"Yehs gots ol' Missy in goods withs the gods! Missy owes yehs but once yehs finished yehs betters gets back to standings around!"
She'll give them bow a wobbly bow before excusing herself with,
"See yehs boys!"
Once out, she'll head around back and put on the face of a skinny, pimply orc teen with a wispy 'stash and arms and legs that are all just a bit too long for his clothes. She'll also dirty up her clothes to obscure their color and cut. 100% bowl cut on him. Morc.
If Jan can see Ava lurking at the entrance to the alley, she'll give her a shooing motion, out of sight of the twins.
"There was that older woman think she said her name was Missy. Feel like I've seen her on the docks before, but she said she needed a hand with something... grey hair about this long... scar here on her lip, had an eye that didn't look like it worked that good. They headed off that way...", Jan cranes her neck in the general direction that Marrin led the two guards before shaking her head.
"Don't see 'em."
"You want me to see if I can find her? Shouldn't take too long, just an old woman, and if she puts up a tussle, between the two of us we can haul her back here if you've got questions for her."
As Morc the Orc takes his gangly frame towards the docks, he can hear the door behind him open and close. A quick look over his shoulder reveals the two guards have finished their drinks and appear to be returning towards their guard post.
"Kind of an odd one but seemed pretty nice," one guard says to the other. "Don't remember ever seeing her around before. Wonder where she came from."
She's sorely tempted to see what else might just by lying about for the taking, but if they've got a charmed security system on the safe, best not to bring them running back.
She'll wait until the pair are out of sight before leaving her 'post', keeping the building between them as she moves away, changing her face and clothes once she's not in view of anything, taking on the appearance of a down on his luck sailor, bedraggled and worn, and loops around to the alley that Ava and Ethel went down, looking for her friends.

Ava and Ethel (I think) would have gone down the alley and not wanted to be seen. Just enough to be completely out of sight. Turning to Ethel, "Think they bought it? We should probably get back to the big guy and get this over with fast."
Morc the Orc steps out on to the main thoroughfare next to the port and sees twin goliaths coming his way, the only noticeable difference is a scar on one of their faces. Morc can see the one with the scar is quite angry.
Glancing towards the stevedore office Morc can also see there’s no one outside.
—————————————-
Avaria and Ethel take off up the alley, looking for a route to circle back around to the harbourmaster’s office.
They manage after some trial and error to find a road back to the port. Just as they’re about to step out on to the main thoroughfare, Avaria spots the twins coming towards them. A gangly, awkward teenage orc steps out on to the main road in between Avaria/Ethel and the twins. Loud steps can be heard behind them and looking over her shoulder, Ethel spots a rough looking sailor coming their way.
—————————————-
Jan-sailor eventually finds the route Avaria and Ethel have taken, almost catching up to them just before they get back to the main part of the port. Ethel sees her but there’s no sign of recognition.
——————————————-
Avaria and Ethel are about 30’ from the breakwater that will take them out to Gorick Highhead’s office. The twins are about 60’ north of them, and Morc the Orc is in between, so 30’ from the twins and 30’ from Avaria and Ethel. Jan-Sailor is about 20’ to the east of Avaria and Ethel.
There’s no cover between the alley and the breakwater and the breakwater itself has no real cover either. There’s a pretty good chance anyone headed to Highhead’s office will be spotted by one of the twins.
Seeing all of this (lots of unfriendly looking faces between them and the destination) Ethel will try to pull Avaria back into the alleyway.
"I didn't prepare any spells that are of particular use for these charades. Disguise self would come in awfully handy at a time like this. No use crying over spilt milk, though." She glances back into the main through-way. "I don't think we can make it without being spotted by those two behemoths, and I've lost track of where the others have gotten to."
"We could try to talk our way out of it? We don't have anything on us that would incriminate us, though I don't fancy being tied up in an inquisition all day."

Ava happily lets Ethel drag her back into the alley, not wanting to get into a tussel with the twins. "I tried talking, didn't go so well...Should we lie low in a building for a bit? Till the heat is off?"
Morc the Orc is excelling at being an awkward orc teenager. Are Ethel and Avaria staying hidden or going to chance talking? And Sailor-Jan, what's she getting up to know that she's spotted Ethel and Avaria?
Are there any doors in this alley that Ava and Ethel might be able to duck into?
[Or even boxes or junk to hide behind to perhaps grant advantage on a negative-modifier stealth check?]

There are doorways - back doors to businesses and homes - some recessed enough to provide a small amount of cover. In addition to dirt, grime, and weeds sticking up through the stones there are a few barrels, whose contents smell pretty ripe, a broken down wagon, and a large crate pushed up against the sides of the alley. Plenty around to give advantage to anyone wanting to hide.
Ethel motions to her lips in a 'hush' gesture and then ducks into an alcove beside a door, pulling her robes in beside her, out of sight.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Ava, no hug for your Uncle Billy?", the rough sailor says, his appearance changing to have a pair of peg legs he tottles about on before changing back to standard legs as Jan's face smiles out of the grimy, grizzled countenance before being masked by "Uncle Bill". "Best come with me..."
Once Jan is close, she'll shroud the three of them in shadow and silence and duck back against the wall of the alley.

Avaria looks confused at first as Jan comes up to her, but then breaks into a big grin. She wraps her arm around her friend, enjoying the sense of humor and follows Ethel to the hiding spot.
Vovia and her sister pass Morc the Orc without giving him a second look. In fact they don't even bother with giving him a first look.
The trio of Ethel, Avaria, and Sailor-Jan press back into a pair of doorways, partially concealed by a barrel of something rancid, just as the twins pass the entrance to the alley.
Vovia glances down the alley, pauses for a half step but then continues on past with her sister.
From the main street, Morc the Orc sees the twins arrive at the other end of the port, all the while scanning the docks and the alleys and roadways leaving the area. At the end, he can see them talking, gesturing, and then while he can't make out the words, he can hear Vovia yell something angrily.
The sister heads down one of the docks, the one closest to the breakwater that looks to have the most ships tied up. Vovia visibly slumps after her sister leaves. She looks down the breakwater to where the harbourmaster's office is and shakes her head. She starts heading that way, though Morc the Orc can see her pace slowing as she gets closer.
Once it seems the Goliaths have moved some distance from the alley, Ethel whispers to not-Jan. "So... is all still going according to plan? How do we intend to deliver the package to our unhappy bachelor with those two prowling the docks? And did one of them say something about a missing sandwich?"
