As Teclis scouts about during the morning. He sees a white beast in the distance. As he moves further in he sees the creature move deeper into the wood. A chill comes over him. A fog in the area where everyone is at becomes foggy.

The fog coming in seems unnatural and the air becomes chilled.  Teclis sees the beast disappearing in the fog. There sound in the woods goes silent. The light also reveals that Riverwind while burnt by the acid is unconscious. Goldmoon speaks “The healing from  the staff helped him.”  

The fog becomes more thick and the air chills. You look up to see several armored skeleton knights.

//need a another wisedom saving throw

"What kind of nightmare have we stumbled into..." Lorival breathes.

Her breathing becomes raid and shallow, he skin goes very pale and she begins to back away form the skeletal figures...

"Have to run, have to run..."

Teric flees  away from the skeletons.

We need to stop running around like beheaded gooses the warrior swears in his head. 

He looks at the skeletons around him hand ready to swing his swords and back toward Goldmoon and Riverwind. 

Killian roars, trying to get everyone attention, " Gather around Goldmoon and the Blue staff. It might be our only hope." 

Wisdom save: 4

Breenie hears Killian and agrees, but she's not sure she's capable of doing as he asks. 

Wisdom Save: 21

If she's able, Breenie moves into cover of trees near Goldmoon and Riverwind and attempts to hide.

Stealth: 21

As fear grips those that have senses to know better. A deep detach voice says “What brings you to the Darken Woods?”

The common knowledge of the Darken Woods is that it haunted. As children you heard horror stories and myths. Nothing going into the Woods ever comes out. You hear Goldmoon gasp as you turn to look you see a greenish light encase Riverwind. The green light seems to still his breathing and makes him look wooden. Goldmoon stands with Crystal Staff it’s light blue glow seems to shimmer the air.

Maisor looks at Killian, his eyes wide.

// I ran,  so probably didn't see any of this.   So no additional reaction for me. 

Apon seeing the Crystal Staff the lead skeleton knight turns and raises his arm to point in the direction of the woods ahead . “Come” says a distance voice. The skeletons about 8 of them surround the group. They simply wait for moment. Goldmoon attempts to pull Riverwind. Then all of sudden the body of Riverwind begins to float. “Your mate will come to” says the voice.

// going to give time for others to catch up

Lorival does her best to keep all of what is going on in sight. When the dread knights surround the others, thought she hates herself, she can do nothing but watch. As they leave the clearing she follows, but at a good distance where the fear less strong. 

A dread knight turns and looks at the group “The Forest Master awaits you” he says. The group is wise enough to be afraid. 

//the fear is enough to keep in line 

OOC: Is everyone gathered together, or are some people separated in the forest.

Before she can hide in the trees, Breenie is caught in the fear aura of the skeletons and swept along with everyone else. 

"They didn't kill us on the spot," Breenie manages to murmur to whomever is near enough to hear her. "Maybe that's a good sign?" 

Teclis reacts as everyone else, standing slack jawed and hands on his bow and prepped to run as far as he can away...just in case...but slowly understands Breenie's statement. That's right...they didn't even attack. But why?

Killian moves a bit in front of the group. Not sure of himself at all but putting a brave front. 

"We don ' t seem to have much of a choice do we ?" The question is directed t his companions as much as his captors. 

"Take us to your master then." He looks at the others " Ok, my friends ?" 

Unable to find her courage Lorival silently follows the beckoning Undead knights. Whom ever this Forest Master is she hopes it is benevolent or at least indifferent to their trespass.
