.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Neela - Fivin suddenly stops fighting Lucan and puts both hands on his head, "No... No!" His face takes on a faraway look as he shakes his head, "What... What have I done?"
Krugh - Your handaxes gash and lacerate the kobold, battering it and dealing heavy damage. It still stands but looks badly hurt.
Lucan continues his attack on Fivin, clawing and biting him furiously.
Fivin does little to protect himself, seemingly lost in memory. He does not move and takes no action this turn.
All - The sounds of battle are eclipsed by the rushing wind sound of large beating wings. The ground shakes as something large lands outside the doors of Ravenglade Keep and the deafening roar that follows leaves little doubt as to what it is. Duskbringer has joined the fight! Three of the surviving elves rush over to brace the doors as Lia cries out, "Bar the door!" The door can be barred by either two players spending their action to lift and set the heavy wooden beam in place or one character succeeding on a DC 20 STR Athletics check.
Elves STR Athletics check with ADV to hold the door: 13
Thelan
Sinak
Kobold Dragonshields
Duskbringer
Valarken
Neela
Krugh
Lucan
Fivin
Thelan is up! Followed by Sinak, then the Kobold Dragonshields.
Thelan's heart drops as he hears the rush of wings outside the door announcing the arrival of Duskbringer to the fight. He helps the elves hold the door and moves to grab the heavy, wooden beam to bar the door “Sinak, Krugh. Help me barricade the door. It may buy us a little time!”
(Thelan spends his action trying to bar the door, need one more)
Sinak uses a bonus action to teleport 30 feet toward the door, a gift from his Raven Queen, then uses 30 more feet of movement to join Thelan and help him set the wooden bar in place, looking back with sorrow at Krugh as he left him alone. “Back in a second!” he says.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Thelan & Sinak - The massive wooden beam settles into place with a BOOM just as something large slams into the doors, knocking two of the elves backward onto the ground. An ear-splitting roar follows as Duskbringer vents her frustration at being shut out.
The two dragonshields take turns jabbing their spears at Krugh, each landing two blows for 16 (Reduced to 8) points of damage.
Duskbringer pounds the doors with her claws and tries tearing at it with her fanged maw for 42 points of damage. The doors have an AC of 16 and 108/150 hit points remaining.
Valarken floats outside the keep next to Duskbringer, shouting shrilly for her to tear the door down and kill everything inside.
Neela & Krugh are up! Followed by Lucan, then Fivin.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Neela looks around wildly, racked with indecision. The door surely would not hold! They need help! She continues focusing on Fivin: could his remorse be real? Or just the result of her spell?
"Fivin! Help us! It's not too late! Help us fight the dragon and all will be forgiven!"She pleads to the werewolf but her words this time are not laced with magic.
She looks over to the kobolds harassing Krugh and tries to offer him some reprieve. "It's not too late for you either. Join me in renouncing your dragon overlord and be free! But first you need to STOP."
Persuasion to maybe convince Fivin to join them (I know, it's a long shot): 22
Action to cast Command on Kobold Dragonshield B. WIS save DC 15
Neela - Fivin blinks and shakes his head as your earlier command wears off. He snarls at you, "NO! I will not be denied my power!" The kobold, however, immediately stops harrying Krugh and stands in place with his spear and shield by his side.
Krugh - Your greataxe carves a deep wound into the kobold as it stands there placidly. The second attack bisects it from shoulder to hip. The remaining kobold steps back in with wide eyes as you slice its ally in half. It drops its spear and shield just before you brag ahold of it and try wriggling from your grasp, but your grip is like iron banding, holding it firmly in place.
Kobold B is DEAD.
Lucan continues his attack against Fivin, biting and clawing him ferociously.
Fivin returns in kind, dealing savage blows to the undead werewolf.
Thelan & Sinak are up! Followed by the remaining (and grappled) kobold, Duskbringer, then Valarken.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sinak sees Krugh take out one of the dragonshields and then slam the other one to the ground and grab hold of him, he smiles at him, seeing that he has the situation in hand apparently. Sinak moves 30 feet to the north and east, aiming to put the final two kobolds in range of his circling spirit guardians. He looks over to Fivin, who is clamoring about power. He shoots two fire bolts in his direction.

He moves to the nearest tower next to the door, searching for an arrow slit or other area to get a clear view of the dragon. If he gets a clear shot, he will send two arrows toward the Dragon, attempting to distract it while it attacks the door.
Sinak - The kobolds fall to the onslaught of your spiritual guardians. Your firebolts hit Fivin one after the other, burning a large portion of his chest.
Thelan - You are able to find an arrow slit and see Duskbringer for the first time. The black dragon raises its head and roars, and you see drops of acid falling and sizzling as they hit the ground. Its large chest heaves as it lowers its head. One of its horns is broken off near the base and its eyes are full of anger. You also see Valarken bobbing near Duskbringer's head shouting commands. Your arrows catch the dragon in her shoulder and chest, drawing a pained hiss.
Dragonshield C tries to free itself from Krugh's grasp but fails!
Duskbringer growls and fills her lungs with air before spewing a gout of acid onto the door. An acrid smell fills the foyer along with hissing and popping noises as the acid eats away at the door, causing 52 points of damage.
Valakren glows brightly and he spews a rage fueled litany of insults then discharges an arc of red lightning at the door, dealing 11 points of damage.
The door has 45 hit points remaining.
