Yasmina gives Neela an awkward low five with a confused smile on her lips. "It was your bravery, leading us into battle, that led us to victory Neela, don't forget that in your song." The calishite half-elf says with a warm smile.
Feeling the foul scent of death and decay wash over her, Yasmina steps out of the cottage again, taking a deep breath of fresh air before returning inside. She carefully examines the chest and it's heavy padlock, reaching for her tools of trade to carefully disarm the trap she discovered. "Thank you Neela, but I believe the lock to be trapped. Please stand back and I will take care of it before using the key you found."
Sinak - You detect residual magics from the pentagram you defaced, but they quickly fade. You also detect evocation magic coming from the chest that Yasmina and Neela are inspecting.
Yasmina - The mechanism proves to be little trouble for you and you soon have the trap disarmed. Neela's iron key fits and unlocks the padlock which opens with a rusty squeak. Inside the chest you find:
"Come, we have a reward for freeing the Wood of Sharp Teeth from the evil of that hideous hag."Yasmina says with a content smile and motions for the others to join her at the open chest. "Anyone who recognizes or can figure out what these things are?"
Sinak is very interested in the jug, curious about all things magical. “I wonder how she used this… must have been involved in components for her spells.”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
After a tiny sip of the red pulsing liquid, you're confident that it is a potion of vitality. One of the powders you recognize as powdered unicorn horn (100gp), but you don't recognize the other two.
Sinak - Giving the jug a closer inspection, you see alchemic symbols carved into the various corks in the jug. After reading aloud the symbol for acid, the jug briefly glows a faint green color and you hear a sloshing sound from within. Uncorking the jug and fanning the open spout, you catch a whiff of a pungent odor that makes your nostrils flare. Tipping a few drops out of the jug, you watch them fizzle and pop as they eat through the old wooden planks of the floor. Repeating those steps for each of the other spouts, you're fairly confident how to use the jug.
Thelan follows the others and helps them search the cabin. He nods to Sinak “You are right, I would guess this is one the spirit warned us about. I wonder if there are other things that are not as they appear deeper in the forest.”
”Look around for anything that ties her to the dragon. Now that we know she is not a Druid, that is a stronger possibility.”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sinak looks for any empty vials to put acid into from the jug, making vials of acid to be thrown if needed. “Let’s see if she has a journal or something.” He searches the house for any writing.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
You find a brightly colored Lisa Frank diary with three smiling dolphins on the cover. It is closed with a heart-shaped locket. Just kidding, you find no journal, diary, or vials any kind.
Krugh - You exit the cottage and begin chopping down nearby trees for their wood, the physically demanding chore works well to keep your mind off of the horrid things you saw inside. You don't know how long you were chopping, but you manage to work up a sweat and gather more than enough firewood to turn the hut of horrors into a pretty sizable bonfire. As you're catching your breath, turn around and see the blue fox sitting about 15ft away, watching you.
After opening the chest Yasmina walks outside and sits down on the ground, trying to deal with the horror she saw inside the cabin, pondering what kind of magic the hideous hag might have performed with her pentagram.
Neela places the potion carefully in her bandolier, within easy reach should any of her great and mighty companions need it. They had only just met but already these warriors fight so well together. Their story will make for an epic tale indeed! Packing away the unicorn powder, she holds out the other two powders.
"Anyone know what these are?"
She then follows Yasmina out of the cottage, places a gentle hand on her shoulder, and sits down quietly next to her. For once, Neela is not jabbering away, sensing that Yasmina would appreciate the silence, and contents herself with watching Krugh gathering firewood.
As Neela sits down beside her, Yasmina looks over at the brass-coloured kobold with a grateful smile, just nodding, feeling a bit better now. She realizes that the brave kobold was the most caring and compassionate company she had since she left Calimport. She had been very fortunate with her recent company and felt like she hoped their adventures would continue beyond rescuing Faen and Syllis.
Yasmina - Whatever foul rituals Marla performed are beyond your ken.
Krugh - The blue fox tilts its head as you thrust the jerky in its direction but does not approach. It sits and watches you, Neela, and Yasmina while its tail flicks about every so often.
All - It is roughly 8:30pm now and fully dark, though your Darkvision helps you see out to about 60ft. Marla will awaken in about a half hour. What would you like to do?
"We should find somewhere to rest for the night, and I'd prefer it if it wasn't at this horrible place."Yasmina gets up and says to the others. "But first we should perhaps decide on what to do with this hag. We can't let her loose on the forest again but if we can make her talk to us she might still have useful information for us." She continues, then turning to Neela. "Would you like to try and convince her to talk once she wakes up, I will gladly assist you in any attempts to convince her to cooperate."

Here boy, come then

Krugh gives up on the fox who looks like he's ignoring Krugh and turns to the cottage.
Well, Krugh wants to burn hut with hag as is done with witches. It's tradition to burn witches and this is best pyre we have
