Beshlog follows the rest of the group, taking his place next to Warren and Zaridil.
"I'm pretty good with anywhere you guys want to go," he says, not entirely aware that he might be butting into a conversation. "Food is food where I come from, ya know? But spelljamming went pretty great... I might have gotten a tad bit carried away when I got to use the ship, but in my defense I wasn't the only one, and my people don't have anything like spelljamming, so it was a completely new thing for me."

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Boswell walks towards a few unclaimed bunks near where the Corps cadets are. He starts near Adam's bunk,
"Well I won't hold y'all up then, I'll be quick. This one here is for a Beshlog, the next one for a Zaridil, then one for Bellona, and lastly a Mirelda." He says as he points to each one, going to the right each time.
"And for a bite, well just head on over to the refectory and the petty officer will serve up something."
(@Bellona, up to you if you don't want to notice him. Otherwise feel free to contest with a Perception roll, higher wins.)
(Passive perception is only 13 for her and I don't think she would notice with no reason to be more alert than normal. She is going to find it at some point when puts her gear away)
Bellona blushes a bit as she explains her mistake to Muck with a slight giggle.
"It was pretty amazing but I was a little too eager at the start. You know, might have gone a bit to fast at first. Once I got some time I settled right into it though! Overall I'm not sure I could describe it like anything else I have ever done. If you need a pilot I would love to do it for you and even better if you ever get to be the pilot I would love to fly with you! How about your orientation, anything exciting happen?"
"Your adventure sounds fun, being among the stars is beautiful," as Muck body shivers, and his voice lowers, "just as long as you don't encounter some of the more evil beings out there." He grows quiet for a moment, and then it seems he returns to himself, his voice going back to his normal tone, "Warren might be better to explain but there was an issue on our bunk assignments. All taken care of now but a couple elves might not like us very much. I will point them out next time we see them. Doubt we will have a problem with them, but always good to keep an eye out."
Mirelda put her stuff in the room without assessing the comfort or convenience of the bunk and (a bit unceremoniously) joined Bellona's and Muck's conversation. "It might just happen, I mean flying together. Muck, you talked before about your travels and now said it again. Did you fly a lot? Do you happen to know how big is the crew usually? Was wondering... Can they keep us all together as a future crew of one ship?''
Beshlog tosses his new staff and his sack of stuff under his bunk. He takes a moment to test the bed's strength just as a precaution, nodding with satisfaction as he finds it to be firm enough to hold his massive form.
"Seems to me it would make a lot of sense to have folks who trained together stick together as a crew," the giant says in response to Mirelda. "After all, things will usually go better if the crew already know how their mates work instead of being thrown together for the first time on a live mission. 'Course, maybe they think it's best to have new people do their first missions surrounded by seasoned veterans, so I guess it could go either way."
Mirelda nodded to Beshlog. "Yea... Make sense and yet can go both ways. Hope it will be the first, of course, we are good together. If this obstacle course is a fight too we can now test our new gear." The thought made her lovingly pat the new pendant. "Should we go there or the tour first? The sky deck sounds awesome!"
Warren laughs at Beshlog's comment. "That's true! I'd say it's the same where I came from too! I'm glad spelljamming went well. Heh, i'd a gotten carried away if i were in yer shoes. My folk's don't got anythin like spelljamming either. They don't got any of this techy stuff, so i completely understand you mate!"
He walks with the group to the bunks then waits for the casters to finish unpacking their things. As he does so, he keeps an eye out for that trouble-making elf and her two minions. Eventually, he will walk over to his bunk, and make sure everything he left there is still in place.
"Very well indeed, especially on Mirelda's part!" Zari replies with a smile. "Strange fact, dragonborn... your name is the harengon word for 'tribe'. I come from the Warren of Eider, for example, whose burrows are extensive far West of here."
Mirelda's blue cheeks got darker after the undeserving compliment but she did not comment but just energetically nodded to the last notion and stared at the map. "Oh... Guess it was obvious... Sky Deck is all the way to the top. Well... The easier it will be to get back down to the Gimnasium!" It was too hard to switch from the idea of getting a tour of an actual ship deck to something else. "Of course, the gymnasium will be on the way up..." Mirelda did not finish the sentence but should the group reconsider would not object to some physical exercises first either.
"I thought we were going to get lunch next...?" Beshlog says, scratching his head with his staff. "But I am definitely on board with seeing the Sky Deck after we grab some grub."

Warren looks down at the rabbit-man. "I'm glad to hear it! ...Huh, that is a strange fact. It is an interesting one though. Where I'm from, it means somethin' along the lines of guard or watchman. Heh, which makes sense given that i was deputy sheriff. Names are interestin' things. They can tell ya a lot about a person. Do you happen to know what your name means? Or the name of your Warren, Eider? Heh, it's funny to say my own name in that context."
Responding to Mirelda, "I have flown a bit but not with any real sense of purpose as I was a crewman on a couple merchant spelljammers in my past." Muck pauses again, his body pulsing slightly. "As for the size of the crew it depends on the size of the ship, you could have a crew of a dozen up to 100 or more. So I would assume if they have grouped us all up, we will be learning and traveling together, I assume anyway. As I might have mentioned before I came to the Academy to learn more than I already know as I eventually want to own my own spelljammer so I can travel the space lanes to learn more about myself."
A little sheepishly Muck says, "Some of us have eaten already," eyeing Adam, "some more than others, however we can show you where the mess hall is and then as a group we can continue on from there. I have no personal preference on what we do next."
"Astral salmon?! Yes, please. And never mind potatoes." Or any other "filler" in fact, unless the refectory could offer something like sea lettuce (even if astral). She tried to be fast with the food, though, not keeping those who already ate just standing around.

”If they don’t like you guys its their loss.”

You don't spot Veena or her crew among the sparse number of cadets in the dormitory. And your bunk remains the same way you've left it.

Hi there! I'm a Christian musician based in Canada :)
Catching Mirelda's comment, he calls across: "Good idea. Let's take the Sky Deck first"

(Somehow thought we already had lunch)
"Oh, definitely the lunch first!" Climbing those stairs (not to mention running the obstacle course) on an empty stomach would be a bad idea.
