This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Option 1: If Neela can get to the arrow slit and see the dragon with her 30ft of movement and being 3ft tall :D)
ACTION - To cast Slow on Valarken and Duskbringer. DC15 WIS save REACTION - If Duskbringer rolls 15-21 on his Wisdom Save, Neela will use Cutting Words to subtract 5 from the result.
(Option 2: If Neela can't get to the arrow slit or it's too high for her)
ACTION - To cast Vicious Mockery on Kobold Dragonshield C. DC 15 WIS save or take 6 damage and disadvantage on its next attack.
(I'll RP later depending on which option we can go with)
Neela - You aren't able to see out of the arrow slit due to your height (You would need more movement speed to climb up and see through it), but you can see Duskbringer and Valarken through the holes in the doors caused by their attacks! Duskbringer fails her save and Valarken succeeds, though I assume you'll want to use Cutting Words on Valarken then?
Pushing the Kobold away, Krugh ( Having dropped his handxes as he grappled the Kobold) grabs his Greataxe and, aiming to cleave him in two swings it overhead to chop it down on the Kobolds head.
"RARRRGHHH"
The attacks are made in reckless rage
First one is a 12 and misses Second is a 15 and barely hits for 11 damage
Neela watches the door anxiously. Leaving Fivin and Lucan to their fight, and seeing that Krugh has the last kobold well handled, she trots over to where Thelan is shooting at the dragon. Peering through the door towards Duskbringer and Valarken, she taps out a beat on her hand drum, the beat progressively slower and slower. The music visibly wafts out from her drum, coating both dragon and spirit in a thick molasses-like substance. Satisfied, she ducks back behind cover and gives Thelan a thumbs up.
Krugh - The kobold tries to roll away when you release it, and your axe misses its head but deals a heavy blow to its shoulder. It hisses at you and scrambles for its spear and shield.
Lucan raises a clawed hand with a saliva slinging snarl and brings it down across Fivins face. Fivin is still reeling from the firebolts and can't move out of the way in time to fully dodge the blow. The claws dig deep gashes along the side of his face and down his neck. You see blood suddenly spurt from the wound, splattering across the floor an impressive distance. More blood fountains from Fivin's neck and then from between his fingers as he places his hand there to staunch the flow. He falls to his knees, "Nooo... I... my... power..." Fivin falls over and lies still in a growing pool of blood. Lucan stands over him, growling. The growls stop abruptly, and you see Lucan look at his hands with a high-pitched whine. The claws retract as the fur disappears, leaving behind dirty, broken fingernails and pale sickly skin. Lucan transforms back into an elf as Fivin's life fades and the magic that animated Lucan's corpse fades along with it. Lia rushes over to Lucan, tossing her spear away and kneeling over him, "Lucan! Can you speak?" Lucan writhes and spasms, but manages to choke out, "Lia... You're okay... The..." He moans in agony and Lia shouts, "Lucan!" Lucan raises a shaking hand to Lia's face. She takes it as he gasps and says, "The children?" Lia holds his hand against her face as she cries and says, "They are safe my love. Faloniir has taken them away from here. Don't speak, just try and rest. No, don't move Lucan you're hurt!" Lucan tries to sit up but is wracked by more spasms, these more violent and longer lasting than the last. Lucan says, "I... love you. I love you all." He jerks once more and then falls limp. Lia cries out in anguish, and you hear her speaking softly under her breath as she kneels over her dead husband.
Thelan misses most of the family drama between Fivin and Lucan, his attention instead remaining focus outside the arrow slit at Duskbringer and the former Grand Duke. He shoots Neela a smile as she steps back from the arrow slit and gives him a thumbs up. “Get ready, everyone. I am not sure this door will hold much longer. Spread out to avoid the acid.”He looks back through the arrow slit and targets Valarken this time, hoping that Duskbringer may be a little easier to deal with without the ball of light whispering in his ear.
Both attacks against Valarken. Attack: 12 Damage: 6.
Attack: 14 Damage: 6.
After his attacks, Thelan moves away from the door and back into the barracks room, seeking cover in case Duskbringer is able to breach the doors.

Sinak rushes to the north and west, toward the far end of the room, hiding behind one of the columns. He readies an action, as soon as the dragon appears at the door, he will step out from behind the column and shoot two fire bolts at it, then move back to hiding position.
Held action, fire bolts : Attack: 19 Damage: 13

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Thelan - You first arrow passes within a hair's breadth of Valarken, but the second passes through his ephemeral form. He bellows in anger and Duskbringer echoes with a deafening roar of her own.
The remaining Dragonshield will take two stabs at Krugh with its spear. It hits once for 3 (Reduced to 1) points of damage.
Sinak - You see Duskbringer through the large holes in the door and fire off two firebolts.
Duskbringer tries to claw the broken door but Sinak's firebolts wash over her, causing her to miss. Her movements continue to be sluggish.
Valarken also tries to attack the door with a shock of red energy, but his crackling arc jumps to a broken piece of the door lying nearby. You do see that the slowing effect on him appears to wear off though.
Krugh roars at the Dragonshield and cuts his greataxe across his chest with a mighty blow.
He relishes in his success and overreaches for the second attack nearly fumbling it, but able to recover in time to keep himself balanced.
First attack is a nat 20 ( Total 25 damage with Rage included)
Second is a 2 and a near nat 1 lol
An optional finish just in case I kill off the Dragonshield (Haven't been paying attention to the damage he's taken) Krugh then runs toward the door ( 40 ft ) and then uses his bonus action to teleport up to 30ft the rest of the way.
As Krugh slices through the Kobolds chest from shoulder to hip in a downward arc, blood sprays across the foyer.
He swings his second attack at naught but air as the kobold falls into two pieces where he stands.
The blow nearly knocking him off balance leaving Krugh to face the door and sees the dragon and the action taking place there
Thinking of nothing except defeating his enemies and keeping his friends safe he rushes for the door, teleporting along the way in his wild magic rage filled run.
Neela watches Fivin fall and then the last remaining kobold and shakes her head. They had their chance. But redemption was difficult, especially in the face of what power a dragon could offer. "Lia! All of this is because of Valarken and Duskbringer! We need you!" She turns to look around at her friends, the great and mighty warriors. "This is it! We have to bring that dragon down. Without her, Valarken is nothing. Focus everything you've got while she is hampered, I don't know how long it will last!"
She sticks her little head out of one of the holes in the door and stares out at Duskbringer and Valarken. "You are not going to win today, Valarken! We will kill your pet dragon and you will have NOTHING!" The last word comes out as a deafening ROAR. Neela pulls back her head, takes another look at her friends, then taking Thelan's advice, heads towards the room that Kashak was in to take cover.
ACTION - Casting Vicious Mockery on Valarken. BONUS ACTION - Draconic Roar, Until the start of your next turn, you and your allies have advantage on attack rolls against any of those enemies who could hear you. MOVEMENT - to the room on the bottom right of the map as far as I can go.
Seeing the opportunity, Sinak moves forward and sees Duskbringer, takes the opportunity to shoot a guided bolt of light at the wyrm, damaging her with radiant energy and outlining her for further attacks. “Take that you venomous wyrm, go away from here and leave us alone!” After sending the bolt of energy, he backs up and takes cover behind the stairs toward the northwest.
Guiding bolt, 3rd level : Attack: 19 Damage: 26

Sinak - The crackling ball of radiant energy slams into Duskrbinger's chest and washes over her, limning her in bright light.
Thelan - The first arrow catches Duskbringer in the same spot as Sinak's guiding bolt, but the second just misses!
You all watch as Duskbringer's throat balloons in size. She rears back and then expels a gout of acid across the shattered remains of the door. The acid quickly eats away at the damaged wood, turning it and the heavy beam into a puddle of slush. Duskbringer sluggishly steps over the puddle and into the keep, filling the doorway with her large form.
Valarken floats into the keep and unleashes a shock attack against a nearby elf. The elf screams as the red energy crackles over her form. She still lives after the attack, but her skin is burnt and blackened.

Turning to look at Valarken, Neela whispers a few words under her breath. The whispered words visibly float over and pierce Valarken where his ears would be were he not an undead spirit. Then at Krugh's cry, she replies "You are a great and mighty warrior, Krugh!", before moving the rest of the way into the room (on the bottom right of the map) to take some cover.
ACTION: Cast Dissonant Whispers on Valarken at second level. 16 psychic damage and must move as far away from me as possible. Half on save and no movement. DC 15 Wis. MOVEMENT: Into the room and just behind the door to take cover.
