whole camp, or enough to see it all with the 30 ft radius. I will have my warhammer and shield at the ready.
As you walk around the wrecked camp trying to determine if any magic was left behind you get a whole picture of what the camp looks like. Near the boats are the two larger tents. They look to be commander tents. The smaller tents are ruined one way or another. Most were slashed by claws or weapons during the fight, and all the canvas is at the point of disintegration from mildew and jungle rot.
There is a small temple on a ten-foot hill that is in ruins. It looks like a fire started somehow and burnt the place out. Hanging from a peg on one of the walls is a small holy symbol of Torm that begins to glow softly for you as it gets within range of your spell.
Northeast of the shrine and Northeast of the animal pens are latrines. And of course, there is the shrine. This shrine was built centuries ago by Chultans. Carved into a stony hillside, its entrance lies between the feet of an 80-foot-high stone statue depicting a man carrying a crocodile on his back. Between the statue’s feet is a stone archway leading to a dark tunnel.
Back near the boats, Undril looks around the wrecked camp and continues speaking to Greggor. "When the Order of the Gauntlet first brought its war against undead to Chult, its members established this base camp around an ancient Chultan shrine, which local guides call the House of the Crocodile. The shrine wasn’t the focus of the order’s activity, but it was an object of intense curiosity. Despite being in ruins, the shrine’s traps were still active, and they overcame the order’s attempts to reach the heart of the shrine. The overconfident visitors neglected to build defenses around the camp, believing that their own strong arms were sufficient protection. A couple months ago, they were proved tragically wrong when hundreds of undead swarmed out of the jungle and overran the camp. Only a handful of warriors escaped from that slaughter. No bodies remain in the camp; the remains of everyone who died defending it have either been buried by the second wave of Templars (now at Camp Vengeance) or dragged away by jungle scavengers."
"Enormous reptiles, savage goblins, and an army of undead." Tap says to the bard in response to his question.
"The overconfident visitors-- were proved tragically wrong.--Inside of that statue--a more defensible position for the night." Tap points toward the entrance to the statue, quite literally echoing Elvoril's comments.
"Sleeping inside a potentially still trapped Shine?"
Kaslo looks around the area. "If we get attacked tonight, I'm not sure I want to have my only escape route to be deeper into that Shrine. Perhaps Eku and Zee might weigh in here."

Kaslo looks around the area. "If we get attacked tonight, I'm not sure I want to have my only escape route to be deeper into that Shrine. Perhaps Eku and Zee might weigh in here."
Eku and Zee look at each other for a second before turning back to Kaslo. Eku says "We will do whatever you wish. This is your expedition, we are just the guides to take you where you like to go.When it comes to decisions, that is your responsibility. We will not interfere."
Having no desire to explore this ancient place of worship, Kaslo is going to go fishing down at the river.
"While yer doing exploring in there, I'm going to go fishing if anyone wants to join me. I personally don't think we all need to go in there." Kaslo shrugs and begins rummaging through his bag looking for his fishing tackle.
Thor will approach the temple, "I think we should approach with caution, but here let me shed some Light on the situation." he casts Light on his warhammer. (Did he notice anything magical near the temple entrance)

Nope. Only that Holy Symbol of Torm in the Shrine. But the spell is over by now.
Zachariah follows Tap and Thor up the stairs. The group hears him whisper something in the beautiful language he and Zee share and suddenly his shield glows with the same radiance as Thor's hammer. He follows in the rear, his hammer at the ready.

No need to fear Ahkmenos is here!
Ahkmenos will walk up to the entrance and make a perception check to see if there are any traps, creatures, or anything of hazard: 12
If it is safe he will continue in and keep up his watch for anything dangerous.
Follow me!
:'( it was nice knowing you all. I sure hope there isn't a trap in the entrance....

Zachariah stands as Ahkmenos walks past him and up the steps. "Are you venturing inside? Is it safe?" he asks.
Krav swaps his hammer for his greataxe, and follows Ahkmenos, looking around for anything extraordinary as he goes.
