Killian looks to see large creature flying over. His mind races and he realizes what it is despite not believing it.
“Dragon it’s a Dragon Run” he yells and points to the group. Killian voice causes the group to run the woods. The group keeps running for what feels long time.
Teric sprints through the woods in a panic for what seems like forever. Eventually his instincts kick in and he hunkers down in the next bit of cover he sees. Experience has taught him that when the battle turns to chaos it's often better to hide than to run. Movement just draws attention.
Gripped by an unreasoning and overwhelming fear, Breenie flees blindly into the woods along with the others. As the effect fades, she stumbles to a stop. She catches a glimpse of Teric and thinks she hears the others crashing through the underbrush nearby, too. Heart still pounding, she crouches down and attempts to blend into her surroundings. Then she takes a closer look around, trying to determine where they've ended up and whether there are any additional dangers nearby.
Killian will stay behind for a few seconds, giving a good look at the two dead creatures, and follow helping those who stay are out of breath and trying to keep them all together.
From time to time he will try to shake the others out of their fears.
Dragons! What kind of nightmare was this! Those clerics were some kind of reptile, dragon man too.
The had to run, they had to escape and tel someone. The Tower would want to know, Gods, Dragons, Dragon men! Lorival ran with the others, and then hid with them.
"Gods above, what a day, what a nightmare!" She breathed when they stopped a moment.
As Breenie runs she notices a constellation is missing. Goldmoon and Riverwind start to run. As Riverwind gets to the tree line the dragon sprays acid. The acid hits Riverwind and Goldmoon screams “Help”
Teric hears the cries for help and growls in internal frustration. Rushing back to his own death would not help anyone. Nothing to do but wait for the creature to bore of the slaughter and leave. Perhaps then there might be someone left to save.
// presuming normal "fear" affect which means I can't willing move toward the dragon.

"So, brave knights, if you do doubt your courage or your strength, come no further, for death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth." - Tim
The dragon after using its breath swings alway from the group. The giant wings carrying it away. Goldmoon and Company pull Riverwind back. He is mostly burned with acid very disfigured. The strongest among you take turns carrying him as you rush through the woods. Each of you cannot believe what you saw. As dawn approaches you realize you have traveled west to the Clearing of the woods. It is here you are safe and make camp.
"Somewhere west of Solace. Haven should probably be to the south by now. I think." As Breenie answers Killian, she casts a somewhat shell-shocked glance toward the sky. She looks a bit pale beneath her freckles. "There are... some of the stars are gone." She points toward the area of the sky where the constellation has gone missing.
As if the dragon wasn't bad enough.
And then her mind tries to make a connection between the missing constellation and the dragon. She looks around at the others. "The constellation that's missing. Is it... is it..." (Then she adds whatever answer the DM gives her, unless she rolls badly, in which case she just keeps stammering.)
Breenie's attempting to remember what exactly the missing constellation is, whether it has anything to do with dragons or a particular god. Not sure what roll that would be, but my History, Survival, and Nature modifiers are all the same: 10
Goldmoon waves the Crystal staff over Riverwind. The blue light looks fierce over him. The acid seems to have stopped melting. Bones and raw open wounds are on Riverwind. Goldmoon weeps quietly as she does Breenie remembers that the missing constellation was of the Dragon Queen. “We must find help” Goldmoon says to the group.
It slowly dawns on the group as morning light hits the forest you have somehow traveled just outside the Darken wood.

Teclis re-checks the map that he had earlier and confirms that we are south west of Solace and on the border of Darken Wood. Teclis looks to Maisor, Breenie and Lorival. He says in Elvish: "I recommend that we camp here. I will scout around the camp for a while to ensure that we have not been followed."

Lorival keeps her eyes on the sky and tries not to look at the wounded plainsman. In all of her years looking after the sick of her rural home she had seen nothing as severe and hopeless as this.
One word keeps booming in her mind, Dragons, dragons, dragons....

Teclis' words break Teric out of the frozen state of fear he had not even realized he was in.
He had no idea what the elf said, but he was pretty sure it wasn't "let's stand out here and see what that big thing is."
With a slight tremble in his voice Teric says quietly, to no one in particular, "Yeah, what he said. Let's get under cover."

"Can someone scan the area while we take care of Riverwind." Killian looks at Goldmoon waiting for her advice on Riverwind situation.
"We might as well stay around here but let's find a secluded place."
He thinks a second than adds. "Anyone knows where we are exactly?"
