Rogi says loudly enough for his team to hear him. "Take cover behind something. Make those archers come to us." He crouches behind the armor stands but peers out periodically to get the sense of what the new enemies were doing.
Marlin dashes toward the cover of the armor rack, readying himself for the next wave of aggressors.
The human guards, sensing the foolishness of a direct charge across the furnace room, opt for caution. Motioning for the two masked fiends to advance, human guards 1 and 2 fall in behind them and use the fiends as partial cover. The third human guard sprints toward one of the armor racks and takes full cover behind it.
All characters may act, in any order. The human guards are denoted in red and continue to wield heavy crossbows. Human guards 1 and 2 are behind half cover. Human guard 3 is fully obscured. The two masked fiends are denoted in gray; both wield halberds. The insect-like constructs move about randomly but remain uncommitted to the battle. Orange diamonds denote Dabbert's javelins.
Korba runs up behind the rack of armor to get some cover while peering out towards their foes ((one spot NE of Rogi)). From there he takes his sword in his left hand as balls of sand appear in his hand which he releases towards one of the fiends as he then ducks back partially behind cover.
Dabbert reclaims his javelins and scurries for cover. Each of Korba's spell attacks strikes a masked fiend (#2), and the impact from each ball of sand causes the creature to stumble slightly.
Gwin's action remains; the guards will then follow.
Gwin creeps up behind Korba and then darts (dash action) to his right and settles next to the furnace. With her face peeking around the corner, the cleric's spiritual weapon remains aloft to her right shoulder at a diagonal.

Gwin rushes forward and takes a position near the other members of the party. The five guards continue to advance, determined to finish the task the constructs failed to do.
In pairs, the humans and fiends advance. Two of them dash across the furnace room and take a position in front of Korba. So close are they, that he can see that their skin, armor, and weapons carry evidence of the curse. Every inch of them shows the edges and flat surfaces of tiny cube-like structures.
The other pair dash directly toward the furnace and take cover behind the second armor rack.
Only one guard (#3) fires a weapon. Briefly stepping out from behind the armor rack, he fires at Rogi and moves back to his place of cover.
Heavy crossbow attack vs Rogi: 13 for 11 piercing damage
All players may act in any order. Gwin's bless remains in effect. Armor racks provide full cover. Updated map:

"I uh...I'm going around! Gonna pin 'em between us!" Dabbert says as he moves clockwise around the weapon rack, moving away from his allies. He attacks the first of their enemies he comes upon with ten feet of reach, slashing and stabbing with his halberd and intent on moving in between the two weapon racks to clear out the hostiles hiding there...
Dabbert moves 35 feet of his 40 feet to position 1 (in PM).

"I think they're just brainwashed, like the sailor. Let me splash them..." Rogi then moves to the nearest guard and grabs him to restrain him, then reaches into his bag of holding and takes out a handful of the black oil. "I hope this works." He pours it on the man.
Seeing the others attempt to save the humans, though he isn't sure it wouldn't be easier just to take them out, Korba focuses on the fiends, knowing that there is no saving them, and attempts to bring his flaming sword down on the one who so helpfully came right to him.

(The guard automatically fails the grappling contest with Rogi)
Dabbert circles the armor rack and just barely finds himself within reach of one of the human guards. Each of his four strikes with the halberd finds its mark, but the guard appears ready to stand and fight. Moments later that same guard finds himself grappled by Rogi and being splashed with a handful of ink-colored water. Nothing about the guard's appearance or demeanor seems to change.
Meanwhile, Korba's flaming blade carves three deep gashes into one of the fiends that has an iron mask bolted to its head. The fiend falls lifeless on the floor, but Korba can see that the fire had no impact on the creature; it died solely from its slashing wounds.
Fiend 1 has been slain. Human guard 1 is wounded and grappled by Rogi. Fiend 2 (in gray) is wounded. Guards 2 and 3 (in red) are unharmed. Actions for Gwin and Marlin are next. Updated map:
Gwin dashes in closer to the action stopping just short of the human guard, her spiritual weapon trailing behind her left shoulder about 20 feet. Knowing her concentration may be at risk the cleric is far more concerned about the current risk to her friends.
We used an entire boot-full last time, Rogi, but as much as I'd prefer to save this man's life, we may not have time for that now. Here is someGuidancein case it's needed.
The dwarf's height and position make it impossible for her to see much more than what's directly in front of her, but regardless she does look around the room the best she can and asks her companions, where is Metalhead?

The remaining masked fiends rushes toward Dabbert, and it turns into the creature's final act of bravery. As the fiend prepares to level a swing with its own halberd, it is met by Dabbert's. The fiend teeters on its feet momentarily before crashing into the floor.
The guard (#1) grappled by Rogi draws its shortsword and furiously stabs twice at his opponent...
Shortsword attack 1 vs Rogi: 14 for 6 piercing damage
Shortsword attack 2 vs Rogi: 8 for 7 piercing damage
Meanwhile the other two guards rush headlong at the party with their longswords drawn. One of them descends upon Gwin; the other on Korba...

Longsword attack 2 vs Gwin: 15 Damage: 10

Dabbert scrambles to help his friends before someone gets hurt. He turns his attention on the first human (#1) that Rogi is grappling, with the intention of moving past him to attack the one nearest Gwin if possible. He tries using non-lethal attacks...
Dabbert will move basically straight forward as he attacks, trying to get into a position to kill #1 and #3 if possible, and #2 if the opportunity presents itself.

Korba manages to dodge the first attack, though is hit by the second. As the sword slashes his leg though the localized sandstorm leaches 10 from the man. Korba, angry about getting hit ((who also being close to Rogi auto passes the con check)), lashes out with his sword at the man.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
The sound of one final haunting bell fills the air, and the last guard succumbs to its necromantic effects. At last, the battle is ended. Taking stock of the furnace room, you see the following:
Ten insect-like constructs moving to and fro, but their purpose--whatever it may be--is difficult to determine
Four destroyed snake-like constructs
Three destroyed rolling ballista constructs
Three slain masked fiends
Four slain human guards
And, in the entry area where the party first entered the furnace room, Metalhead lies in an awkward heap, its metal body and appendages badly misshapen. The first explosive charge thrown the by the ballista construct proved to be far more than the weakly-constructed monodrone could endure.
