Oriyas wounds stitch back together and he is breathing more normally now, but his left arm is deformed, though the bleeding has stopped.
His eyes flutter open. "I ... I was helping to heal a a child, when a women put a necklace around my neck. I lost control. Oh what have I done. I remember killing and crushing the militia."tears stream down his face flooded with feelings of guilt, horror, and fear.
Kasbis kneels down beside him and is not as kind as Aisha. He takes his dagger back from him and removes any sprigs of mistletoe or any other magical appearing items from him before he fully comes awake. “Talk. Now. I want to hear what the hell happened to you. What did you do, were you aware of it at all. Spill it all, now, unless you want me to plunge this into your heart…”
Aisha turns to Kasbis resting her hand on the wrist of the hand holding the dagger, "If you hadn't pulled that necklace off Duncan odds are he would have turned into a beast on a rampage too. Look at the boy he's terrified by what happened."
Shaking, hearing the words spill out from Oriyas, Kas looks up as Aisha puts her hand on his wrist. You notice a significant tremor as he sheathes his dagger, adrenaline still pumping through him. He turns his head and retches, a foul green spittle comes out of his mouth on the ground. “Okay, okay. I need to know who did this. I need to know all that you remember. Now. Our lives depend on it.”

"Was that made of the same emeralds we have back at the mine?" Duncan asks looking at the remaining fragment of necklace. "And... how the hell do we get back?"
Aisha gives Kasbis and Oriyas an assuring grin, "Emotions are a good thing and can drive us to do amazing things, but if we're not careful and checking those emotions they can drive us to do terrible things. Oriyas, did you happen to notice if this woman that put the necklace on you had anything else in her possession when that happened? I'm thinking either she was setting up a distraction so another could slip in to the tree or to cover her own retreat after already getting to the tree."
"No I didn't notice as I was overcome by the necklace. We can get back if we can find the Keeper of Cloud Garden. She should be near the Chiracki tree. Although I do not know where that is." says Oriyas

Kasbis’ cool eyes take in what Aisha says, but he doesn’t respond and his eyes lock back onto Ori. “I don’t like being made to be the fool, and I hope for your sake that it was all the necklace doing all of that. If you lead us astray now I will personally turn you inside out and put you on a spit. I want to believe you Ori but after the recent horrific set of events, my trust has been shaken. Do you remember what you were looking for as the bear? You were knocking over trees, did you know how to find the right one?”

Aisha kneels in front of Oriyas to make eye contact with him resting a hand on each shoulder, "You were taken advantage of and by the way he's reacting I think Kasbis understands what that feels like. How much do you remember from being the bear? I realize you might not want to think back to that, but we need your help."
Oriyas looks pained as he thinks back. "Its a blurry mess, but I can feel an intense pressure to kill all in my way and to find the Chiracki tree. I think people were taken hostage by something metallic. Maybe a construct of some kind." He then like out a cry of pain and clutches his head. "It hurts to think about it"
Aisha stands patting him on the head, "You're doing amazing for what you've been through." Turning to Kasbis and Duncan, not quite whispering but still in a hushed tone, "Perhaps they haven't gotten to the Chiracki tree yet if they were making him look for it. As I recall when we arrived here there were three sets of tracks, the larger bear tracks brought us North to here, maybe some of the other tracks would lead us to the construct he's talking about?"
Aisha Insight check shows that Oriyas Mossbrush is truthful and sincere in his words. He awkwardly stands and tears a piece of fabric from his shirt and creates a sling. He winces and grits his teeth a few times as he puts his left arm in the sling.
"Did that construct come through with you? What else is here that we need to worry about?" Duncan asks, clearly ready to get to business, though adds, "Though if we're to fight something else big I may need to sit and rest a bit, you make quite a strong bear boy."
"I am sorry Duncan. There might be more, but its all hazy. I can heal you if your willing to let me. Though I would need a sprig of mistletoe?"says Oriyas with a look of remorse.
Kasbis, with a sour look on his face, hands the mistletoe back to Ori, but he has his hand on his dagger and a look that is clear danger to Ori. “Do not make me regret that decision. I will make it my mission to finish you if you harmed my friend.”
He looks to Duncan and Aisha, saying “Should we head back and follow those other tracks?”

Oriyas hesitantly takes the sprig of mistletoe. "I am sorry if I have hurt you, but I truly did not mean for this to happen" says Oriyas. He chants softly and cast goodberry 10 berries appear in his right hand and he offers them to Duncan "These will heal you as well as nourish you for the day"
“Don’t be mad at yourself boy,”Duncan says as they sit and rest, munching on the juicy berries. “Focus your energies on finding who did this to you and helping those who were injured.”
