OOC: As a heads up my company throws a conference once a year, so I will be flying down to that on Saturday and coming back Wednesday, I will probably be able to post in early morning and late evening but most likely not during the day at all.

Sentinel: You have mastered techniques to take advantage of every drop in any enemy's guard, gaining the following benefits:
When you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature's speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn.
Creatures provoke opportunity attacks from you even if they take the Disengage action before leaving your reach.
When a creature within 5 feet of you makes an attack against a target other than you (and that target doesn't have this feat), you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.
Storm: assuming Honda's first attack hit and the second one missed, don't forget to make a DC10 CON Save to maintain concentration on Bless.
That will affect the rest of our turns - whether or not we get to add the d4 to our attack rolls (and saves).
So which would come first, Kileprats reaction with Sentinel (with Bless) or Storms concentration check to see if she still has bless? I would imagine her reaction would be first (as she could start her reaction as soon as Honda finishes his assault), but not sure, maybe a rule of cool issue here.
The below is really more if the same player had concentration check and reaction, but the cause/effect is still about the same I would think.
Xanathar's Guide to Everything has an optional rule (page 77) on "Simultaneous Effects" which states:
In rare cases, effects can happen at the same time, especially at the start or end of a creature's turn. If two or more things happen at the same time on a character or monster's turn, the person at the game table - whether player or DM - who controls that creature decides the order in which those things happen.
I have found some other thoughts that the reaction is only AFTER the initial action, where the concentration check would be concurrent with the action. Not sure I see it that way (as I don't think a spell would break quite that instantaneous), but If that were the case, then the con check would definitely come first.
Yep - my opinion is that is a judgement call. Gray area and DM decides: Which happens first, Kileprat's reaction attack to Honda's first attack or Storm's CON save from being hit by that attack. Hopefully Storm just makes his save and it doesn't matter.
I will add that for the Sentinel feat (which is a great feat), the reaction attack when an enemy attacks someone else is NOT an opportunity attack, so it does not reduce the enemy's speed to 0 like an opportunity attack would (for someone with Sentinel). It's a reaction attack but not an oppty attack.
Seeing Honda’s impending doom, Casey tries to intimidate the big wrestler. (As her action)
20 intimidate (not natural 20)
”Honda you’ve lost- keep this up and you’ll never fight again. Let us finish this and you live. We still have a lot of fight in us…” she says to him, quiet enough the crowds can’t hear.
Thumbtack is all out of poop for Honda's face, but flies behind the big man to poke him in his ample bum before flying back (help).
Aino attacks once more with her Rapier, +1 and Booming Blade at advantage: To hit (best of 3 d20s due to Elven Accuracy): 26 Rapier, +1 damage: 14 (max) magical piercing Additional Booming Blade thunder damage if Honda moves before Aino's next turn: 3
"Listen to the bard, big man. Lose with grace here, submit, live to fight another day and we all have a nice round of sake afterwards."
"Give up Honda!" Storm stares intensely at Honda as he strikes out.
Shatterspike Attack w/ Advantage from Vow of Enmity: 23 to hit, Damage: 12
OOC: Ignore the d6, I had cast Hunters Mark and added the damage because I forgot it was a concentration spell and would end Bless, so just ignore that d6, I wont cast Hunters Mark because I want to keep Bless up
Honda rolled a Nat 1 on this Wis. (Was the only way I was going to let that work. The dice gods have spoken)
Honda hearing this tiny creature Honda breaks out it a dead sprint away from Casey when it gets to the edge of the ring ~10 ft it jumps the gap to the platforms. (His speed is short to make that work so don't at me please)
Anio and Kileprat get an AOO.
You hear over the roar of the crowd Garmuk's voice.
(A small thing, but I want to make sure Honda took the extra 3 thunder damage from Booming Blade since he moved.)
Aino opportunity attack with Rapier, +1 (no advantage this time): To hit: (rolled 2 on d20): 10 + 3 from Bless = 13 Damage in case that hits: 11 magical piercing
As a reaction to Honda's attack against Aino, she raises her free hand and jagged Silvery Barbs slash out, attempting to distract Honda.
Honda must re-roll his attack on Aino AND Aino confers advantage to an ally on their next d20: she gives it to Casey for her CON Save to maintain concentration on Enhance Ability. We also get an extra d4 on these saves from Bless thanks to Storm.

Well, then you just tell them you can't go...
Hit on both. Working in the feild today will post tonight.
Honda is looking hurt now but still in the fight. He goes into a rage and swings wildly at storm.
Attack 1: 25 Damage if hit 13
Attack 2: 26 Damage if hit 18
When Honda attacks Storm, Kileprat will get a Sentinel attack.
To hit: 16 + Bless(3)= 19 Damage: 16 + Rage(2) = 18
His speed is now 0

Concentration Check: 11 total so all good
Good discussion and got to love thise mandatory fun trips.
Rule of cool always applies but I will use dex in the future since dex is sometimes related to speed.
Kileprat you see Honda move for the attack and spot the perfect opening and strike and hit home.
Yall are up.

After Casey...
Kileprat will skirt around Honda to hit him as hard as she can on his other ribs, trying to take his breath away.
"Hurt yet?"
To hit: 27. Damage: 12
Thumbtack is all out of poop for Honda's face, but flies behind the big man to poke him in his ample bum before flying back (help).

You hear over the roar of the crowd Garmuk's voice.
NO RUNNING FIGHT OR DIE.
The pathways expand opening a path to Honda.
The rest of you move in like sharks in the water and deal a combined 36 more damage.
Honda more scare of Garmuk then yall continues to fight back.
He will pull a price of the stage up and throw it at Casey.
NO MORE WORDS TINY WOMAN.!!!!
Rock attack: 24 if hit damage 25
Second attack against Aino who hurt the most last round.
Attack 17 Damage if hit 23
Honda looks real hurt and bloody. ~33% health remains
Rock throw was a 19 to hit
OOC: Since Storm was in melee combat does he get an attack of opportunity as well?

Added the 3 damage.
Hondas attack rerolled 18 if hit 15
Also 13 is a miss
