Marrin will move away from where she started the fire and start heading out towards the docks main hall area where they were cooking axebeaks not particularly worried about the pirates. With any luck the fire will take care of itself in the fire hazard of a room.
She will try to take stock of what is going on out here, where the Hargreaves and the hobgoblins are and what the pirates are doing.
Seeing that they were all finished in the lab, Avaria follows everyone into the trashroom, making sure that everyone makes it up the ladder before she does. Once up (let me know if you need a roll), she looks around, "Ok, that's everyone but Jisthelek, Ethel and Marrin. I sent the goblin after the two of them, I hope they met up. C'mon, let's get to Dodds's and get out of here."
"If folks keep close to me, I can keep us shrouded... We'll not be able to stroll through thoroughfares past pirates, but if we keep the fringes, maybe able to pass unnoticed."

Pirate-Ethel will continue booking it down toward the harbor.
Unless she sees the door to Godrick's room open, which would divert her off course.

Marrin is able to disengage and lose the angry card players quickly in the maze of sheets and sails. The shouts behind indicate that the fire has definitely been noticed but whether it is spreading or not is unknown.
As soon as she steps out into the Grand Concourse, Marrin can see a lot of action going on.
The pirate version of Ethel disappears down the hallway towards the harbour. A pair of staggering drunks that resemble Captain Percival and First Mate Lozredak make their way after her.
Coming towards her location though are both Hargroves (William and Gillian) as well as five hobgoblin guards.
Main Hallway:
Pirate-Ethel runs along the hallway. Looking up the hallway to the east, she sees Godrick's door but it's firmly shut.
She's momentarily startled when a figure slips from the shadows. But the smile on Jisthelek's face puts her at ease right away.
"Where's the other one?" Jisthelek asks.
Before Ethel can answer, she finds herself outside of Dodd's General Store.
Trash Heap:
Avaria and Jan are able to get everyone up onto the ledge. As they step out into the hallway, just ahead of them towards the harbor they can make out a poorly dressed pirate and another small figure in the shadows near where Dodd's General Store should be.
Back the other direction they can hear shouting from the Grand Concourse / Arena / Inn / Octopus area.

Jan holds up a hand before they venture out, and gathers those who came up through the trash heap. "Stay near me."

Pirate-Ethel whispers at Jisthelek, "Back the other way," gesturing far down the hall toward the commotion. "Invisible. Where the bloody frak are the Orcs and everyone else?"

A hush falls over the group of escaped prisoners as Jan's magic helps dampen the sounds of all the footsteps and whispers. The group is likely too large, and the hallway not large enough to hope anyone coming this way will miss the sight of everyone, but they'll probably need to be right on top of them before they notice.
Jisthelek looks back the way Pirate-Ethel points and frowns.
"I don't know what that is," the goblin says, waving his hand at the shrouded group coming towards them, "but it's more than Marrin."
Jan and Avaria do recognize Jisthelek when they get closer and once he sees them, he waves hello, his eyes going wider at the sight of the group with them.
"You got to get them out of here," Jisthelek hisses. "No way guards coming this way are going to miss them."
Jisthelek looks at Avaria for a moment when she asks if he'd found them.
"One anyway," he says, pointing at Pirate-Ethel. "She's done something with the way she looks, but still smells the same."
Dodds sticks his head out of the shop and blinks at the magic in effect.
"We better keep moving," he says as he reaches back into the shop and pulls Gertrude after him.
Just then the group hears a crashing of boards, loud cursing in what sounds like orcish and a smack across skin from about where the entrance to the trash room would be.
Jan eases up as Jisthelek says that the 'pirate' is one of them. "Marrin?"
"Heading to the port then, any that are coming with, I can try to shroud you too, or take who I can now and slip back."
If any are coming with, she'll include them in the magic and make for the port, peering out on alert for guards, and seeking a path that will keep them to as much natural shadows and obstruction exists. She'd ideally be wanting to board the Rose Marie, but if there is somewhere that she can stash the less... useful prisoners to be able to reclaim the others she boarded with so they can take out whatever guards the ships may have.

(What happened to the Hargreaves storming past or did I misunderstand?)
Marrin's eye twitches on hearing the end of pair's conversation.
Marrin glances in the direction of the orcish, nearly discounting it. She then pauses and looks back to the guard house then over to where she heard it.
She decides she'd better check if it was her orcs cursing and, if possible, will try to get ahead of the pair of drinks to get a look first.
(The Hargroves are still in the Grand Concourse, looking for Marrin - they haven't made it to the tunnel to the harbour yet - the only ones who have passed her so far are the Rose Marie captain and first mate - but question now - which tunnel did Marrin head to - the one to the harbour/Dodd's Store, or the one back to the Barracks she originally set on fire?).
Avaria looks back towards the trash room, concern growing as she doesn't know where Marrin is and doesn't know where to run off to find her. "Yes, Jan, take them to the docks, I'll stay here and wait for Marrin and hold off anyone. Ula, you want to wait with me?"
She looks down at Jisthelek, "Any idea where Marrin might be?"she asks the goblin quickly before he runs off to the docks.
Jisthelek shrugs at the mention of any idea where Marrin could be.
"The Hargroves and the guards are gathering and they'll get the exits locked down any second now," Jisthelek says. "They were still searching when I last saw them so she's probably still on the run."
He turns and heads off towards the docks. Dodd's and Gertrude follow afterwards.
"We need a ship big enough to carry everyone, but not so big we can't crew it," Dodd's says.
Jan collects the bulk of the prisoners and follows along towards the harbour as well.
The main hallway is broad, but anyone in it will see them. That said, the only people they come across are a few sailors and merchants who don't end up taking much notice of them.
Marrin was headed towards the hallway that leads towards the harbour, which is the direction the Captain and First Mate took, and is the direction of the orcish grumbling.
A last look back into the Grand Concourse and she can see that the smoke is dying down from the far hallway. There's a few whiffs from the Amorous Octopus but nothing too black. More shouting though is coming from the 'Inn' and buckets of water can be seen rushing in there from other pirates and sailors.
William and Gillian Hargrove have collected six hobgoblin guards and they are headed, cautiously towards the hallway that Marrin is in. Two of the hobgbolins have long poles they're sweeping from side to side as they search for an invisible intruder.
She can either stay back from the Captain and First Mate and follow them unseen, or she can try getting past them unnoticed (Stealth roll with advantage for that).
Ula pats Avaria on the shoulder and turns to look towards the sounds of the orcish cursing.
"They're going to draw attention if they're Haguur's," Ula says to Avaria.
Just as she says that, two familiar orcs come into view, one rubbing their cheek where a hand shaped welt is forming. They both grunt at Avaria and Ula.
(What happens next depends on what Marrin does, which will take place before the other group gets to the harbour).
((Jan was asking the pirate if she was Marrin. I'm not sure she knows that Ethel can change her appearance, but she knows Marrin can.))
"The Rose Marie is the one we came in on, if we're not able to stick around and put her captain under the waves, I'd like to twist the knife on our way out and knick his boat, unless you've got a good reason to vote against it... not much of a sailor myself, so don't want to get saddled with a tub."

NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE GRAND CONCOURSE:
Marrin slips to the side of the hallway, giving the Captain and First Mate plenty of room to stagger down the hall.
As they pass, she can make out drunken conversation, and a lot of slurring.
"Rescue Gertie? More like chain her up in your cabin," the First Mate says with a laugh.
They stumble past.
Looking back into the Grand Concourse, Marrin sees two hobgoblin guards go back into the 'Inn' and then hears more shouting about a fire.
