All three, anticipating the same thing that just happened, have a chance to sidestep out of the way. (The enemy would be pressed against the wall, Liavyre and Fjorgin on either side of it, and Thea gets to pick which side she ends up on. Unless, of course, you want to let it engulf you.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thea would be standing at the wall with the entrance they came through.
After distancing herself 5 ft further away from the jello, Thea will repeat her psychic attack, now knowing that there is supposedly no intellectual barrier to withstand her forces.
Distracting Figment (3 Psi Points) - INT save 15 - DMG: 23
Right after the attack, she bundles the rest of energy filling up her mind and stores it to regain part of her spirits (Mystic Recovery for the 3 Psi Points -> 6/34 HP).
Fjorgin restores 5 HP to Thea through Healing Hands.

Thea backs up then, sensing no mental protection, attempts to use her psionics to tear more of the jelly apart. Intelligence Saving Throw:9 The jelly takes another psychic blast, its slow movement hindered further. (Jelly: 63 damage, cannot take reactions, next attack at disadvantage)
Fjorgin supplies Thea with some divine healing, helping take some of the ache and burns away. (Thea: 11/34 HP)
Ragmin moves slightly to the side as to keep his companions safe before a blast of flames flies at the Jelly. Dexterity Saving Throw:16 The flames only lightly brush the jelly. Keeping a distance meant less of the intense flames strike their opposition. (Jelly: 69 damage)

Liavyre will use her movement to get far enough away to use her bow behind some cover or partial cover. She does not want to be engulfed by this thing.
Her goal is to become hidden with her Woof-Elf trait Mask of the Wild then use her next turn to attack with advantage, if possible.
Stealth 21
If there is no available way for her to hide, she will still move away from it, but loose an arrow at it instead!
Edit: If needed to move away from it. Acrobatics 9
To avoid a potential AoO, she will disengage if she must. Fjorgin would be directly in front of her at the start of the round so I think she has some room to avoid doing this, but just in case, I wanted to clarify :)
There is no need to disengage, Thea has prevented it from being able to take reactions for this round.
Your mask of the wild feature only works with natural phenomena. You are currently in a man-made series of rooms and tunnels.
There isn't any particular cover. As mentioned there is basically nothing on the ground in any of the rooms you have been in besides what I have described to you.
You may retreat to the entryway to the room and attempt to hide as an action once you have secured yourself around the corner. I'll let you decide if you want to go through all of that.
The arrow flies from Liavyre's bow, striking into the jelly as more acid begins to pour out of the punctured hole, the arrow dissolving as it is stuck within its confines. (Jelly: 80 damage)
Jelly (80 damage. Disadvantage on its next attack, cannot take reactions)
Thea (11/34 HP) Liavyre Ragmin Fjorgin (28/36 HP)
Scenario: Thea is just behind Fjorgin, who is still in melee combat with the jelly. Ragmin is 15 feet away, just within range for his prior spell. Liavyre has fled to the far side of this 30x30 foot room. The jelly is deflating by the second as it received more and more wounds and acid is spewing on the ground where it has moved. The floor seems unaffected by the acid.
The Jelly, now that the group has split onto either side of it, seems to slide to attempt to engulf Thea and Fjorgin, as they are still within 5 feet of one another.
OOC: Hold on, seems like i messed up again. Distracting Figment wont cause rols with disadvantage to whoever was struck by it, but it gives any melee attack rolls against it advantage. So just advantage on melee attack rolls against the cube and it can take no reactions.
Ragmin throws some divine fire at the jelly (there isn't a critical hit feature for saving throw spells)
Jelly's Dexterity Saving Throw:7
The divine flame incinerates the outer casing of the jelly, as the acid splashes everywhere, the jelly popped. (Jelly: defeated, 88 damage)
Fjorgin: since you are adjacent to it, please can you make a DC 12 Dexterity Saving Throw to dodge out of the way of the splash of acid that comes from the defeated gelatinous cube.
