With her bonus action Aisha casts Spiritual Weapon to attack the tendrils. With her movement and action she will move to Duncan and attempt to help him break free of the tendrils. "Duncan I've got you, let's get you out of there so you can do what you do best."
Kasbis sees the large creature in the dark with a scary mouth and tendrils extending from it. He holds his ring briefly up to his head as if he is listening, then he uses his dark shard amulet (Arcana check 17) to cast a cantrip different than what he usually uses. Seeing that it is largely immobile and it pulls unwary victims in with its tendrils, he casts create bonfire to light a fire underneath the creature, hopefully burning it each round.
Create bonfire : DC 15 Dex save or take 2points of flame damage this round.

You hear screech of pain as the tendril creature burns.
On its turn it moves its central body out of the fire, but still in the darkness. It then lashes out with its tendrils with 3x attacks 1 for each party member
Kasbis feels the tendrils reach out and grab him and he closes his eyes, starts to say some strange words that sound like “Mzzzzmmeo.”and suddenly he is out of the grasp of the tendrils, suddenly appearing thirty feet behind where he was, but still in sight of the creature.
As a bonus action, he casts misty step, not sure exactly on the map where this thing is, but he would teleport either back 30 feet, forward 30 feet, or to the side 30 feet to escape the tendrils, but still maintain line of sight on the creature, and then attack. Wherever that makes sense on the map, since I don’t know where the creature is. His second quick thought on where to appear is to be out of reach of the tendrils.
Kasbis then points his hands at the creature and a bolt of energy shoots out at it, to harm it.
Eldritch blast : 11 to hit, for 13 points of force damage, plus 2 points of thunder damage if hits.
And, the bonfire under the creature keeps burning it.
Create bonfire : Burns the creature for 6 points of fire damage, unless it makes a DC 15 Dex save.
Bonfire active (2/10) rounds.

"Nice move Kas!" Aisha encourages. "Looks like we could use a boost." And with her action casts Bless. With her Bonus Action she'll attack the tentacles again with the summoned Spiritual Weapon.
((Kasbis would have absolutely called out to Duncan, trying to grab him if possible to avoid the plate and shouted out to him. Watch out!!))
