Fiske wipes his face and clothes off delicately as he plops to the ground for a moment. "Well that was fun.." he says sarcastically "I'm assuming we're going to fight stronger creatures but this was a good test."
Hadrian gave Jerry a wave before the cat disappears in a green mist. He knew the cat saw him as he saw the glint of a cat's eye in darkness. He gave Tommy a short nod as their eyes meet. no words needs to be said.
He then gave his attention to Fiske as he drops down the ground.
"Fun?" not catching the sarcasm on his voice.
"They were slippery and slithery and hard to hit"realizing he is talking to a Yuan-ti."my... words meant no offence... other than my disappointment on not being able to effectively hit them."
"But we are still at the beginning of our trip and I am quite sure we will find quarry that will satisfy."
Fiske sticks out his fork tongue playfully. “No offense taken my good sir. I am what I am and don’t offend easily, besides those goblins were indeed slippery bastards. I usually don’t miss either.”
Up to ten berries appear in your hand and are infused with magic for the duration. A creature can use its action to eat one berry. Eating a berry restores 1 hit point, and the berry provides enough nourishment to sustain a creature for one day.
The berries lose their potency if they have not been consumed within 24 hours of the casting of this spell.
It’s about midnight, Hadrian, your still on watch, when The trees around you burst into flames. The wildfire begins to spread, its cause unknown. The flames occupy a position about 20 feet away from you. It acts on an initiative of 20. Each turn, it spreads to each flammable material within 5 feet of it. A creature who enters the flames for the first time or ends their turn there takes 1d6 fire damage. The flames can be put out by 1 gallon of water for each 5 feet square it occupies.Hadrian, roll initiative. I’m assuming everyone else is asleep.
Hadrian stared at the goblin that dodged pretty much his entire fight. He is filled with bubbling distraught for being too ineffective this combat.
He dropped the Axe onto the goblin's head and it got stuck in its skull.
"Nope, it still works. I just need more training."
He took his axe out and sat down with the rest of the team.
That night while around the camp fire Tommy and Jerry are chatting about the last few days.
Tommy: what you mean you are going to have to leave?
Jerry: Purr Purr
Tommy: Ya I guess it has been a bit since you returned to the beast plane. How long will you be gone?
Jerry: Purr Growl
Tommy: A week? Why so long this time?
Jerry: Purr Purr
Tommy: That's fair I'll miss you. See you next time.
Jerry gets up and walks into the darkness (if you have dark vision you see a green mist appear as Jerry Disapears)
Tommy will roll over and go to sleep after volunteering for the pre-dawn watch.
On his watch he will look for and find a small feather.
Focusing on ot he gives it a quick puff and it turns into a small falcon.
Tommy: Hello who are you?.... you have no name? Then I shall call you birdie.
Tommy spends the rest of his pre dawn watch forming a bond with birdie
(Swaped beast of land for beast of sky since Tommy is Focusing on Archery and healing)

Ok, that’s 70 xp each for the first evening.)
Jetsam heard none of this, as he was already deeply asleep.
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
Tommy will gather some berries before sleeping
Cast good berry

Alright. The flames spread to a 5-ft cube…to the right, parallel to camp. Hadrian, you’re up.
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
Hadrian shouts out at the top of his lungs "WILDFIRE! AWAKEN!" He then goes around the camp waking everyone up.
Once everyone is aware, he will put another 30ft between him and the fire as he thinks of what to do.
Jetsam snapped awake and rolled to his feet. “What’s going on?” Then, he saw the fire. “Blistering barnacles!”
(i dont like actually cussing so I substitute Captain Haddock curses for my characters.)
Initiative: 12
