While Jan continues to connect with K in their scouting of the tower, the others can sense a fair amount of activity in the prison. Through a quick glimpse around corners and down corridors, it's clear that the Hargroves are in the meeting room, but are they all there? Avaria, with her keen senses smells the unmistakable odor of someone she has an intense dislike for in the panopticon itself. Is it possible Godrick has separated from the others and gone directly to the cells?
But on top of that the sounds of shouting and the clanging of metal can now be heard from the southern entrance. It doesn't sound like sword on sword yet, but more like fighting between armoured opponents. The Hargroves black and red guard sound like they're trying to force their way in.
The one guard who spoke up looks over at the other veteran guard. The second one just shrugs and says "Yeah, sure."
The group (assuming Avaria follows along) enters the hexagonal chamber. As usual, cells line the chamber walls, and the smaller hexagonal room holding the Surveillance Hub occupies the center of the space. The cells are dark, as they usually are, while the magically lit, heatless torches provided shadowed illumination to the panopticon itself.
There's no sign of anyone in the room, other than the few figures that can be seen in the shadows of the cells.
A click, and then a voice echoing from the Surveillance Hub sound system that the guards (except for Jarrin) are familiar with "You're back early. Any trouble out there?"

If Ava shares what she's smelled with the rest of the patrol Jarrin will nudge the other guards,
"How'd they manage that? We should go round them up and bring them to the Warden, right?"
She also gives the sounds of fighting an anxious look as well.
((Just for clarity, the Guard team's patrol is Sorin, Geoffrey, Ava and Jarrin plus a couple of normal guards, right?))
((Correct on the guard composition))
The other two guards don't seem particularly inclined to trust someone's sense of smell as a reason to deviate from their orders.
"If there's someone in the panopticon that shouldn't be there, the Surveillance Hub will spot them." One guard says.
"Trust me guys, she's got a nose better than most bloodhounds. We can at least take a look, what's it going to hurt to be sure?"
Persuasion: 21 (18 rolled but min of 21)

Jarrin looks over to Ava for confirmation to let her answer.
