Demek is stunned as he sees Goldmoons staff shine blue light and Riverwinds cuts heal before his eyes. "How.. where." He looks to Lorival "Do you know what she just did?"
OOC: I'm gonna assume we've never seen healing magic only slight sparks nothing wonderous. Maybe have seen Lorival do something? Also clarification I have lay on hands but I can't use it correct? Should we flavor that as me bandaging first.
Crashing to the ground like a sack of potatoes, Teric is relatively sure he has broken a rib. Wincing in pain he struggles to get up, knowing they have to keep moving.
Suddenly, the pain recedes and a sense of warmth washes over him, his mind barely registering the faint blue glow that lights the area.
Standing in utter confusion, he hears Maisor's suggestion and nods weakly. "Uh? yeah. Sure. Lead the way."

Breenie landed flat on her back and stayed that way, the breath knocked clean out of her.
And broken... something. I had to have broken something. Maybe lots of things.
After the blue light washed over her, erasing her pain and injuries, Breenie disentangled her foot from Lorival's hair.
I hope I didn't hurt her. More.
Sitting up, Breenie cast a scathing look around her until she spotted Teclis. Then she glared daggers at him.
"Whatever we do, we should do it quickly." Breenie spluttered through a few alternative word choices before simply blurting, "He made such a ruckus that the goblins upstairs surely have an idea where to come looking for us now."
Taking a calming breath, Breenie nodded her agreement with Teric and Maisor. She held a hand down to help Lorival to her feet if she needed it. (OOC: Or anyone else who might need a hand up.)
Killian is at a loose for words for a second and his arrows goes in a twang sound.
"Damn it." he curses, not really believing what he has seen.
"I say we go and help them. We are going to be hunted, thanks to that stupid show of marksmanship up there." He urges the others. He nods to Goldmoon and starts to go toward the forest.
"Let's put some distance between us. The lake will have boats on the shore we can probably cut the journey a bit by rowing all night and taking turns. Thier dogs won't be able to track us that way."
Maisor looks around the group. "If we're heading out tonight, I'm going to have to meet you at the lake. I'm not even wearing my armor," he says, running his hands down his beautiful coat. "And I need to say good-bye to my parents." He looks down at the ground. "Father's going to be very disappointed," he mumbles.
"Don't be long! Anyone else got things to get let's meet at the peer, but hurry." Killian looks at Maisor debating if he should say more. Then adds "If you see my father or if you go his way tell him, ... Tell him I m sorry, and that it's something I had to do."
"Well, those that are coming with me and them." Killian answers, " and let's not call them guests, they are our friends now."
OOC: Killian is going to make sure they reach Haven then he will see what happens. He has for the first time in his life found something that actually heals magically, he will know more.
Teric grits his teeth in frustration. This was going from confusing to complicated and everything moving too fast for his liking.
"Gah! Well I can't just run off while Maisor risks getting himself skewered all alone. I'll stick with him and hopefully make sure we both make it back to the pier." He gives a nervous grin trying to cut through the stress. "He'll need someone to shut him up anyway. You know how he is with melodramatic goodbyes."
Demek hefts his shield onto his back and places his hand comfortably on the hilt of his sword. "Well I'll go with Killian and we will wait for yall to say your goodbyes then."
As Teclis glides down the rope with full elven grace; he glances at Breenie and Maisor and comments in Elvish "With a fall like that it makes me think you're half dwarf...not half elf. Can someone explain to me why humans surrender their cities to the likes of goblins and hobgoblins for protection! What foolishness is this!"

With a fall like that it makes me think you're half dwarf...not half elf. Can someone explain to me why humans surrender their cities to the likes of goblins and hobgoblins for protection! What foolishness is this!
Teclis slowly glances at Goldmoon & Riverwind and says in Elvish "There was a time when I was a child that my mother would tell me stories of days gone by. When the old gods were still worshiped. Stories of Paladine, Mishakal and even that god the Dwarves love so much Reorx. As well as dark stories of Chemosh and Queen of Darkness Takhisis.
...visibly uncomfortable when he mentions the last name...
"I recall a story of a blue crystal staff of immense power. Daughter of the Plains when the time is right you must tell me how you received that staff. The docks are a clear place to go. I will go there. I recommend you all come this was as well"

After Teclis speaks there are sound of bows launching arrows at your group from above as the hobgoblins shoot at each of you. The arrows land around you. From the ground you can each look up and see two hobgoblins nocking their next arrow.
Lorival lands in a pile of friends. Her neck and arm twisted and painful, and some one was pulling at her hair! The golden haired plains woman raises her staff and blue light shines. Miraculously all of her pains grow warm and then leave. She feels refreshed and well again.
"By the Gods!"
Demek looks to her "Do you know what she just did?", Lorival looked to the staff, "A miracle...that staff healed us!"
She looks up and gladly takes Breenie's hand. The next minutes were a blur, arrows rain down on them and they run.
"Yes the lake, that's a great idea, we should hurry." Running and thinking, it had to be healing, had the Gods returned?
"I'm not sure the seekers are the best idea, aren't those goblins working for the seekers?"
Teric will simply give Maisor a "let's get outta here" shove and sprint (i.e. Dash) off into the trees (given the buildings are all up in the trees if I remember correctly) to break line of site and lose ourselves in the city.

Teric logically pushes Maisor southward, but the bard starts angling southeast instead, "Come on!" Maisor says, running — amusingly — with one arm over his head.
OOC: Not sure how much of this will happen since we rolled initiative, but let's spell it out and the DM can decide.
Maisor leads Teric southeast and then finally angles south and then almost straight west toward Maisor's parents' house, attempting to stay out of sight of anyone.

When the arrows plunked to the ground around them, Breenie instinctively reached for her shortbow.
Run. We should run.
Everyone else seemed to have the same idea.
Smart friends. I picked smart friends.
Breenie back-pedaled long enough to be sure pretty much everyone else got away clean before she turned and ran, too. After a moment's indecision, she opted to go after Maisor and Teric. Those heading directly for the river had plenty of numbers for safety.
I hope.
If Breenie gets away, she will attempt to go with Maisor and Teric toward Maisor's parent's house. She won't follow them directly, in case the goblins manage to follow her. I'm guessing since she knew about Maisor's parent's warehouse, she'd also know where their house is and can meet up with them there if need be.
