As she felt her strength being taxed once more, Obsben risked a glanced at the others to see if the same happened to them. "Maybe... Utar is on to something."She murmured in seeing Neya suffer and in hearing Salty's pained cries in stereo thanks to the link. Stubbornness however sees to it that she held her ground, but bid Salty to test her theory in flying close to Utar while hooting and hollering and menacing the undead with his dagger.
Then while it was distracted, if only perhaps barely so, she'd whip around and yell a word of power in draconic, summon a spectral and skeletal draconic hand near the giant that wastes no time before trying to grasp onto it, siphoning any further restoration.
Movement(SB): To N-36, flying/hovering 5ft off the ground.
Movement(Obsben): To J-40, keeping in melee of the wraith.
Action(Obsben): Cast Grasp of Time on Malformed Undead. (Lethal)Chill Touch - Attack: 18 Damage: 13 of Necrotic & no healing until the start of Obsben's next turn.
Future Reaction(Obsben): If she would be hit by the wraith, using Chronal Shift to force a re-roll.

... Yet there was no hollaring. No cries. No swooshing of a dagger through the air. Instead she turned to see the familiar rot rapidly and fade away, leaving her but little choice except to go with plan B instead, which seemed to entail still summoning the claw to halt any further regeneration, before roping around to the northern side of the wraith. "If closeness to one another isn't enough, let's try distancing further." She muttered softly.
Movement(Obsben): To H-42.

Out of ammo and her strength waning, Neya closes the distance between her and the rotting abomination (to N-34) and starts striking at it with her fists.
Obsben wonders if her refusal of Utar's idea was a smart one but the witchling decides to stay close to the wraith for now. She calls on Salty Bottom to move closer to Utar instead, but turns to catch a glimpse of her familiar struggling with the negative aura in the room, much like she is. The winged monkey puffs out of existence for now. (Obsben takes 10 necrotic damage. Salty Bottom takes 10 necrotic damage and PUFFS AWAY. This is the same damage as detailed in the initiative tracker above.)
Having to switch tactics on the fly, the halfling then chooses to attack the main enemy from a distance, even if the wraith is at a menacing distance from her. The move does not pay off, despite Obsben scoring a hit. The spell seems to have no effect on the enemy.
Despite feeling her energy seeping with each passing second, Neya closes the distance between herself and the floating abomination in front of her. (Neya takes 10 necrotic damage. This is the same damage as detailed in the initiative tracker above.)
The shadow monk's ki-powered strikes all leave a mark on the enemy. The creature's strength is also waning, but it remains afloat. (Malformed Undead takes 21 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Its foe still nearby, the wraith simply tries to extend one of its arms and touch Obsben:

In spite of her attempt to manipulate time, Obsben cannot avoid the wraith's touch this time. Nonetheless, the halfling's tricks still support her in a way, as her physiology does not dwindle as she knows is possible when facing a wraith, as seen in her visions. (Obsben takes 18 necrotic damage.)
(Graxx and Utar are up next. At the beginning of their respective turns, Graxx and Utar each take 8 (9) necrotic damage. This will trigger a concentration check from Utar.)
To each their own, but Utar can't help but feel that their newest halfling is maybe used to going their own way and less used to getting their arse handed to them by some scallywags in an alley, or their throat cut by an assassin. Still, there must be something that undead spectres are weak to of only he could recall... Running water, garlic, holy symbols...

Graxx's injuries are starting to be visible on his body, but the barbarian is far from feeling weak. (Graxx takes 9 necrotic damage. This is the same damage as detailed in post #467 above.)
He continues to slash the floating enemy in hopes of bringing it down sooner rather than later. The Dogma's radiant flashes seem to be particularly bothersome to the creature. (Malformed Undead takes 58 magical slashing and radiant damage.)
While his spiritual weapon slams the enemy once more, Utar feels the necrotic ambiance taking its toll. (Utar takes 9 necrotic damage. This is the same damage as detailed in post #467 above.)
Utar then tries to think of a way to help Obsben with information on the wraith, since the halfling is being stubborn from his point of view.

As far as you can remember, powerful wraiths have no particular weaknesses, though you are fairly certain a good silvered blade is the closest thing to one.

The second instance of the abomination's ear-splitting wail seems to be more of a surprise than the first. All CRAPers but Graxx can feel their bodies weaken once they are able to switch focus away from their aching eardrums:
Unaffected by the scream, Burga swings her morningstar at the foe and leaves a sizeable mark behind despite the attack being but a glancing blow. (Malformed Undead takes 20 radiant damage.)
However, the disgusting creature is not yet done. It's one-eye gaze still focused on Neya, it tries to claim whatever life-force the eldritch monk still has left.
-> Neya's CON saving throw {DC 19} vs. 33 necrotic damage: 17

Neya collapses to the ground right next to Graxx. (Neya takes 33 necrotic damage and is now unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)
As per the rules on concentration, I am using my DM's discretion here to say that suddenly earning a level of exhaustion calls for a concentration check:
(Obsben and Neya may take their turns. At the beginning of her turn, Neya takes necrotic 11necrotic damage. At time point in the initiative order, this damage translates into one failed DEATH saving throw for Neya. We'll also need a separate DEATH save for her. Obsben does not take this necrotic damage this turn.)
A gnarly wound opens in Neya's midriff area as the creature's own torso wound closes. (Neya takes 33 necrotic damage).
-> Technically, Utar took damage at the beginning of his turn, before he cast Spirit Guardians, so no concentration check needed.
