Blue light bathes the area near where the servant entered the room. She seems unaffected by Ozum's spell. The invisible creature that followed her into the room, however, is suddenly outlined in blue light while simultaneously giving off a faint luminous glow. Suddenly the outline that vaguely defines this creature morphs, surprisingly, into four fully visible, medium-sized, hooded humanoids (D15 and E15 on the map).
The invisible creatures, oddly enough, are identical in appearance. Their movements, too, are identical. You see not one Arconius, but four.
Of course, Ozum is now fully visible as a result of his casting Faerie Fire.
Everyone: Please roll initiative.
Initiative for friendly NPCs (Bharash, Sariel, Kempis and servant): 8
Frandal mutters an incantation and his arrow turns into ice as it flies towards the Arconiuses. Where it hits it explodes, throwing ice shards in all directions.

Everyone in a 5ft radius must make a DEX ST vs 15 or suffer 9 ice damage, the target included, if it hits Arconius.

Frandal: Your first arrow flies toward Arconius and the three mirror images (d20 roll to determine which target is hit: 12). The arrow strikes one of the Arconius images and that image immediately vanishes.
(DEX save for Arconius: 17): 0 ice damage taken from first arrow
(d20 roll to determine which target is hit by your second arrow: 9). A second image of Arconius is destroyed.
(DEX save for Arconius: 12): 4 ice(cold) damage taken from second arrow (damage halved)
Ozum:(d20 to determine which image of Arconius is targeted by your frostbite spell: 9). You assume that you successfully targeted the real Arconius because both images are still within the room. (CON save for Arconius: 8)
Arconius takes half damage (cold): 4 hp cold damage

Arissa's counterspell indirectly brings an end to Arconius' mirror image. Arconius--the real one--stands alone and a wry smile flickers across his face.
Kurt's dagger misses the mark and flies past Arconius and clatters harmlessly across the floor. The smile on Arconius' face disappears, and he utters a short phrase In Infernal "Izgari sindrak, izgari kan."
Arissa:
Arconius has elected to cast power word stun, with you as the target. You are stunned, but you may make a CON saving throw at the end of your next turn. If successful, you are no longer stunned.
Arconius then speaks in Common. "It seems I may need some assistance." Seemingly on cue, the balcony doors behind Frandal explode and glass fragments shower the room as a hulking ape-like monster lumbers into the room. It stands over 7' tall, and you estimate it weighs several hundred pounds. Tusks protrude from its lower jaw, and its eyes glow with evil intent. The fragments of Aeris on Bharash's staff and Sariel's wand suddenly emit a faint blue light, indicating the fiendish nature of this creature.
The NPCs, all of whom are next in the initiative order, do the following:
The servant flees the room through the door by which she entered as the tray of food and drink crashes to the floor.
Kempis, warhammer in hand, moves directly toward the fiend, closing the distance so he can attack next round.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As the fight started, Xellos started chanting in Infernal to Arconius, "Releasing Control Art Restriction Systems 3...2...1. Approval of Situation A recognized; commencing with Cromwell Invocation. Ability restrictions lifted for minimal use until the target has been silenced."
Xellos on his turn, he sees the fiend bust into the room and he says to it in Infernal, "Limited release approval is confirmed. Releasing Control Art Restriction System to Level 1."
He points a finger at the big hulking monster & Arconius casting Banishment @ 5th lvl
Both Arconius and the monster must make:
Charisma ST (DC 17)
While Xellos is still invisible *before* the start of his turn, he would like to make an AoO on the fleeing Counselor. He only tries to trip him by sticking his foot out, as he runs by, to make him fall prone in front of Ozum.
As the Chancellor runs toward the double doors to leave the room, he trips over the outstretched foot of Xellos and falls prone in the area between Xellos and Ozum.
(Charisma save for ape-like fiend:13 | Charisma save for Arconius: 11)
With a faint popping noise, the ape-like fiend suddenly vanishes. Xellos' spell, however, seems to have no effect on Arconius (who utilizes legendary resistance to ensure a successful saving throw).
Frandal: The next action is yours, followed by Ozum and Arissa.
Xellos, seeing his spell partially worked, yells (in Common), "That beast is gone for one minute! Windhovers, get the Counsellor and flee! We will catch up later—leave Arconius to us!"

Arconius turns his glare on Bharash, who had just hurled a chromatic orb. A bluish-white beam of light shoots forth from Arconius' hand. (Ray of Frost attack: Attack: 14 Damage: 19)

Frandal started to move away from the ape-like creature before Ozzum banish it, but he continues his movement, to have a better line of sight to Arconius. ( he moves to H9)

Ozum flies over to the center of the room (8E) and pulls out his mistletoe. With a quick magic word he summons a shard of ice that he launches at Arconius.

Xellos would be watching the double doors behind him while being in a good position to hit anywhere in the room, positioned @ D10
