Stone puts his hands up. "Everybody stop. I think I see some traps in here. There are some tiles over there that seem to be suspiciously placed." He points out the troublesome tiles. "We should either avoid stepping on those tiles, or else maybe trigger them from afar. Anybody got something we can use to trigger them?"

Jacob pats himself down and sighs, knowing there's nothing with enough mass on him - but looks around for a big heavy chunk of stone or broken statue to toss down the hall:

His patting sends up a cloud of dust, again getting into his eye. Once more Jacob is instead preoccupied with cleaning out his eyes instead of actually looking around. "Son of a...! Alexa! Put Goggles on my shopping list..."

"Well, the tripped tiles are at the other end of the hallway, and there are several doors in between us and the tiles." Stone gestures at the doors. "Maybe we should check out the doors and see what is behind some of them." With that Stone approaches the closest door and examines it. 18 (+1 Perc/0 Inv)
Stone: You peek through the door and see the crumbled ruins of fine stone furnishings that adorn this room. Frescoes on the walls show dwarves entertaining visitors with song, food, and drink. The room appears however, to be long since empty of any food or drink.
"Looks like it was a small dining hall." Stone says quitely to his companions. "It has seen better days." Stone points to the next door down on the other side of the hall. "Let's peak into the next one." Stone goes over to the next door and carefully opens it to peak inside.
"Great idea Ms. Penelope." Stone nods his head appreciatively to Penelope. "You open it, and I will stand just a little ways off at the ready, in case something emerges."
Penelope: You activate your mage hand and open the first door on the right.
Stone: You keep your distance, ready for an attack, and this is what you see.
Two large, throne-like seats carved into the north walls are the room’s only furniture. Frescoes depict dwarves presenting radiant weapons to honored guests. There is a large hole in the back wall, and you can't see beyond it from your location.
Stone turns to his companions. "It appears to be some sort of audience chamber or throne room. There are two large chairs. I can't see anybody inside, but there is a hole in the far wall, and I can't see inside there." Stone considers for a moment. "I suggest we investigate what's on the other side of the hole before we move on. It would be inconvenient if we left some thief or bandit behind us only to have them surprise us later."
Natasha: You enter the room silently. So silently, in fact, that as you do, you hear the sounds of shuffling and a click coming from within the hole. Anticipating an ambush, you hide unseen around the corner. When you stealthily peek through hole, you see...

Stone: The closest door is to your left and it appears to be a normal wooden door. No visible traps, and it's closed but not locked.

"Friend Stone, I can open the doors from a distance if you do not wish to fall victim to any possible traps?"
Penelope says to him quietly.
