Pilo recoils at the horrible blow that Tomas just took. He sets another arrow, nocks, draws, and looses at the same zombie he hit before. (Unless there's a chance he'd hit Tomas, in which case he'd try to aim for another, perhaps the one stuck with a dagger.)
Rolled in game log Attack: 15 Damage: 6
He looks at Keeliel, then Tomas, and with a grimace that says "why am I doing this", he moves closer to the fight. He's got the greatsword tucked through his belt, still carrying the bow in one hand. He was fairly (I think 30 feet) farther up the path so I assume he doesn't quite get there but he tries to grab some attention away from Tomas. There may be some awkward yelling, waving of his bow. If he gets close enough to the zombies that melee seems likely, he'd drop or stow the bow and attempt to draw the greatsword, awkwardly.
Pilo arrow flies straight and true into its target. Hitting the zombie in the head. It drops to the ground seemingly dead. But then let’s out a low moan and keeps moving.
The zombie that previously hit Tomas slowly gets back up to its feet and lunges toward Tomas. Being prepared for another attack Tomas nimbly avoids the strike. Unfortunately for Tomas, with his focus on the first attack he dodges right into the attack from the zombie with Merric’s dagger in its shoulder. Tomas very ungracefully crumples to the ground.
The third zombie hearing Pilo’s shouting and general ruckus, dashes towards them getting right up next to him.
Keeliel, mouth tight, runs back towards the group, hedging to stay away from the melee scrum. As she goes, she fires off another jet of icy air, striking one zombie straight in the chest!
Move: 15’ towards the water, but keeping distant from the melee between Pilo, Merrill, and they’re one zombie (she should be 30’ from Tomas, at this point).
Action, cast Ray of Frost at zombie 3. 21 to hit for 7 dmg.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Keeliel’s ray of magical cold strikes the zombie this time and it falls prone to the ground. It lays still for a moment and then starts twitching. It looks like it’s trying to get back up.
Pilo nearly tries to cartoon backpedal away from the zombie he successfully attracted. But he drops his bow and takes out the sword. The blade is in good shape, and he hoists it, not without difficulty, and takes a wild, panicked swing.
Keeliel sizes up the situation, does a little geometry in her head, and navigates around until she is facing the zombies, head on. She calls out loudly in elvish, gestures, and pushes her palm out towards them, a rumbling shockwave crashing in the zombies.
Move: as discussed with the DM in some Theater of the Mind fashion, until she can get all of them without harming a friend. Action: cast Thunderwave at the zombies!
From Avrae: 8 damage, Con Save vs DC 13 to take half and not be moved 10’ away
Move: with any move she might have left, she will try to retreat behind Pilo.

All three zombies are blasted by a thunderous force, yet they all mange to stand their ground.
The previously hit zombies fall to the ground and begin clambering back to their feet. The attention of all the zombies seems to be drawn toward where the thunderous boom originated from and all look like they will be moving that way.
Pilo, trying not to be frazzled at poor Tomas' fall, and the undead horrors in front of him, goes next to the closest zombie and hacks down on it with the sword. It's a weird sort of reverse grip thing that stabs the tip of the greatsword down at the zombie's head to try to pin it to the ground.
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
If this actually succeeds, he doesn't even try to look brave, and finds a spot where he can stand between Tomas and the zombies.
"Little help, here! Is anyone seeing this?!?!"he blurts, unsure if anyone at all on the skiff or the shore is noticing the murderous monsters trying to end the new arrivals to the island.
The zombie that was knocked prone, and also the one with Merric’s dagger in its shoulder. Stands and moves towards the loud sound of thunder that it heard. (Assuming Merric doesn’t kill it) It makes it most of the way there. (Roughly 10 feet from where the noise occurred)
The other zombie rushes towards the spot where the sound came from. Making it to the exact spot Keeliel was mere moments ago. It stands there searching for the source of the sound. Seeing nothing and hearing Pilo shouting turns to face Pilo.
Merric reacts to the zombie moving past him and he takes a swing (20 to hit 4 damage).... and will then take his regular action to stab with the dagger again... (12to hit 4 damage)

Merric’s dagger finds purchase against the zombie and causes damage. Though it looks like it can still take a bit more punishment.
Keeliel’s ray of magical cold strikes the zombie this time and it falls prone to the ground. It lays still for a moment and then starts twitching. It looks like it’s trying to get back up.
Tomas, unconscious, groans faintly.
1 failed death save, no successes.

Attack: 21 Damage: 9
Pilo’s wild, panicked swing finds it’s mark making a decent gash in the zombies torso. It looks like it’s in rough shape.
The zombie that Keeliel knocked down with her ray of frost stands and moves towards her. (Roughly 15 feet away)
The zombie facing off against Pilo takes a swing but misses as Pilo is regaining his footing after his wild swing.
The final zombie is drawn to the noise of combat and rushes over towards Pilo and Merric.
Merric circles around the zombie to engage it better and stabs at the zombie....

Pilo dispatches one of the prone zombies with his greatsword. Perhaps he isn’t as bad with the blade as he believes himself to be.
Putting himself between the zombies and Tomas he stands ready to strike should the zombies make a move towards Tomas.
As you glance out towards the ship that brought you here, you can just make out the rowboat is about halfway back to the ship.
Glancing up towards the path you can just make out a few shapes emerging from the doorways cut into the rock that you saw earlier.
