The first turn will have those not on watch waking up and grabbing their gear etc. Effectively Ragmin has one additional round before others can join the fray. Others may comment for that round if they wish to do anything as they are waking up.
“Arwen, Conwe, shhh. shut-shut up. I’ll be dammed that minstrel is singing about us!” Filtch sputters as the guards and Ragmin raise a commotion, though the noise manages to wake him shortly after. Initial perturbed that such a ruckus is being raised over a snake, Never the less he get out of bed, and grabs his weapons, snake jerky would make good eating for the trail tomorrow.
OOC: I know its not my turn but i figured just clarifying what Filtch does in that prep round wouldn't that much of an issue,
@ poke, a clarification of the snakes proximity to those of us in the tents would be nice, as in is it a closable melee gap >30ft

Ever since having listened in on Filtches song, Thea knew she wouldnt really be able to sleep much this night. As the first loud shouting echoes through the camp, she bolts upright, darting out of the tent. She doesnt care about armor or weapons. A little upset about the haste of her demeanor, Thea stops one step away from the tent, standing still. She closes her eyes. Her right hand slowly circles up, stopping right above her nose. Together with a click of her fingers, the deep forte of a horn thunderes through her ears. Her eyes opening, shes scowling at the snake. She's ready for the battle.
Canary has been unusually silent all of tonight, well, I guess more silent? He's been very unnoticeable up to this point. However once the commotion starts about a giant snake, he has one hand on his bow, even if he just woke up. It wasn't like he was cradling it during his sleep or anything.

With the group grabbing their belongings and rushing towards the call of alarm, they can see ahead of them is a huge serpent that rears its head above the dwarf charging towards it.
Snake's Dexterity Save:10
It manages to evade the flashes of divine light and hisses at the dwarf, who is only a few feet away from it while the others have reached to where he was just standing.
The snake lashes out at Ragmin, showing fangs the size of daggers in its quick lunge.
Snake's Bite Attack:20 vs. AC. 12 Piercing Damage.
The guard loads his light crossbow and fires at the snake, as he yells "Snake! Bloody huge snake!" again to try and call for backup.
Light Crossbow:7 vs. AC. 9 piercing damage.
The crossbow bolt tears a small puncture wound in the huge snake's body as its hisses become slightly more akin to a wail.
(OOC: Didn't tamper with the dice, just forgot to add the snake's attack in there. The guard rolled a 15 vs. AC for 4 damage when I originally posted. My bad)

Canary steadily backtracks with his bow in hand, putting some (30 feet) distance between himself and the snake. He pulls back the short bow string and fires upon the Giant Noodle.

Thea lifts up the palm of her left hand, before suddenly pressing against it as if there was a certain resictance to it.
Mind Thrust: 15 INT save - DMG: 7
Considering the hit Ragmin took, Thea then vanishes, just to appear directly in front of the enormous reptile. She remains there, her index finger slightly moving from the left to the right as if to rebuke the snake.
OOC: Thea used Step of a Dozen Paces, spending 2 Psi Points, teleporting herself 34 feet and 1 foot away from the snake. I'll discount them on the character sheet.
Should le danger noodle live long enough to attack her, shes intents to react by using her Memory of a Thousand Steps and go back to where she started her turn.

Filtch is out of the tent in a run, his keen sense of smell and night vision guiding his way as he makes a straight dart for the snake with a sword in each hand, he stopes a few feet short of the snake, sliding in the dirt and swinging both blades in a single motion towards the beast.
Rapier: Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Short sword: Attack: 17 Damage: 8

Canary sprints into the tall grass and pulls back his bow to loose an arrow. The weapon appears to make contact with its mark, but the smooth scales on its side glance the blow away.
Thea attempts to manipulate the mind of the serpent, causing it to spasm and attempt to stave off the mental attack, even though it is not an intelligent beast.
Intelligence Saving Throw:3
While it is distracted from the mental strike, Fitch rushes up to it with both his weapons drawn. He scores a decent blow on the serpent with his rapier, then lunges with his shortsword, causing a huge bloody gash to open along its side, exposed flesh under its scales oozing with blood from the cut.
Liavyre strafes in the other direction of Canary, unleashing her arrow to strike true into the recently opened wound left by Fitch, causing the snake to screech at the strike.
The snake, taking the blow from the longbow's loosed arrow appears to hit directly at a vital organ (perhaps the heart), as the serpent falls forward, its head landing beside Ragmin.
"You didn't leave anything for me! Well, I'm off to sleep again now. See you in the morning."

After Ragmin thanks the others for their assistance and Fjorgin begins to turn away to head back to his tent, there is a clattering noise from the side of the dwarf. The skin of the snake breaks as the innards of the snake burst out of its body, a strange black aura pulling around the now skeletal frame of the creature.
"By the light!" The guard yells as it begins to rise forth, reloading his crossbow. "It's getting back up!"
(OOC: I'll give Ragmin and Fjorgin first dibs on combat against the beast before it strikes back.)
The thing hasn't stopped twitching before Filtch is over it, short sword in hand ready to dice the creature up for easy consumption before however when the creatures skeleton burst out from the snakes remains he seems more entertained at the entrance of this new foe then disappointed at the loss of his breakfast.
"Now that an't somthing you see everyday!"

Fjorgin wakes up at the guard's call. He looks at his armour which he had just taken off to go to sleep.
"No time for that now! I doubt snakes wait for their opponents to don their armour!" He grabs his morningstar and his shield and prepares for a fight.
