Tammer is completely absorbed by the drunk vomiting down the jetty. Marrin can see a longsword at the half-orc's waist, and two daggers across her chest.
"Ha. Ha. Must be Lozredak then," Tammer says with a laugh.
Marrin reaches over to try and slip the longsword out of its scabbard but Tammer whirls around at the first touch, eyes darting from side to side.
Marrin stands back, still and considers her options before deciding invisibility has probably done what it can for her. She also hopes Ava's ready to lend a hand.
She switches faces to Tammer's then hits her with the flat of her short sword.

Hearing Tammer ask who is there makes Avaria nervous. She stops "wretching", wipes her mouth with the back of her hand in case anyone is watching and heads to go and help Marrin. She tries to do it quietly to hopefully not alert Tammer.
Marrin being invisible is enough of an advantage to cause Tammer to strike wide.
As Tammer stumbles when she doesn't hit anything, Marrin is able to smack her across her back with her own sword. The blade smacks the half-orc hard, but Tammer's a tough one and doesn't stumble any further.
She roars at Marrin with anger when her assailant pops into view after making the attack.
Jisthelek looks over at Jan. "Are we supposed to stay here still?"
Avaria sees that Marrin is in trouble and charges on up to attack Tammer. Noticing Marrin is attacking non-lethally, Ava grumbles a bit but follows suit.
Pulling out Drusus's greatsword, she attacks with the flat of the sword, flanking with Marrin.
Jan stays to the middle of the pack to keep her spell up, Jisthelek goes to the front to guide the group, and Ula and Hammerdasher hang to the back.
The loud drunken voices of the Captain and First Mate can now be heard at the entrance to the harbour cavern - they're back. The sounds of others approaching much faster is getting louder too.
Avaria catches Tammer off guard and her blow does cause the pirate to stagger slightly, but she's still standing.

Ethel still has a move before your mix of opponents get a go.
Ethel keeps toward the back of the group. As she is at least vaguely 'pirate-looking' she wants to be the first one seen by anyone following, hoping to buy them all a few extra seconds. However, spotting Marrin in combat on the deck of the Rose Marie, she brings a hand to her mouth, clutching it like a claw and whispers.
120' away on the deck of the ship, a ghostly skeletal hand appears and tries to grasp Tammer. Attack: 20 Damage: 8
"Move, move, move," she prods at the slowest of the refugees, keeping their sense of urgency up.

Marrin and Avaria see a spectral skeletal hand reach out and grab Tammer by the shoulder. Black, broken, almost burnt looking skinning spreads out under the hand and down the shoulder. Tammer shivers in visible pain. She's still up but she's not looking good at all.
"We're being attacked," Tammer shouts. "All hands. All hands."
She turns to disengage and bolts for the stairs down to the next level, disappearing from view.
"Hey," a voice shouts from the edge of the wharf. Tammer's voice has carried to the Captain and First Mate and they begin to run for the Rose Marie. But they're not at full capacity and while they're trying to sprint, they're still staggering a fair bit and only making about 30' a round, putting them about 20' behind the pack of prisoners.
Just then William and Gillian Hargrove step out of the tunnel and scan the harbour. Six hobgoblin guards spread out in a semi-circle fan behind them.
Down at the far end of the docks, the rowboat the group saw earlier holds up at the dock and a figure runs out from the farthest warehouse, a pack on their back, and something clutched in their hands to meet the rowboat.
Avaria sees the ones enter the dock area and silently urges Jan and the rest to hurry to the ship.
As Marrin chases Tammer, Ava calls after her, "Yell if you need help, I'm going to try and help hold off these others. Hopefully you can find Bigge, we need someone to steer this ship!"
With her bonus action, she goes into a rage, and readies herself to attack the first nonfriendly that boards the ship.
[How far is the far end of the docks from Ethel's position at the back of the crowd?]
Upon seeing the hooded figure making for the distant rowboat, Ethel makes an intuitive connection.
It sounded as though Godrick was upset and packing, long before the escape and the fires... could it...?
She hisses at Ula and Hammerdasher [the two most capable, most close to her], "Down there. Rowboat at the end of the pier. I think its Godrick Hargrove. Ula, would there be anything your Almighty can do to waylay that rowboat?"
Then she turns and looks back at those chasing them. Does the dock itself appear flammable? Investigation? 15

If the group of prisoners runs, and then dashes, they'll get about three quarters of the way to the Rose Marie. A normal 30' movement next turn would get them to the gangplank.
Avaria - she doesn't see any opponents within running distance that could get to the boat this round (at least not from outside the boat - who knows who's below deck). The captain and first mate are going to need at least two rounds to lumber their way here. The Hargroves and Hobgoblins are also looking two rounds away (further distance but not drunk). Mentioning it in case you want to wait a round or two on your rage (or follow Jan below deck) - since if you don't attack or get attacked you'll lose the rage.
Ethel - they're wooden docks, lots of water on the underside but the tops are dry. It's hardwood, so you'll need a decent flame to get them burning.
Marrin/Tammer - Marrin can't catch Tammer before she gets below deck. Is Marrin going below deck still?
Ula looks to the end of the wharf where the figure is climbing into the rowboat with the other two figures. She squints and looks over at Ethel.
"There's one spell I know that might catch him, but I'll need to get closer still." Ula says. "I might be able to reach them from the deck of the Rose Marie."

Avaria's up, about 30' from getting up onto deck and into melee range.
Jan and Ethel can act too, followed by the rest of the motley crew.
"Well, that'll draw attention. We make for the boat, if we're spotted, run."
Jan will move for the boat, trying to keep the group close enough to her to still be shrouded.
