All - Here is a map of the area to help you all visualize what you're working with. Combat has not broken out yet, but it sounds like that's a definite possibility. Feel free to let me know if you think your character should be in different spot. I added stumps to two of the trees to indicate how thick the trees are for line-of-sight purposes:
Thelan raises an eyebrow at Yasmina’s suggestion “You are reckless, what makes you think she is evil?” He nods when Sinak’s message enters his mind and looks at the cleric “Yes, good question, how are we going to do this? Why waste our time? Let’s just leave her and go. I would doubt anything she has to tell us.”
"Just go and have a peek inside the cottage before you leave then Thelan." Yasmina whispers for Thelan, Sinak and Neela to hear. "I at least can't leave with what is in there?"
Neela doesn't question how Yasmina knows what is in the cottage. Great warriors such as these have amazing powers little kobolds simply cannot comprehend. She saw enough of her brethren easily slain by adventurers seeking to best her old master that she knows what they may be capable of. She turns and whispers to the group huddled together.
"Ok ummm this might not work because I think she's really powerful based on what she did with that axe, so be ready if it fails. I can try and get her to tell us the truth."
When everyone is ready, Neela will move up next to Yasmina and Thelan and cast Suggestion on Marla. (DC 13 Wisdom)
"Hey Marla! I suggest you tell us who you really are!"
Sinak speaks aloud in a low, hurried voice. “Everyone, the fox warned us of a trap here in this woods, and I believe that we have found that very “flower trap plant.” I think we need to get out of here and head to the ruins, leave Marla alone and make for our objective, no? Please don’t pick a fight that we don’t need to have!” He looks at each of you and points to the woods leading away from the Druid’s cottage.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Krugh furrows his eyebrows and stares at Marla for a few seconds before turning on his heel and walking away towards the others cursing in orcish under his breath.
Krugh - You just barely manage to reign in your simmering anger when Marla stops and gives you a disgusted look over her shoulder, "Go bark at someone else dog. Else I'll teach you to heel."
Please make a DC 15 Wisdom check to see if you can again hold your temper.
All - Raised voices and aggressive gestures draw your attention to the pissing contest between Marla and Krugh.
Neela - Marla ignores Krugh's demands and looks past him at you. She drops the bucket and her left-hand traces an intricate pattern in the air as she casts counterspell. She sneers at you, her voice sounding much different than it did moments ago, "Fool. I was content to let you leave here on your suicidal quest, but now you will die!"
All - You all watch as Marla's visage melts away, revealing a hideous, green-skinned crone beneath. Please roll for initiative!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Neela watches at the Suggestion spell forming from her words fizzles and dies. "Hey! That's not fair...." then stares in greater surprise as Marla's visage melts away. Gathering herself, she moves up to within 10ft of Marla and speaks again, and once more the words leave her mouth almost visibly, like a story made real, traversing the distance to Marla [In my previous post I said I had moved up between Yasmina and Thelan, now moving 25 ft to be next to Krugh]
"A witch, hey? Watch this witch which watches the woods, which witch do we watch, the wily witch which does no good!"
[Action to cast Vicious Mockery DC13 Wisdom Save or take 4 damage and disadvantage on her next attack roll]
Neela then looks to her companions. "Time to shine, oh great warriors." With a deep breath, she opens her little kobold mouth and ROARS in a cry reminiscent of a great and mighty dragon.
[Bonus Action to do Draconic Cry - Until the start of your next turn, you and your allies have advantage on attack rolls against Marla]
Neela - You see the sneer on Marla's ugly face fall away, replaced by surprise as your magically laced words cover the distance to her. She shrieks at the pain they cause and takes a small step back from the fury of your roar. Marla then mutters a few arcane words herself and you see something crawl from a battered leather purse on her hip. The skeletal rat scurries up her hunched body, between her pendulous breasts, on to her shoulder, and down her arm to her outstretched hand. She thrusts the grotesque thing in your direction and hobbles closer to you as the rat writhes and chitters madly in her hand. Marla lurches forward, shoving the rat in your face, and casts bestow curse. Dark green orbs of fire alight in the eye sockets of the dead rat, causing your vision to narrow. It darkens on the periphery until the skull of the chittering rat is all you see.
Please make a DC 13 Wisdom Saving Throw to resist the curse! On a failed save you must make a DC 13 Wisdom Saving Throw at the start of each of your turns. If it fails, you waste your action that turn doing nothing.
ROUND 1
Sinak is up! Followed by Yasmina, then Krugh. Please note that the square immediately to the right of Neela and the one below that are impassable due to the large unruly rose bush growing there.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thelan looks up at the sounds of arguing, just in time to see Krugh begin to walk away and Marla’s visage change from a young Druid to an old crone. “Well, I guess that decides it then” He looks over at Yasmina with a curious expression “How did you know?”
Without waiting for a response, Thelan moves 15 feet to the north, between the two trees, and drawing the bow he received from the Fey Spirit. With a whisper in elvish, he enchants the arrow sends and fires toward Marla.
Attack: 27 Damage: 12.
(Casting Ensnaring Strike on a hit, DC 12 strength save or Marla is restrained and takes 1d6 damage at start of her next turn.)
Sinak moves north to get in view of Marla and launches a fire bolt at her, then as a bonus action, casts spiritual weapon behind her, an ethereal spear appears behind her and attacks her! “Evil vile hag, we will put an end to you!”
(rolls will be in the log)

Oi, isn't that just perfect for you then. You need to fix that axe or find a way to repay me for it!
Just because your all hermity like and aloof doesn't mean you can just do whatever you want!
Krugh demands compensation!
